I had called to make an appointment and was told 9 AM I get there and the man says what can we do for you I was like I need a manicure and pedicure. The girl took me for the pedicure and did a fine job. Then I waited for 2 hour for the manicure the man took 3 yes 3 people before I decided to leave and go to another place. I will never go back.

This place has the most unprofessional, unpleasant staff ever. My toes have never looked so terrible. The only reason theyre getting a 2 star is because I like my nail polish color... Never again.

I have high standards from a nail salons. I typically travel to get my nails done, but i was in a pinch. The lady that did my toes and eye brows were great. The man who did my nails rushed. I have ridges in my nails and the polish is over my cuticles. Very sloppy and highly dissatisfied. I felt like i was a bother and he didnt want to be there. I am not a nail professional but these look horrible. Hopefully no one will notice. Would not go back, i will continue to drive a hour away to get my nails done. Place could deff use a good scrubbing as well.

I asked for two different designs they could not do it one of them being a French tip and also my nails are crooked I showed him and he said yeah I see not happy not going back

Get home my old fingernail polish off the tips were ugly they had bubbles in them I would never ever go back to them again and I suggest anybody if you want your nails done doing yourself if you want to go there

Went to get a set of acrylics, all were shaped at a slant, one nail was completely crooked, and the nails arent smooth... not worth $55 at all... to beat it all the crooked nail ended up breaking off before even getting home.

They took me in real quick. Didnt offer to actually give me a full mani. Didnt put cuticle oil on anything of the sort. After 3 days my gel came off. Ive been having my nails done for about 3 years. This is the first time EVER across the entire U.S. that literally this has happened to me. Im either wanting my nails done with a full manicure done the right way or a refund. I expect the best from any of the nails salon I go to. First impression of the first nail salon Ive been to in North Carolina Im highly not impressed.

Was there the other day when a rude women brought in an expired gift card. They politely told her that they were sorry but it was expired- lady went on a rant then proceeded to bash them on facebook. Good company.

Even tho my nails turned out great I asked for long and they gave me short and they were not worth the 50 dollars just for french tips let alone my friend had to pay 88 dollars and she got the exact same thing

My nails barely have acrylic on them. I have acrylic on my skin around my nails & on my cuticles. You can see the nail tips where they didnt paint far enough back, i got the tips on my nails painted. My acrylic has a texture from the tool they used. Very unsatisfied. I paid $38 for my nails too look bad.

Friendly staff and they did a great job. Got a pedicure and eyebrow wax and they took their time. I will go back! They got me in quick, however if it’s a busy time you will probably have a wait. I suggest going on a weekday, except Friday.

Nope, never again. My daughter came here to get her acrylic nails removed...took over 45 minutes...they even tried just peeling them off at first!? Can you say painful? They finally decided to soak them after she jumped from pain three times and I said were leaving. Good grief. Never again.

Nam does my nails. Does a great job. A little on the expensive side but getting your nails done isnt cheap. They know me when I come in and make my visit great.

I would leave a zero star if thats an option. Worst nail salon Ive ever encounter. The people there absolutely have no idea what they are doing and does a terrible job. The guy name Nam did not even cut my cuticles and my acrylics started to lift in just 3 days. The nail polishes they use will stain easily. One of the guy didnt even take off my friends artificial nails properly. Instead of soaking it off with acetone like its supposed to; he used a fake nail to push it off. Will never go back and definitely do not recommend anyone going there.

The employees are very rude. and when you walk in they have an attitude to ask you what you need. Then they say pick a color and you sit down.

Staff was nice but didnt do a good job on our nails. And it was very expensive. We wont return.

Worst place in the world to have anything done. I wouldnt subject my dog to this staff. I went in to have gel removed, clearly they have no clue what they are doing! A dremel tool was used to remove the gel and now my nails are broken with indentions and will take months to grow back. I wish I could give 0 stars!

I did the sns nails, and they were not shinny, and one cracked the next day. The last time I had them done at another place they lasted over three weeks.

Good service but pay few times my nails have messed up only a few days after being done they have gotten slack on their costumer service they seem to rush through customers instead of really taking their time.

This place is over priced and did not take their time. $2 just for clear coat smh.

Owner extremely rude, they told me 1hour to wait and we waited there for 2 hours that’s insane we had 5 people waiting to get their nails done we waited patiently and i guess one of his favorite costumers came in and took her first before us, I questioned him about it and he answered extremely rude back and I know for a fact they don’t take costumers by appointments.NEVER again going back !

Always get a French manicure & pedicure whenever I go; the staff is friendly. The pedicure didnt look good and manicure didnt last.

Very friendly staff but didnt do a good job on my nails after critiquing the last person who did my nails. I got gel polish and it has bubbles in it and peeling a day later. Lots of overhang on my nail bed. If your particular about your nails I would chose elsewhere
