Very nice when cleaning up my cutical and dead skin, Tammy did a very good job on the design and took her time, definitely recommend her they were all very nice and I would definitely go back!

The nail technicians are awesome. They made my husbands feet feel awesome, and now he has been going every two weeks, his feet no longer stink! Ladies...they do gel nails and it lasts longer than 2 weeks

They were a little busy so the wait kinda sucked, but they are all so nice, and they talk and cut up with you! They make you feel at home unlike alot of other nail salons, and they take care of your nails without thinning them out or making your cuticles bleed.. so glad they opened back up! Ill for sure keep going.

It’s 3:30 on a Wednesday and they are closed. And no one is waiting. The last customer just left. I really hate having to go to Hickory to get my nails done, I really try to shop local but this is ridiculous. Sign says they CLOSE at 4:30. That would mean finishing up by 6 if the shop were full. If you are CLOSING at 3:30, post 3:30.

Love coming here, but they like to close early. If closing hours are 5, why are your doors locked at 4:30? It takes 5 minutes to wax some eyebrows for crying out loud! 🙄

This is the only place I want giving me a pedicure. Tammys paint job lasts a VERY long time compared to other shops. She is very personable and willing to try new designs for me. If they are busy, yes there is a wait, but its always worth it. If you want a great experience, come here. If you want a quick in and out, come early!

Who wants to spend over an hour in a nail salon??? At city nails youre in and out within the hour. This was my first time getting my nails done by City Nails and I am very pleased I was not in there longer than 45 minutes, very inexpensive. Very happy customer

I recommend this place highly. Walked in was seated immediately for my pedicure. Very friendly staff. April was my nail tech she did an amazing job I was very pleased. Plan to return again and ask for her!!

They are amazing here! My mom and I went here for pedicures and we were both very happy! They take their time and do things right even if theyre busy! Best pedicure ever!!

April is no longer there...a loss for them! They dont take appointments. You sign in and wait. I had a gift certificate to use or I would have walked out. After A THREE HOUR WAIT, my turn came up and they rushed through my pedicure. NEVER AGAIN! Add in the less than pleasant attitudes.

They are too rough the nails do not even last two weeks very disappointed over price for something that doesnt even last two weeks

They were able to fix a broken nail I had gotten at work earlier in the day. They saw me at very short notice and only charged me a couple dollars to fix the nail. Great service!

If I could give A 0 I would!!!! I had my nails done there for a week and 5 of them fell off!! That is the worst nail salon Ive ever had to deal with as far as my nails not staying on I paid $55 for a gel set for them to last for 7 days! RIDICULOUS

Ive neen to this salon several times and tje wait os always ridiculous. 2 nail techs in front and one doing pedicures, with 6 stations. Why not hire more techs?? They do good woth the actual service the wait is way to long.

City Nails is the place to go for Gel polish, and all the extra for your Nails. The guys there now were at Walmart Regal store in Lenoir but they moved to this new place next to Ebay/Ruby Tuesday. Please, if you want your nails done right go ask for Ryan or Tammy...You wont regret it...Please dont go to Walmart in lenoir coz you will end up sick or angry....Tammy and Ryan are awesome and knows what they are doing. Trust me.

The credit card machine wasnt working today. Cash only. I went at 3 thinking they wouldnt be to busy. But they was very busy. Glad they got another worker.

It was not a good experience at all.Nobody informed us it would be nearly a 2 hour wait before we were helped, let alone the fact that there were only two people in the store, but 15 people coming in.2 women were helped before we were, and they arrived after we had.Not to mention, when asking our server how she was, she replied tat she was horrible and was ready to go home.Win the amount of work the boss expected her to do, its no wonder she was flustered. Very frustrating experience.
