Jiffy Lube Lemont is back open with the same great service. A team member met me at my vehicle. He asked what services that I needed. The waiting room was spotless. I was on the road in 20 minutes. Great service from the Jiffy Lube crew.

Absolutely wonderful!! I have a high end luxury car and have been paying dealer pricing for sometime now. I pass by this location every day on the way to work and figured what the heck. I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised as to the level of professionalism. They treat each and every car with the same level of care. They make sure everything is right before i leave the property. It is very refreshing to see that there are businesses out there that still care about people. Also, very affordable. I will be back.

Top Notch service, Friendly, knowledgeable and quick . They took the time to not only check common wear items ( wipers, lights and filters) but they vacuumed and cleaned the windows on my car. They pointed out my air filter should be changed on next service and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I have a company car and have it serviced by many jiffy lubes and this is by far one of the better locations. The lobby was very clean, coffee fresh and in a nice part of town.

Honestly, its been a while since I have had such excellent service somewhere. Marquis and Staple were super welcoming and got me in the bay right away. They listened to my issue and came up with a gameplan to make it the most ideal way for me. They fixed my issue right away (which was not a standard, run of the mill issue) and then I asked them for one other thing and they fixed it right away. Cannot recommend this place enough. These guys are a breath of fresh air and I will most certainly refer people their way.I appreciate these guys to the fullest and it was an awesome customer service experience from start to finish.

Took My car there October for normal Oil-change. Guy told me that server was down so i had to pay cash. I walk to the Bank to get cash. as soon as i came back my car was done. Now my car has a service engine light already?! Not cool. all i can say its a bad service. This place scammed me.

Mike the manager and Dan did a great job changing my oil and topping off my coolant. I replaced my intake manifold yesterday and they took the time to help me check the engine code and clean up some coolant that had spilled. They definitely went above and beyond today.

Offended by tech who when I answered his question, “when I last changed my air filter?” (a relatively clean filter that I had changed 3 months prior at another location) told me that could not be the case. He took a harsh tone with me that I found highly offensive. I’ll never come back.

I had come in for a tail light issue. I thought my bulb was out but in fact the previous mechanic switched the cables around! They got me in and out super quick and were so very sweet and friendly. Unlike other JLS, they also didnt push products on me after I kindly declined.

Oil change was very quick and staff were very professional

I had a very poor experience with this Jiffy Lube location. I took my 2007 corolla there this last august. Several weeks later, I was driving to work and my oil light came on. Luckily for me and my car, I was able to pull over quickly. When I inspected my engine, the oil filter was missing. It seems it was not tightened properly and fell off while I was driving. I had my car towed to a nearby Toyota dealer. Luckily, it ran fine once oil and another filter were added again.When I contacted this Jiffy Lube location about being payed back for my tow and inspection at the dealer, they tried to imply that they werent liable because I didnt have my car towed to their shop so they could fix it. For one, I live in the city, and was miles from their shop when the filter came off. Two, there is no way I am letting anyone at that shop even glance at my car again. After threatening to contact local media with my experience, I eventually got a number for someone at Jiffy Lube corporate, and weeks later, received a check for the expenses from the tow and dealership inspection.Short story. Do not take your car here. This location is ran by high school rejects who will not do decent work on your car.

Quick oil change at Jiffy Lube turns into worker dropping my oil cap and they cannot fix it nor have a replacement part. After sitting here for two hours they tell me I have to leave my car here over night so they can find a replacement part that they broke. To say I’m livid is an understatement. I then had to inconvenience a friend to pick me up from Jiffy lube after waiting so long.

They do okay on the oil changes. It has gotten expensive. Over 40 bucks for a Honda civic with nothing extra and the cheapest oil. Last time there was something greasy in the washer fluid they added- every time I sprayed my windshield it left a residue that made it difficult to see. At night I had to pull over because the glare made it impossible to drive. I ended up having to empty the fluid and replace with fresh fluid myself. No issues after that.

Before I left, the staff noted to me that I had a slight leak of the differential fluid on the rear axle. They didnt try to upsell me anything, they just wanted me to know. I took my car to the dealer and it was 100% covered under warranty. Had they not warned me, the problem would certainly have become larger and more expensive. Thank you!!!

These guys are CROOKS! They lie about needed service and trick women in particular into purchasing added services! Go to the dealer instead and you will save a fortune!!!!! My wife went in for an oil change on a car with 57,000 miles. They told her she needed synthetic for her car and that the transmission fluid was due to be changed. $234! I checked the owners manual and called the dealer, the trans fluid doesnt need to be changed until 150,000 miles and the car is designed for non-synthetic 5w20. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else! If you cant trust them do you really want to leave them alone with your car????

Oil change went fine, very efficient. However, staff member tried to convince me I needed to replace my belts because they were cracked. I declined. The belts were replaced about 2 months ago, so I went home and looked under the hood myself. Did not see a single crack...they still looked brand new. Disappointed that the staff would try to make me spend money unnecessarily.

Terrible experience, I told my girlfriend to go there, she drives a 2014 Kia Forte....They charged her $100 because she didnt know what she was talking about...Now, I dont know about you but I have no idea what KIA FORTE costs $100 for an OIL CHANGE!?! Theyre scammers and con artist...taking advantage of people who dont know better instead of advising them on what to do correctly...what a bunch of strokes. NEVER GOING AGAIN! Absolute worst place for an oil change or anything DO NOT EVER GO HERE!

Im forced to leave one star - you cant leave zero...#1) As of 8/2016 the basic value oil change with no add-ons & arm twisting is now $49.99!! No sign advertising the double in price either.#2) This time the usual arm twisting came with adding a cabin filter - He told me it was missing!! The last one I replaced was from THEM in 2013. (I have the receipt) Since I dont take my car apart after oil changes, I cant prove they left it out 3 years ago or just threw it out this time (my fault of course) Funny thing is that Ive done all of my oil changes there since 2013 and it just vanished now...odd. Its not the $20, its the trust, honesty & old fashioned customer service that is devoid.#3) Im on the 3rd battery from them in 2 years (receipts also) Its due to go out again about winter time..NEVER buy one of their batteries.I am guilty for not supporting the local mom/pop garages in the name of convenience - but NEVER AGAIN. I will wait or drop off the car in the name of business integrity. Even the dealers dont charge $50 for oil changes (at a time when oil is at a 16 year low!) and you can damn sure trust them. Ive been able to deter 3 people so far by word of mouth, and am posting a Facebook dislike challenge Im sure im not the only one fed-up!!

I always came here to get my oil changes. I decided to get my oil change done somewhere else this time because I was getting other work done on my car and figured since I was already there I might as well. They could not do my oil change because they said whoever did my oil change last time tightened the oil filter to tight and they couldnt unscrew it since it is plastic it could break. They suggested I go to the place I got my last oil change. I went to jiffy lube and explained the situation to them, the woman proceeded to tell me that if its on to tight they wont be able to take it off or it will break and they wont be at fault, even though the mechanic told me that whoever did my oil change last tightened it too tight it wasnt my doing but the woman made it seem like somehow it was my fault. She told me to take my car to the dealer. The mechanic had to break and chip the piece off bc it was screwed on to tight. Jiffy lube does not take responsibility if there in the wrong, worst customer service, oh and they didnt even bother to take a look at it she just said they couldnt do anything go figure since you have children that dont know anything working there.

So I have a VW CC (Passat). First oil change ended up with new oil all over my garage floor. They blamed it on bad oil filter. Next change they said my power steering fluid was leaking. Went to VW dealer and they said the oil gasket was not removed and new gasket was placed on top of it preventing a good seal. This issue had the entire staff unable to determine any problem which speaks to their skill and experience level. So, 3 trips to Jiffy Lube and $150 dealer service bill later I can safely say I wont go to another quickie lube place, especially in Lemont.
