My husband and I both came here for oil changes. We were told that there would be a little bit of a longer wait time because they were short staffed. The customer service was good and they were definitely friendly, but their prices are pretty high for what they do. They did call and try to sell us different things that we were not there for, which I guess is a good business tactic but their offers were way too pricey. They did fill our wheels with air as a courtesy which I thought was really nice. Overall good experience.

Extremely professional! Got my car in and out at a timely fashion. The employees were very courteous especially their Master Technician Ray! He was extremely knowledgeable and explains things very detailed end easy for someone like me, who knows very little about cars, to understand.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change days in advanced. The day of when I got there, told me that they are backed up and that I would have to reschedule or wait hours before my car is ready. Bad service

They did great work, reasonable prices as compared to other shops. They did not try to sell me an air filter. I will use them again.

Location is terrible. You have to work around their schedule as they are always short on techs. Heaven forbid you walk in with a flat tire and then asked if you can leave it for the day and say you can’t and they act like it is an inconvenience that you have to wait.9 attempts in past 3 years and always the some excuse why they can’t get it done within the day.Unless it is large scale or “profitable” work - don’t bother. Routine maintenance is not worth it to them.

Been told a few times after arriving they only have 1 guy or someone didnt show up so your will be waiting tire rotation will be completed by 5pm on a 8am appointment. Too many options to get simple work done without all the surprises. Will not be going back

Purchased lifetime alignments for all 3 of my vehicles from this place, but they are pretty much useless. Multiple times I have tried scheduling alignments but they tell me they cant do it because the person that does alignments didnt come into work. They keep rescheduling me and even when I make an appointment a week in advance they cannot get my car done because they are too busy. Just tell me you cant do it so I can stop wasting my time driving my car over there, leaving it for the whole day, then picking it up with no alignment done. This is not the first time this has happened.

Im giving 3 stars because I drove the highway going 70mph there and left only being able to get my car up to 40 without it shaking. I believe they rotated my tires, and messed something up. Taking to a new location to get them to fix it.The guy working the front desk was awesome though and very helpful. If I could give 5 stars to just him I would.

We bought all tires for our vehicles at FirestoneIf the LOW-TIRE light comes on, which it did, we just have to pull into Firestone. They check an ddc fill all tires, and the LOW-LIGHT went out. I live their servjce.

Bought the best Interstate Battery W/42 month warranty returned it 16 months later for replacement had to wait 5 days for them to replace it. The battery was completely dead did not have the power to light a 10 watt interior bulb, and was told they had to TEST IT after the fifth day I called and asked what they where able of determined and was told we couldnt test it, come in for a replacement. AFTER FIVE DAYS how much time do you have to experience this kind of service ????

Yesterday,, in person, I made an appointment for some minor work on my car. The appointment was made for noon the next day. I arrived at noon today and dropped my car off. i was told for a simple oil change and tire rotation it would be ready at 3 PM. I took an Uber back to work. I again took another Uber back to Firestone at 4:30 to pick up my car. It was at this time I was told that my car was never serviced. I live over 35 miles from this Firestone and 8 miles back to work. I never look for anything for free, but I was waiting for, Can we make this right? Extremely disappointed and I left.

Incompetent mechanics. They charge for work that is not done properly and then your car is worse off! Then they charge you for their mistakes! Stay clear! Save yourself the money!

Helpful but high in price BUT all auto repair places are. I mean 227.00 for a tire! People please! Tires been around forever! They should come down in price like DVD players did. Its rubber and steel for christ sake.

I bought a set of $600 tires from these guys a year ago and one of my tires now needs to be re-balanced. I called them on Tuesday asking if I could come by and get a quick 15 minute re-balance. Matt told me there was no way to get it done before Friday of this week. I let him know that I was driving to Minnesota and was willing to wait to have it done. He told me again there was no way to get it done before Friday. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with these guys again. Go anywhere else

Tires as Bald as me, need new. Got 55+k out of 50k tires and still rolling on them. Firestone repaired leaks for free, because I had the Road-hazard warranty on them. Great bunch of Guys working there

I have a love/hate real with this place. They are bad about answering the phone, and you cant get in without an appointment usually. On the other hand, when you are lucky enough to get in, they are very nice and do a great job! Got two new tires today, last minute in my way home from work, and the guy found me the perfect tires at a great price. Super friendly too.

Horrible place to take ur car they assure you they can fix your check engine light and once they use a code reader to turn it off it ces back on same code a day later they tell you they cant help you sickening.

Friendly staff were very accommodating. Had my car done on time. No complaints and I would recommend for tires. Probably good for other things too.

This firestone is going down hill. The young man who manages the store is fine, but they have had a customer service problem at this store for along time. Under staffed for sure and dont feel truly cared about. More along the lines of all they care about is upselling you with more products and services. They constantly tell you whats wrong with your car trying to manipulate you into buying more goods and services. This was my last time to go to Firestone

I can not believe the poor service and skill level of this store. I have 6 ASE certifications and a former Firestone employee. I highly recommend many other Firestone service centers.They were unable to properly repair my vehicle and align my roommates vehicle. My roommate came in for an alignment many times. They tried to fight about him putting miles on the car after they mis-aligned it and he complained. He drives about 500 miles a week which is why he needed it aligned. Its not his fault after many attempts they could not fix the problem. In all reality they cost him a set of tires...My vehicle I had requested the repairs I wanted preformed. I offered to supply the parts they refused to take them. Stating it was against there policy they only way they would use my parts is if they were unavailable to them. Upset at the added cost I accepted and authorized the repair around 10 am (I like Firestone). they said they would call me in a few hours when completed. They never called me back. I called in around 4 pm and they let me know the part had never came. He didnt feel it necessary to inform me my vehicle would not be repaired that day. I work for a rental company now if he bothered to call me i would have had a vehicle for the weekend. Instead i pulled it from the service bay. Drove to my friends and did it myself Saturday morning when I wanted to be relaxing. I was planning to visit my sister that weekend however i could not because of the negligence of the employee.I do not see how Firestone still allows there name here. This shop is close to where I live and in walking distance of my apartment. I wish i could have my basic repair and service preformed there since I dont have a place to do it myself.

New manager there Mike is rude! Quoted me a price on tires to match competitors price on same tire but would not accept the digital online quote from the competitors website. Said I had to go get it printed? What? Hello this is the digital age. I a think this guy was in his 70s and couldnt get it that I could email it to him and he could print it if he needed it. Anyway they lost all of my business and the 5 vehicles I have had serviced there.I have been a customer for 10 years and the other managers were great. Not this one. Avoid this place for now.

Everyone is always extremely polite and courteous. They know what they are talking about and the mechanics know how to do their jobs really well. I always recommend service here to associates and friends.

I bought a battery from them, they brought it out to my car. Just as I was to close the hatch something caught my eye. I looked closer at the battery. It was used! It has been wiped clean, but, there were marks left from the previous retaining brackets and the date stickers had been marked- years old.I went back in and told them. They apologized, and gave me a new one. The manager apologized later on the phone but didnt know for sure how it got mixed up. I understand mistakes can be made, but he also couldnt explain why it was wiped clean.

I went to get an oil change there (my mistake, always go to a dealer). After getting an oil change they stated a needed new shocks and oil was dripping from the engine. My engine light was never on. I went to get a second opinion at a Jeep dealership and they said there was nothing wrong. They just scam to get money!

A few weeks ago I found myself in trouble - blown tire, a donut, and a long drive home. I got to this Firestone as they closed. The manager Tim told me he was all done for the day and heading home. I asked him if he knew anywhere else I could get a tire at 5pm on a Sunday. Tim said to come back the next day, prompting my down on my luck tale. Tim said he wasnt going leave me to drive 35 miles on the expressway on a donut, so they would replace my tire. He told the guys in the back he had one more ticket and had me pull around. A shop not turning down business isnt shocking, but I was getting 1 small tire replaced after they closed. He didnt need to help an out-of-towner past hours. If they treated me good, Im sure they will treat the main community they serve that much better.

Some fire stones OK this one is very good there people behind the counter have great knowledge better than the other fires 10th that I have been to I spoke to a gentleman named Tim and he was nothing but a great help he see as if he really knew what he was talking about And it made me content I will continue going here good customer service thank you.

The worst!!!!!! Guy at front desk keep me waiting for 15 min. He was 20 feet behind the glass. Talking with guys. Never looned over to see if anyone was there.Not working. Very unfriendly and stupied. How can you work there and have no answers for anything!!!!!more interested in not wanting any more work on xmas eve!!! I had a appointment. He said i didnt. He was to stupied to check the website THAT MORNING FOR PEOPLE WHO BOOKED APPOINTMENTS ONLINE!!!!!! This was 5 hours prior to closing!!!! He made it very clear he could care less about my issue!!!!!!!I went to another firestone dealer and got fantastic services!!!! done with this Lemont location for good!!!!
