We have been taking all of our cars to Bill at Hayes for a couple of years now after hearing so many positive recommendations. Hayes Auto is an honest shop and will not oversell you on parts or services that you dont need. You can feel confident you are not overpaying here. The staff is awesome and very friendly. My daughters car needed new brakes and when she heard what the dealer wanted she was shocked. She brought her car to Hayes for a second opinion and had Hayes do the work because they are honest, trustworthy and reasonable in their charges. I always feel safe after Hayes works on my daughters car as well as mine!

I love supporting family owned businesses. Billy and Kathy are siblings and work together it’s so cute how they get along so well and treat everyone like family. Billy is beyond honest and explains everything to you. His prices are very reasonable and he always goes above and beyond for every customer. Being a woman I use to hate going to auto repair places as I feel like they always try to take advantage of you ... NOT this place! Billy’s parents owned the business prior to him and they always said that you have to think of your customers as if they were your grandparents, you would not want anyone to takes advantage of them. Billy has truly kept that going, he treats everyone with respect, honesty and fairness.I cannot recommend this place enough! You will NOT be disappointed!!

This place is the best. They dont try and scam you on unnecessary oil filters, etc. Also their repairs never have issues later. Once they fix it, its fixed for good. Very honest and knowledgeable people, which is not the norm at other places these days.
