A friend referred Salon 312. The establishment is trendy, clean and professional. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was a bit nervous about getting my hair cut only because of bad experiences with high end Salons. Kaylie listened to my concerns and request on the type of cut I wanted, and the expectations were far beyond than I expected. Kaylie gave me a flattering cut as I requested. I found my stylist! I was feeling of low self-esteem like Blah! Was my moto for the moment....... had an idea of what style I was looking for and I Got it!!!! 360° confidence change...... I was out of town for work and definitely needed a trim!!!The stylist knew what she was doing, she was very confident in her work and educational knowledgeable gave me pointers for hair up keep. Very very rude I wasn’t a customer but, went in and asked to use the restroom was given dirty looks and an attitude for no reason. I’m not a customer and will never intend to be!!! So rude!
