I usually go here all the time with no problems but I had got a full set and not even two weeks most of my nails fell off . Just really disappointed I pay good money and tip really good . Now I need to find another shop .😔

Came here on a whim and so glad I did. I’ve never felt so relaxed after a pedicure. I got the cheapest option at $25 and it felt incredible. I haven’t had a pedicure in a long time, and explained to him how dry and chaffed my heels were. He went out of his way to make sure I was extra exfoliated. Will definitely come back.

It is a good place Ive been going here since I was 3 and Im 10. This place is nice but I cant understand them.😂😜😑

The BEST place around that makes my gel nails look so thin and natural. Being a dental assistant I need to wear gloves and my nails MUST be thin and short. Tim and Tammy are the best at it and they NEVER crack for how thin and natural I like them! 5 STARS!

Absolutely horrible! I went to get a regular manicure and all the employees kept asking if I wanted no chip, when I specifically asked for a regular manicure many times. When they did do my nails, they soaked them in some nasty beads that were later washed and used again. They filed my nails very poorly. There were little pieces sticking out of my actual nails. Then when they painted them, they painted my finger and my cuticles. Totally unprofessional, looked like a 2 year old did them.... I had to get them fixed by the owner, and even then it was bad. She put another two coats on and a top coat. Now my nails look caked on. Super disappointed, waste of money, would never go here again. Moonlight Nails are so much better.

Great place close to home! Got an eyebrow wax and a manicure. Prices were on point, and service was fast. I walked in without an appointment and they did my eyebrow wax first and nails right after. No waiting. Wax room left a little to be desired, but when eyebrows are ten bucks or less Im not holding my breath for a spa like setting. The manicure and pedicure areas on the other hand were very modern and clean and organized. I will definitely make this my new go to place for both services.

I have been going to Phans Nails for almost 3 years and Ive always had a great experience. I get a no chip and it lasts 3 weeks every time! They always accommodate my tight schedule when I call ahead. They are the best!

Horrible. None of my nails have the same shape! I explain how I like them done and when they fix the nail they say its a new nail so it looks different. No, nails should have the same shape after a fill in is done, after a broken nail is fixed, or after a cut down.2 broken nails after a week with a full set!! Not happy. Go to have them fixed and they FILE one to a different shape(flat) and put a new one on with a pointy shape!! Im a waitress so i like having my nails done... But i cannot happily show my nails when they are all jacked up.

If I could give this place zero stars, it would be more than deserved. I came in to get my acrylics taken off which I usually get soaked off. Not only do they not soak off, they drilled my natural nail until it split. Half my nails they just barely drilled then ripped off using a tip. They also cut open my skin and didn’t do anything about it. My nails are completely destroyed and even more frail then normal when I get my acrylics soaked off. When I went to pay, the woman told me $10 which on the wall for a take off, it says $5. I had to show the manager how jagged and split they were for her to fix them. On top of that, she put some top coat on that I told her I didn’t want. After that, she tried charging me twice as much as a take off costs. When I told her it clearly states $5 take off, she tried to tell me I was getting charged for a no chip too. I told her she was going to charge me $10 before the stupid top coat I didn’t ask for. Not only did she give me an attitude, she was talking on her cell phone while I was trying to talk to her. NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! Don’t go here unless you want dirty tools cutting your skin open. So unprofessional and horrible service.

Do. Not. Come. Here. I asked for long nails and showed the lady the length I wanted. She said “No that’s too long, they would look better shorter”. She then proceeded to make them shorter then I would have liked. I had also picked out a maroon color on the sample. When she put the the color on they were purple...I was so disappointed at this point because my mom was getting me these nails for my birthday. I asked for a coffen shape nail and she said “Almsond shape is in”. As she started to shape them almond I finally had enough and said something to change them to how I wanted and she was very rude about it. I will definitely not be coming back here ever again after not getting the nails I wanted, rushed service, and very rude employees. Horrible experience...

WORST NAIL SALON EVER! My friend spent 90 dollars on mani pedi. Looks absolutely horrible. Paint all over hand, showed the guy the design 3 times didnt do what she wanted, had a rude attitude, took 2 hours. I had them redo my pedicure because nail polish was all over and didnt do what I asked either.

I wasted my time and money here! i wouldnt even give one star if i could. im never coming back here ever again, it was a nightmare.i came in and originally asked for a full set of acrylics which is $25, and i did not intend on spending over that! every 2 minutes, the employees kept asking me what i wanted and each time i kept telling them that i wanted acrylics, but no one wanted to do that for me apparently so they kept on sending over different people to me! then when i finally got someone to do it, she only gave me three acrylics instead of the full set because she thought my nails were long enough and didnt want me to do that for me despite me insisting otherwise! my nails are very weak and very frail, and i spefically told her thats why i wanted the full set, so i could still have long nails without them breaking. but no.then, i picked out my colors and while i was washing my hands, she changed the color of the nail polish and decided that she liked that specific color better than what i picked out so she was going to use that on me instead. i had no idea what was going on half of the time either because i had no say in what i wanted to get done! by the end of it, i paid $45! because instead of doing what i asked for, they charged me for one of the most expensive services and didnt even tell me until the end. i thought the whole time that i was getting the $25 acrylic set THAT I WENT IN AND ASKED FOR, but i guess not! im VERY angry, as im on a very tight budget and only had the $25 to spare. im overall frustrated and i dont have money to do the other things i needed to do now because of their nonsense

Every time I go there they’re mad and rush. Not paying attention to what they do. If I get my nails I want to relax and get what I pay for,not some attitudes because they’re mad for some reason.

Got a basic pedicure. Whatever they used on my feet was garbage quality. The next day my feet dried out, cracked, and peeled! No amount of location could remedy this. Its disgusting and uncomfortable.
