I tried Bellacure for the first time and was extremely disappointed! First of all, the price was outrageous!!! $96 for a basic pedicure and a no chip manicure is completely ridiculous!!! My pedicure was rushed and they charge extra for the callus remover & to scrub your heels. The gentleman doing my pedicure was new. I was trying to be patient but had to stop him. He forgot a couple steps & I had to have someone else come and finish. My nails looked beautiful when I left but chipped in less than a week. I have never had a no chip manicure chip so fast. I called and spoke to the manager, he told me to come in and have them fixed. I tried going in twice and both times I was told they were busy and couldnt fit me in. I do not recommend Bellacure and I will not be back!

This is the last time I ever come to do my nails here. I came in for a pedicure and French tip dip. I told them this from the moment I walked in. First of all, I’m guessing the girl who did my toes was new because she didn’t seem that experienced and didn’t do that great of a job. I could have done the same thing at my house. I had already told her to fix somethings so I didn’t want to be too hard of a critic and keep going although I’ve never had many problems doing my nails, I’m not that picky. Second, after I finish my bad pedicure I’m thinking my dip will make me happier, customers walk in and she tells me all of a sudden it’s going to be 30 minutes wait to do my hands! I said I wish you would have told me from the beginning and she said she didn’t know I wanted French because it’s hard and not anyone can do it even though she had just walked over and asked me “you want to do French right?” But okay, then after I say I don’t have time she goes to have a conversation and comes back to tell me 10 minutes. I wait a little more than 10 minutes and at this point I don’t have much time left and am not in the mood to even finish. I tell them I’m going to go and want to pay, when I go pay for a basic pedicure that is 33 dollars.. she tells me my total is 38 for “callus removal” are you kidding! That’s crazy, I tell her I didn’t hear or understand you saying this she said you said yes and continues to take that amount of money. The smallest bill she gave me back was a 10! Guessing so she can get a bigger tip, I had to ask for change. I still gave her a 5$ tip, no idea why to be honest. But over all Bad service and bad job, would never recommend this place again.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This is is the second time that I have been there and my nail has just flung off after only a week after having them done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went in again only to have it happen again. When I went in the person who helped me tried to get me to come back at another time because they were “to busy” to take me (for one nail) I told them I would wait and he looked displeased. I felt uncomfortable and ended up leaving. I will NEVER go back there again. Very poor business etiquette. They also use 2 or 3 people to get the job done while doing your nails. Makes you feel like you are just being tossed off. I would not recommend this place and advice others to stay clear.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Been coming here since I moved to the area a year ago and I will never ever go anywhere else. They do an incredible job every single time, I have never left unhappy.

Quality: Went here last Friday (08/13) and my nails are falling off 5 days later. Wouldn’t be a big deal except my total cost was $169 for 2 regular pedicures + 2 manicures (mine was full set no chip with chrome, sister’s was no chip color change)Service: I booked an appointment in advance… still took them 2+ hours to finish us up. A technician even started on my sister’s nails and left mid-manicure to help start on someone else?? Doesn’t make sense & was really frustrating.Cleanliness: I noted boxes laying about the store and trash bins were full. Also there were piles of flip flops and toe separators all around the drying station due to overflowing.Overall, wouldn’t recommend. Go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.

This nail salon is not worth going. First of all, they do not perform what you want on your nails. All I wanted was a simple, specific design. She did not do the design I wanted, and did whatever she wanted. After she finished the nail polish was already coming off as well. They also do not know how to work with money. I give her a gift card and she comes back in a rude manner saying there’s nothing on here. I had to go up to someone by myself and kindly ask to check if there is anything. They tell me there is $25. They need to have better employees who actually know how to work the cash register and do nails. Will never be coming back!

Great salon, and clean! My no chip manicure was just okay. Sadly I could still see some spots that maybe needed another coat. And my pedicure was expensive. I didn’t know that an addition $20 was going to be added to my $45 pedicure for no chip. So I would double check prices since I didn’t. I don’t get my nails done often so the splurge was okay for some vacation nails. Very nice staff and has a very “luxury” nail salon feel.

They were great! I came here with my daughter and they were very attentive and patient and still did a great job. Will definitely be coming back here.

I have tried this place multiple times just to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the nails each time I go. I got acrylics for my gender reveal and they started falling off the day of (4 days after I got them done), by the time it was 1 week, they were all off. The next few times I went, they were crooked and fell off too. I got them done again last week and they’re already loosening up. I got two pedicures there and each time, my feet aren’t smooth and are back to peeling two days after. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality, especially for the prices I’d pay. I’m never going back again.

Called & made an appointment for a full set and pedicure. As soon as my pedicure was finished someone came over and asked if I could come back later because they no longer thad an available technician to fulfill my appointments. I told her when I made the appointment there was no issue and that I had watched her just give my appointment away to a walk-in moments prior. She again asked if I would return later. Definitely Will not be returning any time soon.

This is my new favorite nail salon! Had a slight mess up with my nail colors but their very professional management was quick to try to remedy the problem. . Treated my 89 year old mother with such care and friendliness. Their Volcano pedicures are very relaxing Well be going back.

This was my first time at the salon and I have to say it was AMAZING! I got my nails done at a different salon two days ago and it was absolutely trash they screwed up my nails so bad and I was completely upset with how they turned out. I booked an appointment to Bellacure to try it out and hoped they would fix my nails I was more than pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Ronni was an amazing nail tech and I was so intrigued with our conversations. I will definitely be coming back and bringing all of my friends and family with.

I usually dont give bad reviews but this was my second time here and it was just as bad as the first time. The first bad time, they rushed through my pedicures and manicure with no attention to detail. The felt hurried and cold. It was far from a relaxing experience. When I spend $60 on my nails, I hope for a better experience then doing my own nails. I assumed the first experience was maybe a fluke, an off day for the tech. Nope, same experience with another tech on second experience. Rushed, unpleasant and not enjoyable. Will not be going back.

I got a full gel set and a gel pedicure. Pedicure went fine, but a different male did my nails. He didn’t push back my cuticles, he rushed through my nails leaving multiple nails crooked when he glued the tips on. He didn’t file or shave down my thumbs evenly so the nails are bumpy almost and not smooth. Never going to another salon again.

My pedicure nail polish just flaked off on 3 nails in the shower. I received this pedicure yesterday in the evening6/22/21, I will never be going back. Sad I was recommended to this salon too.

Shout out to the manager GIGI. I had an issue previously and she handled it very well she is a very talented nail tech she gets busy quickly so always make an appointment my nails look great i love the ombre set i have thanks again GIGI

I had an appointment and was made to wait for 25 minutes, taking other people before me. Nail swatches are a mess and inconvenient have to dig through. Walked out and went to Lezas in Romeoville for a WALK IN, and they took me right away and were so much nicer and the receptionist was much more professional.

Received the best service I ever had. Love my Dip nails. Amazing.

Very professional and everyone there is so nice. I am in love with my nails and so happy with the way they turned them out I had Kathy do my nails and she did an amazing job but I highly recommend anyone that works there because they all do really amazing work. I will definitely be coming back and continue to only go here for my nails now.

First experience was okay. I was planning to get a mani/pedi but after they finished my pedi I sat for a half hour while they took others that came in after me to get their nails done. I had to leave. I came back the next day to get my manicure with my sister. Mine looks nice and was a good experience. My sister though got a horrible manicure. She got a no chip and it chipped really bad the next day and was poorly done. Mixed feelings about this place.

Today was my first time coming here and its safe to say this will be my go-to nail salon from now on! I think the girl who did my nails was named Kathy, but she did a wonderful job! The place was also decorated beautifully and kept clean! Cant wait to come back when I need a fill!!

I’ve been going to Gigi for my nails for a couple years now! When she opened her own salon, the quality, and team she brought with her was nothing less than the best! What I love about Bellacure, is no matter who does my nails, It’s always a great experience & the quality is amazing. You don’t feel like you’re gambling with your nails when you come here since everyone who works here does an amazing job & is very accommodating! Always a plus to come into a salon with nice employees, and an overall clean and luxurious environment. It’s obvious that Gigi & Don have put their heart into making the salon a great experience for their customers & I feel it every time I’m there!! Especially during the pandemic, I feel safe & clean while getting my nails done & thats super important! 😊

I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 15 years and I’m very picky (especially with French/pink&white). Gigi has never disappointed! I just tried Ombré for the first time today and was very happy. This place is clean and Gigi is the sweetest. She takes great pride in her work.

Omg!!! I have found the place that i will go to from now on. for what i got it’s worth the money. Kathy did such a amazing job on my nails i could not be happier. I needed them done for my birthday so considering she did such a amazing job i’m extremely great full. I have never had luck with nail salons because they would always cut me or not do what i asked for but i got what i wanted and better. Hands down one of my favorite nail experiences. I showed the nail tech what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for and MORE. Everytime I make a appointment they say come on in. I’ve sat here 3 different times waited 30 plus minutes to get taken . This time I sat at the pedicure chair with my feet in the water for 30 minutes and no one said anything.

Gigi and Don have always done an amazing job with my nails. I drive from Chicago to their shop because their work is beautiful and lasts a long time. I can easily get a no chip or dip and last more than three weeks and I am very hard on my nails and wash my hands constantly as I am in the medical field.

Loved it. Will be coming here more often with my wife. Highly recommended

I would give zero starts but that wasn’t an option. So incredibly disrespectful and rude, I waited for so long, and was not satisfied whatsoever. Never will return ever again. Unless u want chipped, ugly nails go for it. The reviews really had me fooled considering the fact that it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in years.

Overall, an okay place for getting basic nail services. However, my first time here, and wont be returning. Nail techs do not listen to customer. I requested pedicure first so toes would be dry after nail service, tech refused, so I had to wait longer to be done. I asked for a certain nail design that was offered on display. Tech did what she wanted to do, not what I asked for. Tech was also trying to tell me how she was going to thin down my nails. I had to insist no! Tech was also distracted with other customers and phone calls (work phone and personal cell). Recommend only if you have lots of time to burn and want a debate with the techs.

I have been coming to this place since it was Exquisite. Then when it transferred owners I Went in to get a fill and owner never acknowledged me. She just ignored me and my daughter. I finally had to say something. The guy who helped me kept pushing the dip. I finally caved in. A few days later I felt like my nails were falling off. I got an infection from the dip. I will never go back to this place.

Place isnt terrible, cleaned well, polite staff, the main thing that appealed to me was their variety of colors they offer as ive yet to go somewhere with as big of a selection. My last experience I had didnt make me too happy as the nail technician kept moving my arm and hand into all kinds of positions because for some reason my nails flat on the towel, which has never been a problem in the decade Ive been getting my nails done, suddenly wasnt good enough. The fact he didnt politely ask me to adjust my hands bothered me as he would keep randomly grabbing me quite aggressively, i couldnt help but roll my eyes the 8th time he hastily tried bending my hand. He also seemed in way too much of a hurry as he was very aggressive in trying to get my nails done, to the point my poor cuticles started to bleed because he nicked them with the electric file then again while manually filing (by the way his response was to rub alcohol into the cuts that formed as hard as he could!) My first experience there was better, the only thing I would complain about with their technique is how little glue they use. Its barely anything. Usually after the 1 week mark 1 or 2 of my nails would have given way which isnt long enough when youre expected to pay $50. The other place I use to frequent before it closed would give me nails that lasted at least three weeks before the first nail came away and costed the same!

Gigi is master nail artist! I followed her from her previous gig and she never disappoints. Everytime Ive showed her a picture of what I want, she always gets it right and even it comes out better than I imagined. Duong also does great nails! They are so friendly and accommodating, plus their shop is so gorgeous! Give them a try, you wont find better service at reasonable prices anywhere else!

I am about to turn 45 and this was my very first pedicure. The people were so kind to me asking all the time if everything was ok I highly recommend this place super friendly staff.

I would 10/10 recommend this place for those who want a certain nail design or for anything! I saw a cute nail design on Pinterest and I showed it to Gigi and she did an amazing job without any issues! It’s my first time checking it out and I would deff come back again!

The woman who did my nails was incredibly rude... she whispered “shoot me” when I stated a question. She wouldn’t do anything I asked, and didn’t wash her hands after the previous client. If I could give zero stars, I would. Also, nails chipped after 3 days...
