At first it was a good experience the lady was very nice and made suggestions for what to do with my nails.I wanted my real oval shaped nails to have a more pointed look, but she told me that my nails where too short. So I agreed and asked to keep the original shape. Everything was going well, my nails were filed nicely and painted well.But when she filed my nails after the polish that was when it changed. She used the trammel and then a file to smooth the acrylic on the sides my nails which resulted in the skin under my nails being exposed.I’m not sure why she kept on filing the sides of my thumb and some other fingers. After the top coat was applied and I put my hands under the UV lights, she asked if it looked okay.I noticed that the top coat seeped on the under skin. So I told her that and then that’s when she used a file again and a cuticle trimmer to get the top coat off the skin. That’s when the exposed under skin got snipped and wounded.When that happened her mood switched, she became short tempered with me. She didn’t want to look me in the eye and didn’t offer a discount or sincerely apologize, I felt I welcomed. In the moment I payed for the service and left.I advise not to go here, they also use unclean nail tools and cuticle trimmers. I’m concerned with how my under skin will heal in hopes that there will be no infection.

While I was there one if the staff workers was arguing with the customer making a big stink over the customer not being satisfied with the work she was doing. This was on August 10th around 1:30 in the afternoon. Here Im trying to relax and enjoy my treatment and it was too disturbingly!!!

Nails fell off the next day and chipped...They broke my real nail and glued it back together it also broke the next day.. And they over charging I will no longer be a customer to this business anymore I requested my money back from the manager and will take my business else where.

Amy did a great job on my nails, covid rules and regulations applied upon entry. My set matched my DIY desk, and the gel color goes well with any outfit or accessories.

New client, was an hour late due to issues with my rideshare but they were very gracious and understanding. I didnt have to wait long and got to see a few regulars come and go satisfied so i felt good about them. My nail techs Dang and Amy were the sweetest and did such a good job on my nails I am so happy with them.

I scheduled a time with Amy and I messaged her and called her 5 times and she did NOT respond. I didnt even got my nails and this is my first time with this nail salon!! Not cool!!!!

Awful experience. The lady did not know how to do two tone powder. She would not give me pink powder. My nails are not even, or even the length I wanted. 50$ and I have to go elsewhere to get this crap fixed. Do yourself a favor and find a different salon. Totally unsatisfied. If there was a way to give 0 stars I would.

The only person Ive liked is someone named Susan. An older lady did my nails the other day and she was aggressive with her style and she cut 2 of my fingers while cutting the cuticles. The service was bad, she didnt even say sorry and did a messy job.

I have only been in La Mesa a few mths,and have tried a few different Nail Salons... To say the least, not happy at all ... Until I stepped in Super T ....#1 the place is nice & clean ... #2 Everyone there was very friendly ...#3 Ive been 100% Satisfied each time ive gone, and trust me when I say, Im very picky when it comes to my nails...But Cindy is just FANTASTIC....and does exactly what I want done to my nails!!!This place may be small...but sometimes the smallest packages hold the biggest treasures!!!

I am furious after leaving Super T Nails Today! Unfortunately, Cindy was the only nail person who was available after having to wait more than 30 minutes for her to finish a gel pedicure. I advised my nail chipped at the tip after having nails done Friday May 18th and noticed my real nails were lifting underneath the acrylic and also needed glue to secure those nails. When she finally decides to assist with fixing the nail she takes a nail clipper and cuts my nail. She caught me off guard when she cut it leaving a deep jagged edge. I jumped asking her why did she cut my nail when there was only a chip at the edge which only needed a little acrylic to build file to make even with the opposite finger. At thus point the only other option was for her to cut mail down and add a tip. She had the audacity to say I was picky and not nice and she would not do it. Telling me to wait for Chi who would not be in until Wednesday!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! I did not move and she called Chi rudely speaking in her language facetiming Chi. I told her to turn the phone around showing Chi my nail explaining what happened. Cindy reluctantly fixed my nail using the same gel drying light she used on the previous customers toes. She had me at her mercy. She did not wipe finger after light dryed my finger. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I will NOT be back. It will be a matter of time before Cindy gets salon cited. I give Cindy 0 stars even though it shows 1.

Very inexpensive, good quality nail care. They are located by wal mart with their own parking, not in a great neighborhood but other than that, all good. Would definately recommend and will go there again. No waiting on sundays, the place isnt packed at all.

Got an infected nail and did not return. The pain was unreal. Never in all my years of having my nails done, tragedy! Hospital visit.

My wife went to super T nails today and the place was disgusting filthy old nail clippings under the tubs the lady tried to use a used Emery board from a pedicure on my wife’s hands and my wife called her out about it and the lady acted like it was nothing she acted like she didn’t know that what she was doing was wrong 10 thumbs down times 1000,000 F u’s to this place if you go to super T nails you’ll have toe jam on your fingernails.👎🏻
