Very nice ladies, but the quality wasn’t the best, or maybe I’m too picky but I wasn’t too pleased with the outcome.

The ladies recognize mom and I right away. They understand moms neuropathy and difficulty communicating with hearing loss etc. Theyre gentle and kind to handle her and I can relax while they care for me too.

Take this not only as a complain but also as a suggestion.The place looks very dirty, old, and smells like weed and humidity.Your prices arent super good, so please buying some wall paint, and burning some scents shouldnt cost too much. Cleaning everything sparkling doesnt cost money either, it costs time that will make your customers feel more welcome. And if you feel like updating some things I recommend that too since a lot of your tables are scratched, full of dust and nail polish.Your nail polish is old, I can tell because it takes longer to dry.Those are maybe minor things, big issues...I dont know where people get their certificates here in California. But Ive always gone to nail salons in Miami, and theres this salon that had a motto that was very important beauty doesnt mean pain. Ripping off gel polish, acrylics, and powder gel, with nail pliers and acrylic nails is never been thing I have seen. My nails got extra damaged and ripped off with the powder gel, leaving them very thin and red.Second big issue... tools are used and reused, no fresh, no sterilized, no disposable liners for the pedicure chairs. You are very exposed to getting an infection or nail fungus anytime.The lady with the painted eyebrows, if you cant deal with people get another job cause you are bound to get punch on the face someday.The 2 ladies that helped me out were ok. But the whole environment made me feel like running out of the place.Yes, it might be a little bit cheaper than some other places. But not worth the risk of getting fungus or infection later. Go somewhere else people, this place should be audited by the county for safety hazard.

Worst service, my nails the same day stared to peel off, and I went to the nail spa again and explained everything to the lady and I told her that I wanted to paid and have them do it again to me, and she was so rude and just told me no, we are busy.
