I went in looking for a car, nothing over the top, Just a nice smooth ride. Entering the dealership I was a bit worried since I know the car market has had difficulties due to COVID. I was greeted by an employee called Bernardo and he was extremely helpful and understanding. He assured me they would find a car for me and they did exactly that! I left with a new Camry, beautiful looking car as well. Antonio was also very helpful and was able to help me get a finical situation which was affordable and honestly a fantastic deal. I recommend going to another Toyota dealership. They are extremely shady. I bought an oil change package and they now have no record, even after showing my receipt. A previous time they recommended a service and I when I got it checked at another Toyota place they said I did not need that service for my car. They just try to take advantage of people at this location.

My dad bought a car from toyota and and the customer service from toyota is bad my dad has a 2 year free warranty on a 2021 car so when we had a flat tire when we went to this dealership they wanted to charge us to fix the tire while i had a 2 year free warranty on the car i shouldnt be getting charged so i am going to return the car back and get my money

She knows me, and knows my car (an always dependable 2010 Camry), and she never pushes me to make costly repairs that can wait, or are just cosmetic and can be ignored.

I recently visited this dealer to test drive a Toyota Tacoma. Never having driven or owned a truck and realizing shortage of new trucks - I only expected a short test drive. But thanks to the excellent and patient sales staff (manyhours there), I am now the happy owner of a 2021 TRD 4x4 off-road Tacoma. Do not purchase from this dealership, they took advantage of a gentleman with disability that does not understand a lot and his father who does not speak English. There is a three Day return policy in the state of California and they did not honor it they did not let them review the contract they just told them to sign and did not give them a copy.

I stopped by and Jordan King helped me out. He was very professional and personal, he answered all my questions and worked with me. Most importantly he listened and made sure I left satisfied. Definitely recommending to everyone looking to buy new or used vehicles.

09-05-2021Yesterday at Toyota of Lemon Grove was the best experience Ive ever had buying a car from a dealer ship. Benito M. My sales associate was the only person I dealt with, that was a first. Usually you go to dealerships and you got one guy okie doking you and then he sends another guy to okie doke and then they send another guy. Not here at Larry H. Millers Toyota Lemon Grove, Benito was the only sales rep that okie doked me, 😆😆😆. BUT SERIOUS. He did go back and forth to his manager a couple times until we agreed upon the terms I was looking for. I finally met Joe the manager a real nice guy, and then Jose from finance. I felt all three of these men were honest with me. I hope I am not writing this review too soon, I still need to bring the vehicle back for a through cleaning waxing detail and replacing and fixing a few broken parts Ive noticed. PROMISES KEPT... My experience with other dealers has been, they let you take the car home, and forget about you. Got the car, oh hes not in today come back tomorrow yada yada Yadav and nothing gets done..... Me and my daughter came in looking for a new car after leaving the Honda dealership were I was being pressured to commit to the first car I looked at. I left that place feeling a little bit of anxiety from all the pressure he and his coworker placed on me. So needless to say I was a bit doubtful on stopping into Toyota but since it’s just down the hill I figured I’d give a shot. I’m so glad I did Hector was amazing he let me look at as many cars as I wanted and did not pressure me into anyone he showed me. At the end I was still a little iffy about commitment and Joe happened to be there and I truly thank the Lord for him as well. He went the extra mile to help me make the best decision by taking him and the dealership out of the equation and making my needs priority and making me and my daughter feel like family.

Same old same old. They had a car advertised that didnt exist. They put me thru the let me talk to my manager game when I did find one. I was there for 4 hours. When I brought my certified vehicle in for the oil change, they tried to sell me $350 in unnecessary servicing and it had a dirty filter -- they dont change those standard on certified vehicles? And the car has a bad battery. It died on me within a month of purchasing it. I thought the AAA guy was just trying to sell me a battery, but I died again after just trying to set up the phone for 20 mins with the radio. Toyota corporate customer service sucked regarding that, too. I hope the cars are still well built. Time will tell. Ill go with Honda next time.

My experience was absolute prefect, I highly recommend for your first car or to purchase one in general the service was prefect also the process. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and battery change. I was there a total of 3 1/2 hours. It is not as if I just showed up for service. I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance.I was very disappointed!

I brought my 2015 Prius in for a maintenance check, oil change and safety recall. Pablo helped me with my car. He was very attentive and helpful. The Toyota mechanics found a leak in my timing cover. Pablo asked if I had an extended warranty he could call. He was diligent in following up with the warranty company. This was one of the most positive experiences I have had with an auto repair issue. It was hassle free and efficient. I highly recommend!

Daniel was my representative for the day.I had requested a brake inspection to determine brake wear of disc and drum set since I had never seen the drums since I bought it used 20k miles ago at 60k. Work request was complied with during due oil change and I was able to personally photograph the brakes. I also was advised of maintenance intervals that may need to be done later since the previous owners never did dealership maintenance and had no official documentation of maintenance.

I went into Larry Miller Toyota to refinance my Tacoma for purchase after coming off a lease. I was greeted immediately by salesmen Gerardo, (Gerry). I told him I’d just had yet another horrible experience with Norm Reeves where I bought the truck 5 yrs ago, and was just here to get financed. No extended warranties, no extras, no nonsense. I took the afternoon off to get this done, and couldn’t waste time. Gerry assured me he could help me, that the warranties were all optional, and that they were happy to provide financing. Gerry and his team got me in and out in a couple hours as promised, with a new loan at a rate and payment I felt good with. I’ve been in business for myself 26 yrs. This is how you do business. With honesty and integrity. Do right by your customers and they’ll keep coming back. It’s a simple concept that Gerry and the finance staff get it. Highly recommended.

I had an absolute pleasure trading in my first car and purchasing a new vehicle here at Larry H. Miller Toyota in Lemon Grove. I have never had any experience with a dealership before, and had an excellent experience with Jordan King. My catalytic converter was stolen and I called around to try and find someone who had the part in stock so I wouldn’t be without a car for too long. But they were able to work with me to where we could meet at price that was fine with me, and give a solid value on my trade in.The funny thing is the sales and financing portion of it was quick (all things considered with the negotiating). It was the waiting game to finalize it with finance, because they were backed up. But all parties who helped me made everything a painless process. Spent $800 for service including having my car detailed. I had to remind my service writer that they had specials on 2 of the services (They where going to charge me the higher prices). Also the detailing of the car was sloppy and incomplete. They need to do a better job and pay more attention to detail.

Worst car shopping experience ever,  I emailed the dealership on the car I wanted to purchase asking an out the door price, having purchased a new vehicle in past I have been wary of dealerships. So this time I got pre-approved from my bank and just went looking for the right deal I wanted, I emailed thier dealership,  I test drove the car then before they ran my credit, I asked how much would it be out the door, the salesman asked his manager for a number, came back and while I looked at the number, I realized it was an additional 25% in dealer fees, that was 125%, I attempted to take a picture of the deal since I was shopping and the salesman grabbed the paper saying I wasnt allowed to do that, then he said hell talk to his manager to get a better deal, his manager came back and told me he couldnt do anything and implied I was wasting their time since I was just shopping. The salesman apologized for his manager making the situation very awkward, then I gladly left. If your someone that compares prices before buying, I dont recommend walking in to this dealership. Im pretty sure they probably have great customer service if you arent shopping as their sales manager puts it.

I had one of the best experiences while car shopping at this dealership. I was looking for a RAV4 Hybrid and it seemed like it was impossible to find a new one. Robert was an amazing salesman. There was a RAV4 LE on the way, which really wasnt my first choice, but I wanted to try and get it anyway. Ultimately, I ended up finding the XSE version at another dealership that had great people like Robert. I would highly recommend that this be your first stop if youre looking for a car!

I ended up refinancing my auto loan through my bank. Because of that, I was suppose to receive a GAP insurance refund from Toyota since I had originally financed through them. When I went in to sign the paperwork, whomever it was that brought me the paperwork had an attitude. I was told at that time it would be mailed to ME in 4 - 6 weeks. 7 weeks later, I called, left a voicemail for Kyle (no call returned), left a voicemail for Marie (no call returned), then finally spoke with Chris. Chris then told me it would take 6 - 8 weeks and that my refund would be sent to my bank since they are now the lender on my loan (information that was NEVER relayed to me). My bank told me they havent received anything. I called Chris yesterday (the 8 week mark) asking him for check information and he tells me to call him back today. Of course, he doesnt answer. After a few more unreturned voicemails, I ask to speak with the general manager of the dealership and then Im FINALLY offered help. I tell them the basic story because IVE EXPLAINED MYSELF FAR MORE THAN ID LIKE TO for them to tell me the same general information Chris gave me and that, I didnt bother to mention what information I needed. Which I believe was you Jenn, that I spoke with so thanks for that... When Im calling about a check, you would think check information is whats needed. Especially since I had just asked Chris for that yesterday and he was the one you spoke to. Tina then returns a voicemail I left for her, thank goodness, with the check information. Needless to say, the check was cashed but guess what! My bank has zero information on it because they never received it! So now, my bank is going to call to figure out what is going on but based off my experience, Im pretty sure they wont get anywhere. If only the office staff was just as helpful as the sales staff was when I was buying my car, we couldve definitely had this all figured out by now. Not saying its Toyotas fault that the check didnt get to me but theyre definitely at fault for not helping a customer with information that only they possess.

I’ve been coming to Larry’s Toyota Lemon Grove for oil changes and servicing for the past year. We take both our cars there and now referred our family who will now start to go there. The team has always been helpful and all very nice. I have worked with a few different agents from the service team. The team member who has helped me numerous times is Daniel. Great service! No nonsense extra sale. Just your honest and informative service agent. He isn’t pushy like all the other dealer service centers we have ever gone to. Also, I never have to wait very long. An hour and half max for an oil change, tire rotation and all the other checks. That’s pretty good! Great job service team!!

I normally don’t leave reviews unless I get an outstanding service OR the opposite.I had a conversation over the phone with a sales guy name Giovani and the sales manager as well about a deal. We set all the numbers over the phone and made the appointment to go sign the papers the next day (today)Well, both of the people I talked to weren’t there so I talked to a different sales guy and he basically said there is no way I can give you that deal, that seems not realistic! Even tho he confirmed that I did make that deal over the phone with his team! My point is you gotta get your team Straight and not sell bull***t over the phone and waist people’s time.Good news is I got that deal from Mossy Toyota on mission Bay drive and I drove the car home today.

Daniel was very helpful getting my truck aligned, I did ask if the service techs could do the multi point inspection on my vehicle and asked if that included topping off all fluids and he confirmed that it did. I know I needed windshield wiper fluid so I was hoping to see actual fluid in the reservoir when I popped open my hood but I only found that there was water in there and not enough to fill up to the max fill spot so I had to use some left over windshield wiper fluid that I had for my wifes vehicle on mine, besides that the truck drives better than what it was driving before I brought it in.Thank you

10k maintenance with an 8:30 am appointment. Took almost 2.5 hours for simple LOF. Asked them to look at a slow leak in tire. Found a screw but wouldnt fix it. Referred me to a tire store. Unacceptable all the way around.

I got the 3 oil change, tire rotation deal. It took an hour and 40mins to do. I guess mandated break after an hour of work. I just had my truck detailed and oily hand marks where left on my hood, and my rims. I guess that’s proof work got done?
