Had a set of Michilen tires installed Sep 27 2021, when I got my car back and checked the tires pressures it seemed like four different techs worked on the car and had a disagreement on what the tire pressures should be. All different pressure 34, 37, 38, and 40 psi, for a car that reccomends 33 psi for all four tires. I really didnt expect this from Discount tire. Customer service reps were knowledgeable and helpful but the techs dropped the ball, wasnt even a last minute job, I dropped the car off at around 1pm and they close at 6pm. They took like an hour from check in and for installation, but I rather they had taken 4 hours and do their job right the first time.

I like this location has a large waiting area. Workers have been nice each time I have been here. Josh has helped me multiple times and is always nice and personable.They have been up front and honest each time I go and explain when safety is a concern.I highly recommend this location.

Always helpful and competitive pricing on tires but the installation is a bit high and u do have to make an appointment not to have a 2 -3 hour wait to have your car serviced

Took over an hour and a half just to get 4 tires on. Good thing I have a little knowledge about tires. They were trying to run up in my pockets. Do your research first. The guy helping was real cool tho.

I bought two new tires for my car 🚗 they were friendly and quickly got me taken care of. Ive purchased new tires five years ago and again quick and friendly service and if I have any problems now or in future theyll help take of it for me as a valued customer I would recommend to everyone!

Josh is so helpful here. I had problem with wheel hub that I was worried that it got stripped and he thoroughly went over every tire including every bolt and hub and fixed anything that was even slightly off. He took the time to explain everything thing he did and answered my many questions patiently and honestly. I left there feeling very confident and worry free I appreciate his above and beyond service. It made my whole day

Just had my tires rotated and all were set to manufacturers psi recommendation to 37 psi and one was set to 62. Above max psi rating. Could have blown on my way to work. I have the digital psi reading picture and from my personal tire gage picture to prove. Now I dont even trust that my tires were rotated correctly. Seems like a lack of knowledge that put customer at risk.. luckily I know what it should be and double checked.

Moe Saavedra and his team are the best! Needing new tires and replacing a damaged tire are typically situations that I dread. However, time and again Moe and his team have made taking care of our tires on all of our vehicles into a pleasant experience every time. We have had all of our tires replaced on all of our vehicles, including our 30 foot travel trailer, by the Lemon Grove Discount Tire team. Making an appointment sets the stage for a fast and smooth experience. The staff are polite and helpful. I don’t think I have ever even had to open a door for myself at their shop as the make a point to donut for me. They help us make sure we get the right tires for the each vehicle and their warranty certificate program has paid off on a few times now.

Personally, Discount has been my go-to tire dealer for well over a decade now. This particular visit was simply to check the air on my vehicles tires, which is a free service. But the staff immediately noticed something embedded in one of the vehicles tires.That turned a simple air stop into a service stop. Removing the object and repairing the tire was free; and the wait time was short, despite the number of other folks and their various business matters that particular day.The staff members always treat their customers very well. Knowledge of the services and tires available to the particular customers needs becomes apparent immediately. That, in turn, adds confidence to the buyers questions and concerns.Consumers (like me, anyway) are often leary of being drawn into purchasing goods or services that have little to do with their actual needs. But I have come to trust these folks implicitly and rely on their suggestions.This review hasnt focused on any specific tires, brands, or services available. Those would all be unique to the prospective buyer, of course. I only wanted to assure folks they can trust Discount.There was one slight drawback, though, that kept me from awarding five stars: Entering the line for air was a little tricky. The area behind its building is rather small. It requires turning around in order to get back into the line.This particular day, there was a large truck that may have just delivered some tires or something. That reduced the space behind the building considerably, making it a bit more difficult to navigate the traffic.Small inconvenience.

They took great care of me. Started out rocky because I just dropped off a new set wheels to have tires mounted and the guy that took the wheels out of the car got off work without telling the other guys what was to be done, but I called there was a little confusion but when I went down to the store they took care of me right away and they where very professional. I would definitely be going back for my other cars.

Previous experiences at this place were friendly with good customer service. I arrived to have tires rotated and pressure checked. Outside member put me on a list and said they would call me in about an hour. Thus I continued my shopping at another store. 15 minutes after leaving, I received a call stating they had no appointment remaining for the day and that I had to come back and have tire inspected and then they would take me as a walk in. I came back and I assume it was the manager that was rude as the original member was apologetic. I had to wait in their waiting area for an addition hour and a half so they could look for a chance to up-sell me with a tire inspection. They wasted my time and lost a longtime customer.

Ive used these guys for my tire needs since 2010. Theyve always taken care of me. Ive purchased tires and wheels at this place. Recently I got my first nail in the tire flat and they were able to patch it up free of charge. Im planning to come back to them for all my tire needs. I recommend making an appointment or calling ahead to make sure they have your tire in stock. If not they can order or transfer from another store free of charge. They also check tire air pressure free of charge. Great guys to get your tires need taken care of 👍

They fixed my flat tire for free but not before the tall white sweaty gentleman asked me why dont you take it back to where you got your tires done? you only come to us for free service? I was running late for a drs appointment, discount tire is literally down the street from were I live. Im not gonna tow my car 14mi away under my circumstance. I just thought giving me a hard time for something his company offers was out of order.

If you go to this discount tire, try to get Adam or Junior to assist you. Junior helped my girlfriend over a month ago and he was really great. I recently was just helped by Adam. I must say I was very weary of even going here but I knew I would get the answers I needed help with for getting the proper size and brand of tire. I never even planned on buying any that evening to say the least. But Adam not only got me into the right size but found me a very economical brand and full set that I couldnt walk away from. He even waited for me to go home and bring my truck back and got me set up within a half hour of them closing. I will definitely be back to see them when I upgrade to my new wheels and tires I plan on getting from them now. Thank You Adam if you see this!

My husband was the first one in line before they opened to check low tire pressure on one tire. They told him it would be an hour before they could figure it out. An HOUR to inspect a tire?! They get a 2nd star for previous visits but can’t believe it would be an hour just to see why a tire was low.

My husband has been in the hospital since 11-1-19 with mouth cancer. He has always taken care of the car. I went to the Lemon Grove location to see if they could repair a nail. I was helped my Kyle Jamotillo who was above amazing, and they did it for free. I am going back & recommend! Fast, professional. When you are down & worried, their kindness meant everything to me.

I must give 4 stars to this Discount tires and if I leave even near the approximate time estimated I will rank them at 5 stars. They have been busy since my horribly timed flat tire Monday. I had on the spare so being that tires shops should Only be busy handling these type of Emergency attention and essential situations after being promptly approached professionally advised of possibilities and unforceably taking care of by Joe I was less rattled and annoyed. I saw these hard working men I felt tomorrow would work with this highly qualified crew. Thankful for Joe and his reassurance and safety reminders.

The Lemon Grove tire location is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They keep great records of my tire service and eager to help when needed. I get my tires checked regularly to best driving performance. Its always busy though the staff definitely know how to prioritize, communicate, and help each person.

Ordered the tire online, was delivered to their shop when it was supposed to, quick and easy, no problem.Not my first time with this merchant, wont be my last.

They were willing to match Costcos price plus they give you free rotation and fill your tires with air and have a decent warranty. The service is good but the wait can be a little on the long side. Making an appointment can help with that a bit.

Pretty good things took longer than the time estimate but I spent time walking around Walmart which is a very short walk from this particular location so theres no shortage of things to do in my case shopping that I had to get done both the people I talked to the salesperson and I think the store manager were both very cool nobody turned on any kind of hard sales tactics which I appreciated I also mentioned some problems that I had in the past and the manager accommodated those concerns. The new tires feel great.

Tried to add the additional warranty to the tires. I had an appointment and while I don’t expect to be out within 15 minutes he told me that making an appointment makes no difference in my wait time. Why even make one in the first place.

I dont usually drop reviews but Id like to shout out Moe and Christian for the great customer service. Took my car in for a typical tire refill but I didnt realize I had a leak in one of my back tires that needed a slight repair. They both made my experience great and Ill gladly go to them for any tire services I need on my bmw.
