These office administrators can’t be trusted. Before beginning treatment I confirmed insurance coverage and billing with the staff. Two months later and after four visits they informed me that they made a mistake in looking into my insurance coverage and would be retroactively charging my credit card the full amount for each visit instead of the co-pay. They’re charging me hundreds of dollars for a mistake they made and which could have been avoided if they had done their job correctly. Awful service, do not schedule an appointment with Monarch Family Counseling.
