I was blown away by my great experience at Grease Monkey! My husband typically does our oil changes, but we decided to take it here this time for convenience. I called first to get a time estimate and the guy I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived the manager came out to greet me and give instructions (which I was grateful for never having taken my car in like that!). He was so helpful and thorough, and he made sure I was getting the best deal possible. I felt like it was a friend was getting me all taken care of! I waited in the kiddo area with my son and our service was taken care of in a timely manner. Grateful for such an excellent experience - we will definitely be returning!!

Drove up to Grease Monkey and its great to have them come right up to meet me at my car, instruct me to just leave the keys and they will take care of everything else. Inside given information to decide from and then waited only 20 minutes while drinking soda they provided. Restrooms are clean and other customers coming in were treated with enthusiasm and respect.

They were quick and easy as always. I love that they have drinks, a free car wash and I even got flowers on the way out. I was super impressed and will be going to this location for all my oil changes

Every time I go to Grease Monkey I have a great experience. All the guys that work there are very kind. The services are alwaysperformed quickly and efficiently. Grease Monkey is our go-to car service place. We love it!

I don’t know if they’re under new management or not, but the car wash seems to be getting worse. The last 10 or more times I’ve gone, the lanes have been closed or half the vacuums are not working. My last car wash I had to go through twice. I hope they step it up as I love the location. I’ve been getting my oil changed there, and using they car wash for as long as they have been there.

This was my first time at Grease Monkey and I absolutely loved it! They were incredibly kind, made the process smooth and easy, and to top it off gave me a free car wash at the end! I can’t recommend this place enough! They filled up my tires as well and checked to make sure everything else looked good with my car. I will definitely be coming back!

I have 6 vehicles I take here regularly. They are always so quick and efficient.Yesterday, I went with no hurry at all. Got there right before close and have a classic jeep. They didnt have the oil filter and needed to run to the parts store to get it. Employee who was tasked, got into an accident, which delayed getting the the filter even more. Even in these circumstances (again, I was in no hurry at all) they updated me numerous times, were super apologetic, and the irony? They still got the filter and got my car in and out faster than any other shop would have. Plus, because of the inconvenience (again there was none), they gave me a discount on the service.Think my business is going anywhere else???? NOPE!

I am very happy with the service provided here and with the facilities. The employees are very friendly and the waiting area is clean. It looks like they usually have soda and popcorn for you while you wait, but it is currently closed due to COVID. My emission test was done in under 10 minutes in a busy Saturday.

I love grease monkey! This location specifically has always gone above and beyond. They throw in discounts (without me even asking sometimes!) and always give me a free car wash ticket at the end.Never had a problem with my car afterwards.Been going here for years and don’t plan on stopping!

Had already waited an hour and a half at Jiffy Lube for the same service, but they neglected to tell me (until I had already waited an hour) that their machine was faulty and they had tried to fix it. I go to this grease monkey location everytime even though it’s out of the way for me. The service is unmatched! They let me stay in my car with my little kids and they are so fast!! This time I needed windshield wipers and they sent one of their guys to the auto parts store nearby to grab the back one since they didn’t have it. And then gave me $10 off!! Totally went above and beyond for me, they always do!

I have been going to Grease Monkey for years. I literally drive 30 minutes to get my oil changed from them because they are so good to work with! Everytime I get my oil changed, they are prompt and professional. They are all great people and lovely to work with.

Katie greeted me at my car and went over what was best for my engine. She explained which oil lasted the longest and what was the best value for me. I’m used to going to jiffy lube and having them sell me every service possible, but that was the opposite of how I was treated at grease monkey! Her and Bailey showed me my cabin air filters and said that they looked good and I didn’t need to change them until my next visit. I don’t know anything about cars so they could’ve told me that they needed to be changed and I would’ve believed them but they were honest with me. They even topped off my fluids, filled my tires, and washed my windows for no extra charge. I’ll definitely be back to this location!

Went in to have my transmission oil checked, the person who helped me was honest and told me the oil was still good, but since I wanted to change it anyways to maintain the service on the car I got it done anyways. Really liked the fact that he didnt try sell me the service or pressure me into getting other things done. Even gave me a much needed car wash! Will definitely come back

Even though they were very busy, I was greeted and handled promptly. My only complaint is that the wi-fi is not working. When I asked, I was told that it never works. Seems like an easy fix and something that should be a priority so that those waiting can access it.

Came in for an oil change was told by Conner I was not due for an oil change for about 2 thousands milesThey checked my oil and washer fluid as well as my tire pressure. They informed me that my tags were expired.. they were able to do the admissions test and the registration right there and I didn’t have to go to the dmv. Definitely coming here again recommend to all.

Brackston is the Store Manager and is a Fantastic and HONEST guy! He trains his team to take time to explain everything to the customers and not push extra services on anyone. I have been coming to them for years now and have referred them to several extended family and friends close by whom ALL have switched over to this Grease Monkey due to their Honest and Ethical Hard Work! Cant say enough about this store and their employees!

Connor and the other mechanic I talked to that changed my engine air filter were great. They performed a coolant flush and oil change They took me 15 min before closing time. Connor, who Id talked to on the phone, greeted me as soon as Id pulled up. They happily answer any questions. They discounted everything, which was a pleasant surprise. And they give you a car wash after.

Normal have liked them. He told me the oil change was 55 dollars with my 20 dollar off coupon. He said an extra bit of oil is 3.29 and that was included in that price.I just left and was in a hurry since I stood st the counter waiting to pay for about 10 to 15 minutes. Just realized I was charged over 62 before taxes. Thought it was high with tax but figured maybe tax was higher now or something.. but nope! Was charged more.There are also weird notes about a leak that were not mentioned to me at all and it just says a rear main seal.... in years past they would actually bring thst up to my face.Bummed about this time :/ especially being overcharged. I only chose this oil because it was at 55. If he had said 63 I would have just done my regular oil.

Went in for an oil change. I was super hesitant on coming to anywhere besides jiffy lube.I was greeted by a girl name baylie, she was the best! She was honest about the work that needed to be done on my car. I believe she was the assistant manager, and I think it’s really cool they are letting girls work in this business, I’ve never seen many people that are females in the car industry, let alone a assistant manager or manager. I’m not sure which she is, but she definitely represented grease monkey in a manner that she should be manager!Thank you for the best experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced. I never thought it would be an enjoyable one!I will never going anywhere else now! And I will be referring all of my friends and family here as well.

The girl Bailey that helped me was so amazing! She got me in and out so quick and Ive never felt so comfortable with getting my car worked on. The guy that greeted me was really nice too i think his name was tanner. Great environment.

I love this place but they are so busy that the wait is too long. The emissions guy doesnt get there until 10am so i was turned away. When i came back an hour later the line was so long that i went to jiffy lube.

Super fast and efficient for registration and oil changes. One downside is that they are more expensive than a lot of other oil changes I’ve priced out-Including Acura our dealership. I’ve used them when I can’t get down to Murray for an oil change and they are great. Registration was a breeze and I’ll continue using them for that because they have it so streamlined it’s a one stop thing- no trips to the DMV!

Baylie was amazing! She instantly came out and guided me to a lane and told me how many people were ahead of me. She walked me inside and went over the pricing and time estimation. By the time I came back, everything was finished. It was perfect and easy and I highly recommend her! Thanks Baylie!

Bailey was very kind, professional, and made me genuinely feel like they cared about my vehicle.

I got an emissions test and an oil change. This last trip was just awful. Sure the changed my oil, but i’m pretty sure they didn’t inspect anything else. My tires were warped and wires were showing and lumps were occurring and I guess either nobody wanted to let me know or nobody really inspected the car. It wasn’t just one tire but all 4. I didn’t notice until I got home and put on my registration sticker. I was going on a road trip to California. If I didn’t check them before I left, I wouldn’t be surprised if they all just blew out driving through hotter areas. Sadly, I won’t be coming back anymore. I hope you can understand.

Brought wife’s car in for an oil change and registration. They said it needed emissions testing. I said okay, as why would they lie, and Utah doesn’t send out notifications anymore so I don’t know. When I opened glove box to replace registration certificate I pull out the old one and their was an emissions form attached from grease monkey. I look through the glove box and they have done this to my wife every year. Charged for emissions. Also found they charged her for a coolant change when i had taken the car into dealership for a major service interval which included coolant change.

To be honest I was scared that I was going to be scammed into paying more for repairs that I didnt need, something that most other shops of this nature are known for. Grease Monkey is the only place I enjoy taking my car for competent service and a great deal (a free car wash with towel and vacuum use is hard to beat).

They line to get into the carwash was ridiculous, but the wait was worth the service at grease monkey I got. The service was wonderful! I wish I remember the employees name because she deserves a shout out. Not only incredibly helpful in being proactive and checking for services my wifes car needed, but super kind throughout the whole process. She even gave me flowers to take home to my wife. The actual service was timely and I would highly recommend this location. I hope all of your employees are as great as she was!

Over priced for an oil change and I asked them to tension my serpentine belt which they said they werent able to. While I was waiting I looked it up on YouTube and it is a very straightforward operation which anyone who is capable of changing oil should be able to do.

So grateful for their service even during covid! They took great precautions to keep me and their workers safe physically and follow CDC requirements. They requested I stay in my car during the entire oil change, which was a way cool experience! Grateful they’re able to still serve us safely during this crazy time!
