Service was great till they didn’t own up to denting my car if you bring your car here make sure to take pictures before. The guy said he remembered it coming in without one a said there is nothing we can do about it.

I went in to get a safety inspection done on my utv. They immediately came out and did the inspection right then and there. Very friendly, very fast.

My wife was telling me about this place, because one of her co-workers told her about Rogers Automotive. When we got there, the guy at the front desk was outstanding in his customer service and very honest about his recommendation for our vehicle. Very satisfied for a first time visit and customer.

Rogers Automotive is the only place I will have my vehicles diagnosed and repaired. They are honest and kind when discussing options and dont throw crazy repair costs at you. Travis and Mike are always extremely helpful whenever I go in. They make you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle in their hands, and they get the job done in a very timely manner.

Every time I go anywhere else I regret it.Another car place (just happened to be closer) tried to convince me I needed to replace a whole chunk of my engine so I immediately brought my car to Rodgers for a second opinion. Anyway they KNEW I was nervous and half convinced I needed a massive repair and didnt take advantage of me at all. By far the most honest place in all of the valley.I walked away with a bill literally a 20th of what the other place wanted to charge me. Ill never go anywhere else again, I learned my lesson!The only tricky part with Rogers is turn around. Amazing work. Incredibly fairly priced. But because of this theyre often swamped and you often have to wait a few days to have your car seen. For me this is fine since were a two car couple and I work from home but I know for some this would be a more difficult arrangement so Im taking the time to mention it. They might have a loan car but Ive never asked.

Friendly service and quick for emission testing. Unfortunately the staff doesnt follow covid19 precautions which are stated on the door. I saw no one in the service department or at the front desk with a mask.

Got our oil changed and tires rotated here for our truck and gave them 5 stars. Come to find out that it was leaking and rushed back to the shop to have them check it out and was told that the oil filter was in a hard spot and they had a difficult time. We opened the hood and oil was everywhere. It looked like an armature did the oil change and we were surprised that they didn’t even bother to clean up the oil. They told us there wasn’t any leaks and to hose it off and if there was anymore leaks call them. We washed the engine, tightened everything- since they didn’t. So far we’re down to a few drops of oil and hoping it stops. Definitely won’t ever come here again- sad that this was our first experience with them.

We had one HORRIBLE experience after another.1) They took advantage of our need to replace a head gasket and added more NEED TO FIX items, that didnt really need to be fixed. THEN we said to ourselves lets give them another shot.2) They took 3 days to replace spark plugs.3) ONE MORE CHANCE, we had a leak that we asked to be fixed. They changed our oil, told us it was ready, and when we asked about the leak, (the reason we took it there), they hadnt looked at it yet.They are good people, with poor customer service skills. They are always overbooked, and dont manage their work load well. My father in law owns his own shop in another state and he will always side with the mechanics. He does not side with this group. They need to overhaul their process, work on their timing, and always be direct and honest about how the repairs are coming along.We are making sure that anyone who asks us knows that Rogers is not prepared to handle their business.

I drive past a number of repair places to go to Rogers. Their labor rate is reasonable, their honesty and integrity beyond reproach.

Excellent service. Went in for registration, when I had my right back tire at about 11 PSI. Without them saying anyting and unbeknownst to me they filled it up. Amazing service, and an excellent team.

The Rogers family has been helping Milford Residents for over 50 years with excellent service at fair prices. They are honest and technically competent. You can trust this company, I’ve been going to them for 30 years from simple oil change to engine repair.

My work takes all our vehicles here primarily for emissions tests. But I take my personal vehicles here for general service and emissions great staff and ownership and pretty fast.

I moved to this area 6 years ago and it took me awhile to find a mechanic I felt I could trust. I have been taking my vehicles to Rogers now for a couple years and have been more than pleased with their service. They communicate well through the whole process, are professional and polite, and once I bring a car in I have never had to go back for continued issues. I feel that they take the time to properly test and diagnose issues. I would recommend family and friends to them.

HORRIBLE, REPULSIVE, DISHONEST.....My wife and I and 3 of our children have been taking our car repairs for a couple of years there and recently had such a horrible, bad experience with Rogers Automotive that we will never go back. My son had on his drivers window in his Chevy Cruz not roll up or down with the power button and so I called and spoke to Travis. He said it would cost over around $320.00 to replace the regulator. I explained that it seemed kind of high of a price bid just to fix the window button. I told him I will call other places and he proceeded to say if you cannot afford that we could fix the window with a piece of wood that works just as good for about $175.00. I assumed that meant to replace the regulator with a wood piece as the regulator instead. I thought that sounded great. What Travis failed to tell me is that the window would not work. So when my son who makes near minimum wage with his hard earned money gave Travis the $175.00 and Travis said joking, there you go! My son said what do you mean you did not fix it! Travis proceeded to say sure we did we jammed down the window so that you cannot open or close it. My son was very upset. I called Travis and later and said you would fix my sons window? He laughed and said really? I did fix it The window will not stay down. We sealed it closed. Also he damaged the regulator so badly that when we took it to Unique in Saratoga Springs the employees were able to pull the piece of wood out but said Rogers damaged the window regulator frame so bad he will eventually have to get a whole new window frame!! They also said they have never heard of anyone put a piece of wood in a window before. How strange So he fixed the regulator for $200 which I paid for. So thanks to Rogers lying to us that ended up costing my son and I $380.00 anyway. When Travis refused to give my son his money back he told my wife that the owner is on a cruise (probably with the thousands of dollars we have given him over the years for the overpriced service! The owner Mike Rogers told my son and wife laughing if you bring the piece of wood you took out of the window at Unique he would give us our money. When we call Unique the next day they said sorry they threw the piece of wood away. I am sooo frustrated with Travis and Mike Rogers. We will never go back there. We figure over the years with 5 cars hopefully he will lose some money. Actually will lose a lot of money and a lot of business. I believe in KARMA.

Great people! I came in because my ignition wasn’t turning. We thought it was probably some pins that wore down and he said they would be able to replace the whole thing if I wanted but it would be about half the price if I went to a locksmith and had them replace the individual pins. I did and it saved me a ton!!! I really respect when people are more interested in making sure you get the help you actually need and not just making another buck off of you. They might have been able to convince me I should have replaced it but they didn’t and it really earned my trust. Wonderful example of great mechanics and honest ones at that :)

I went with a problem with my hood latch. They looked at it, said it probably just need grease, greased it, and topped off my tires for good measure. I love places that dont take advantage. These guys were helpful, friendly, and honest.

Incredible place! My guard is always high and Im usually ready to be a little more tough when I go to car places because of the high number of incidences I have had as a woman. However, THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! There was no concern about having extra cost/repair or being treated inferior. I was treated equally and fairly. The guy who helped me was incredibly honest. I pulled up to Rogers Auto expecting for a fair estimate from a nice, small, automotive shop. What I got, was far from this.After my friend and I both left our cars with Roger, we both explained we already had an idea of what the issues on our cars were and needed an estimate. I explained that the security alarm had been going off randomly and there is no way to stop it when this happens. I also mentioned that I may need my lights changed if they end up fixing my car.After about two hours, my friend and I still had not heard works on our cars. My friend called to see what was going on and they said they would call us back in an hour with estimates. Almost 2 hours later, we still had not heard back. My friend called again and they told him his simple spark plug issue would be $600 and my alarm issue would be $800. That sounded completely off from what I had been told previously from other auto shops. They told us we could pick up our cars in 30. After 30, we show up and still end up waiting on our cars. Then they hand us both bills. I was completely confused because I was not told their estimates charge. My friend was charged $50 when he already knew his issue. I was charged $70 for the estimate and they went ahead and fixed my headlights, which was an additional $20. I could have spend $10 fixing both myself and thought this would not be done unless I let them work on my car. When I told them I didnt understand why we were charged for an estimate the attendant told me Well we have to look at the car to give you an estimate.... no duh... That does not mean I should be charged for them to reitterate issues I already explained to them that I had.So finally, me and my friend left 5 hours after dropping off our cars feeling scammed, pissed, and cars not any better than they were before.Oh, and my headlight they fixed was out by the very next day.This place made me feel taken advantage of. 1 Star does not even feel low enough for the service I experience. -5 stars would be much more appropriate...Fast and friendly? No... Just No...Do not take your car here.

Always get my cars inspected there. They are very fast, and let me know of issues that I may see in the near future. They are great as I do most of my own mechanic work.

Ive had my cars serviced at Rogers Automotive for years, and I will go nowhere else. I keep returning for the following reasons:1) They treat my car like it is their own. They only do things that are needed.2) They go out of their way to ensure that Im happy with the service.3) I usually am in and out the same day, even on more complicated issues.4) I always get proactiveand timely updates to my cars status.5) Im always pleasantly surprised at how affordable they are.6) Theyre just good people. At most auto service companies I often feel like theyre not being truthful with me, or dont care about my business. Ive never felt that way at Rogers.Couldnt ask for a better repair center to service my cars.

I needed front struts and an alignment for my Honda Element. I called in and talked to someone that was polite and didnt treat me like I was wasting their time calling them for an estimate (like others in town). I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and they were busy, but they stayed late to make sure it got done by the time they quoted me. I was able to pick it up first thing the next day with both struts changed and an alignment performed. So far, everything seems perfect.5 stars for super fast service and great prices!

Honest, great service, competent and exceeds expectations. I don’t usually write reviews, however I feel it important for everyone to know who you can trust in the world of automotive mechanics. I had my truck towed to World Class Auto Repair because my brakes were partially engaged while driving. They told me they would have to replace my entire brake system which includes all 4 rotors, calipers, pads, brake lines, master cylinder, and ABS control unit for $5,000. I chose instead to call Rogers Automotive Repair Center who quoted me $1,600 for the exact same job over the phone. I had my truck towed there. After Rogers diagnosed the problem in person, they told me I only needed a master cylinder, new front pads and to flush my brake lines for a much lower $586! They were friendly and professional and the brake system on the truck is working great. It’s clear the people at Rogers Automotive Repair Center have people of integrity who won’t invent problems just to make an extra buck, or in this case and an extra 4,400 bucks. I have since talked to several people who have taken their vehicles to Rogers Automotive for years and swear by them.

Rogers Automotive is a excellent shop to go to. They have very skilled mechanics that take the time to make sure the vehicle is fixed right. They are cautious of your money and make it count by doing only needed repairs. They stand behind their work. They put forth every reasonable effort to satisfy their customers. Though they may not be the cheapest to go to, theyre worth what they charge. I would recommend Rogers Automotive to family and freinds alike.

Nothing but GREAT words to say. I went to Rodgers and they were so helpful. Got everything done so fast, and they were very helpful with fixing my Jeep. They don’t try to scam and do great quality work!! My uncle and parents recommended me to them since I just moved here and because I was having such a hard time finding a trust worthy mechanic since I’m a young girl a lot of mechanics try to scam and do things unnecessary. My Jeep was shaking, and the first few mechanics I tried tried to update and lie to me saying I needed to fix some axels.... quoted me over 600$. I went to Rodgers they recommended and diagnosed the problem so fast and easy, checked my Jeep for any other additional problems and confirmed my axels were in a good condition.(what a relief!!) Any other mechanic could have said yes you need to replaced them(knowing I didn’t needed too and would have taken my money) Rodgers directed me in the right direction only ended up having to spend not even half of the first quote to fix the problem with my Jeep. Thank you Rodgers for the recommendations and fixing my car!! You guys are amazing!

I do most of my own work but always use Rogers if it is over my head or something like safety and emissions. Fair and honest. I recommend them them to friends and family.

Travis got us fixed up with a new Fuel Pump and Filter. I will state it took him a while (4 days) but he had good follow up and gave us satisfactory credit. We would use him again.

I would love to leave a 5 star review because theyve been really awesome, but theyve been just as equally....not. They did an engine swap for me a few years ago and it was perfect and only took them a day! Then they did an engine swap for a family member that was out of state and it took a lot of reminders and pestering to get them to finish it over a few months. Weve had them do some small things on our minivan for us and some have gone just smooth but others...havent.Our AC was having trouble and covered by a warranty which they took care of just fine. But as soon as it was done, the accessory belt that drives the AC began making a ton of noise so we took it back. They said it was the alternator now (which wasnt very old and wasnt giving us any trouble charging anything, and didnt make any noise before the AC replacement). We trusted them and let them do it. Didnt solve the problem, took it back and they said it was another valve for the AC system. Which we had them fix. Noise never went away, we were tired of taking it back in, and the summer ended so we quit trying to get that fixed.This summer begins and the noise is still there when we start the car with the AC. We call around a few places to ask questions, finally take it back to Rogers to have them check on it before we go on a trip across the desert. They say its just the AC clutch needs some lubricant which they add at no charge and tell us we shouldnt have any problems with it. They also did a Trip Check and checked the fluids and air and all that. We did, with a few hours of driving across the desert with little kids in the van left to go and temps well over 100F. We had to pay $1000 to get the AC unit replaced while we were on vacation and it wasnt even a year old, it had completely seized. The shop there said it was most likely because it was a refurbished unit and hes never had good luck with those. Also, all four tires were low on air (after only a days worth of driving?) and he added some oil and water because those were low. Really? We can drive months without having to worry about those, and Rogers checked them before we left? What gives? Maybe it wasnt their fault, but still weird.Id have waited to let Rogers fix the AC when we got back, but we had a long drive back and it was 122 F across the desert. With a 5, 3, and 1 year old in the car (me, my wife, the 12 and 9 year olds, we can handle it, but the little ones had it pretty rough trying to finish the drive down).So, the guys at Rogers are really nice and sometimes they do great work, but just as often, we have more trouble. Hence, 3 stars.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They dont stand behind their work at all. Improperly installed our water pump because they had stripped a threading in the engine block. Said that they would pay to fix the work to repair it and then when the work was completed, they decided it was too expensive and left us with the bill. Mike, the Manager, as well as the owner dont care about their customers at all. Beware!! Go somewhere else!

This shop went above and beyond to take care of me and my truck. Im a plumber and when the weather decided that it wanted to be over 90°, my AC then decided to take a vacation. I live in my truck running service so not having AC makes it a real hard day.The shop was booked out for at least 5 days and they still took in my truck and got it done in one day. Not only got it done but it took a little longer than closing time and they stayed on it until the job was done.But the delivery to my house afterwards was the extra mile. They did not have to do that and thats what I call service.Mike, Gary, and Doug thank you for doing what it takes to get the job done but also earn a valued customer.I highly recommend this shop due to the customer service and the reasonable prices.

Not your typical auto repair experience. Super fast and friendly service - I had an appointment and they were ready, had my rotor/pad replacement done in a couple of hours. Fair prices. No attitude, just friendly service. Update: I had additional brake problems and they got me in right away. Gary, the owner, personally looked into the issue and had it resolved in short order.One note of caution: they opened my door into the lift and scuffed the paint as and scraped the wheels pulling it through the lift struts. This will happen at any shop (happened at the dealer too), but was disappointing to see.

Family friends had their KIA Spectra worked on. They said that Rogers Automotive went the extra mile to find and by pass an electrical problem that had been plaguing the car for the last 5 years. The value of car is low so we could not spend much money to have the car repaired. Not only is the car running great but we were charged a very fair price. Rogers Automotive was a life saver, they have won our business.

I took my car to Jiffy Lube and was told that I needed a spark plug replaced. I took my car to Rogers Automotive to see how much the fix would cost. They claimed they were super slow that day and could take of me that day no problem. It took them 5 hours to check it out. I called them to see what the status was 2 hours after I dropped it off and they said they would call me back within the next hour with an update.They never called me back.I called again 2 hours later after not hearing back from them and they said it would be ready right as they were closing. It took them all day to tell me something I already knew and then charged me $50 for the estimate of something I told them I already knew right up front. Needless to say, I did not feel taken care of. In fact, I felt taken advantage of.Also, the spark plugs they quoted me for were 4X the price of plugs I could get at any auto shop.Never go to this place. Ever.

I always take my car in for general smaller fixes, they can usually do it for the cheapest when I shop around. They are usually busy so you need to make an apt, but they are great.

I went there because I saw so many good reviews, but had a bad experience. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and gave me lots of information- he seemed to know what he was talking about. I told them the car had a transmission problem. After $75 of diagnostics, they told me....yes, the car had a transmission problem. They recommended flushing the transmission for $125, so I agreed (I dont know anything about cars). Then they called to tell us it had broken the transmission, the problem was worse, and they wanted over $3000 to fix the transmission. I called another shop for a second opinion, and was told that flushing the transmission had been a horrible idea given the circumstances and that we were being overcharged by quite a bit. So...after giving them $200 all they did was make our problem worse. I took the car somewhere else. Maybe it was a fluke, but Id never trust them with any work on my car again.
