UPS apparently uses Apple maps to deliver packages, because they were within a block of my home and left the subdivision to head south on 27. Apple maps tries to find, not my front door, but my back door! In addition, probably due to driver shortage, they are unable to predict when a package will be delivered. SAD.

The delivery driver did not deliver my package and now they want me to drive across the state and spend over $100 in gas to go get my item. Its an important document that is time sensitive. I called them about this and the employees were unhelpful and rude. This should NOT be a paid service. Just do your job and deliver your packages. Why not do that?

My delivery window is until the end of the day 9pm. I paused two days because that’s pretty much the entire day. Only to have two attempts, which no one came to my door and no sticker was left. Leesburg UPS this is ridiculous. Where is my package? I wish I could leave zero stars.

Shipped some ammo, was given the option for 2day delivery, decided to go with this option because i wanted to get it there asap, well it has not arrived, spent an hour and a half being transferred to diffrent departments to request a refund on my purchase because they are telling me ammo cannot be shiped via air, so it has been downgraded, (their words exactly) but nobody can help me with a refund, they are telling me i have to go alll the way back to where i shipped it and talk to them about a refund, what do you know there is not a number to call this place directly,This is very upsetting due to the fact that the employee should not have given me the option to ship 2 day air when they are not allowed to ship the item via air,Oh and OF COURSE this item has to be signed for so the recipient took a day off work so they would be home in order to sign for it,You jump through hoops to get somthing done just to be stiffed in the end.And please do not reply to this saying to reach out on facebook or twitter because they do not do anything but give you a number to call to start the entire hour and a half process over of being transferred from department to department

I waited in line for about an hour behind about 8 people. 3 were turned away, 4 got their package opened just to check. Its a good idea to print your label first, cause thats what takes so long.

Terrible Service, I spoke to customer service regarding my package that was beign held at a Hub waiting for pickup, I was told I would receive a call within the hour as to the time I could get it. No call came. I located the phone number for the HUB because customer service would not provide it and I called only to find out the HUB didnt even open until 3:00pm. I called back to customer service and was told to get anyone to talk to me I need to be registered with UPS. S now my package is being held Hostage by UPS!!!! Isnt that equal to they have now stolen it???

Like others here I had a very bad experience with the older women with short dirty blond hair. Her entire attitude was rude and you could tell she would rather be doing anything else. When I went in yesterday the first thing she did was yell at me for walking into the store before the previous person had left, she wasnt even wearing a mask.... After that she explained to me all the reason my package was wrapped wrong and was very rude about it, instead of trying to help she just tried getting rid of me by telling me other places to go. Over all very bad customer service and I will not be returning.

Very difficult to find a parking spot due to lots of employees parking everywhere. I had to park halfway down the side of the building -- past the reserved honored employees spots. There were only 3 customers in the place, but gratefully, they were knowledgeable and expeditious.

We have our kids and grand kids out of state so we frequently send packages by UPS. Customer service is very good. Any questions are answered. The lady at the desk is very helpful and professional at this location. We never had a problem. The customer area is very small but, you are out of there in a short time.

I needed to send a package to PA. The closest UPS store was actually in the Lake County depot. There is a small customer service center in a large building. It is a no frills room but has everything needed to get your packages on their way. There was one factor that made my visit awesome- Customer Service agent Dorothy! She was knowledgeable, courteous and very cheerful. She made sure the package was secure and met criteria for shipping. It is a tiny office and there may be a wait but people like Dorothy, who are truly caring and very helpful, make that wait worthwhile. If you really need a modern, sleek atmosphere, this may not be for you. If you want competence, courtesy and service with a smile- go see Dorothy and her co-workers.

The over night supervisor (younger black woman) was absolutely fantastic. She helped to figure out why I was being told my package was available, but was not actually there. I come back in the morning and the older white woman with shorter grey hair was unhelpful, and just all around worthless. Wouldnt help me to get my package, and kept trying to pawn me off on the next person. Told me to come back at 12:30. Absolutely horrible customer service from her.

Brought in an amazon return to ship out with prepaid label in original unopened box. Was told they cannot ship it in the box (which it was already shipped that way) and I had to buy their packaging.The person then proceeded to cut open the unopened item and wouldn’t stop when I asked. She then tried to show me how flimsy the box was by pushing it down (opened with less rigidity) and damaged the original box.The supervisor backed her and said it wasn’t their problem and wouldn’t share any management contact info.

I went here to check on options for pick up of a package that I missed delivery on. I use UPS My Choice Ap and it is a must have Ap for anyone using UPS for shipping or in my case receiving items via UPS. You can reschedule deliveries, Have things delivered to another address, or what I should have done, have your package held for pickup at a UPS Customer Care Center. Live and Learn. Right? Hours are 12:30-6pm Mon thru Friday. You can also ship from here. Now we know!

Has to packages to be delivered, one made it on the 8th the other they couldnt find my address on the 8th. Yes the he same day as the other packages was delivered. Called the center, they expected me to come to them to get the package I payed to have delivered. (And yes the address was correct on the package, we checked) They have been delivering to this address for almost 2 years and have always found, how they lost us. They werent even polite about it when I called. Guess I need to look into FedEx.

They tried to deliver my Christmas packages at 9pm one night and then 10pm the second night but wasnt home due to work. Called the 800 number and they said they would hold the package at the Leesburg office and that the hours were 9am until 6pm. I stopped by the office at 10:30am the next day and was met by a very rude female who told me they werent open. I advised what was told by the 800 number and she became even more angry telling me I was a liability for being there. She couldnt wait for me to get out to lock the door behind me. Very rude and completely unhelpful staff. Ill make sure no one sends me anything via UPS again...

Please dont go here. Front attendant (dirty blonde woman) complained that my prepaid package needed to be taped. I have never been charged FOR A PIECE OF TAPE. The place is dirty and dusty and she swears shes been there 30 years! Terrible customer service and wait time.

Absolute worst customer service experience of my life - possibly tied with the awful customer service provided by Lowes who shipped with UPS. I wasnt given any tracking information until I finally got in touch with the Leesburg Distribution center after my package had sat there for 6 days. They said they couldnt find my address but they sent me a postcard to tell me they couldnt find my address - anyone else find this crazy! So I actually asked them - so you believe the United States Post Office can deliver even though you cant - and she actually answered yes! LOL! There you have it folks - UPS thinks that USPS is better! And that is soooo true! Furthermore, they put in their notes that they told me to call back on 5/2 to give their drivers directions to my house only to find out that they sent to package back to the vendor that same morning. And when I called in, I was told it was my fault because I hadnt called at midnight the night before - UNBELIEVABLE!! I could go on and on but do yourself a favor - never ship with UPS - especially through Leesburg with Sherrie and Jeremy!

I have used several different shippers for products. This has to be the worst company for shipping and on time delivery. Multiple times ups has been late if not a full day behind on their scheduled arrival. Please note, this is not during a holiday season. Pay the extra to have any other company ship for you besides ups.

Package left Texas on 1/4/17 arrived at Leesburg on 1/5/17 and was out for Delivery on the same day (1/5/17). NOT DELIVERED, 1/6/17 NOT DELIVERED, 1/7/17 NOT DELIVERED! Now delivery date is 1/9/17. NOT HAPPY! Taking longer on their Delivery Truck then it did to get to Leesburg.
