I should be able to give zero stars to fedex. My two day shipping is now on day 11. 3 scheduled deliveries have resulted in my sitting home all 3 days waiting on a delivery that doesnt show up. I have to be here to sign for it. No ability to talk with a live rep....just automated messages.

Time after time the local driver refused to call me on a package; even dropping it off at a pickup point. It is explicitly in the instructions to call me on each and every package; seems to me this “pandemic” makes people think they can do what they want and that other people will just be ok with it. I hate dealing with local; never have problems with the driver with the big truck that comes from far away in Sanford. They just don’t care in leesburg. They know I have security doors here in my apartment building and they don’t have any consideration that I do. My app isn’t auto updating new incoming packages either like it used to; another way fedex is dropping the ball. Update: they lied to me now, saying those attempts possibly won’t be made up to me, laughed in my ear repeatedly over their complete and total refusal of responsibility, they’re trying to deny that their app refused to inform me of packages ahead of time when that same app has two shipping entries, glitching, and now they’re saying it won’t be held again at Walgreens even though they also screwed me over on that the first time. Local doesn’t care about meeting the bare minimum of their job requirements calling recipients when regional doesn’t mind it whatsoever.

I needed to mail a box and while I was waiting to be helped an employee passing by said that isn’t going to work ? She said you need it in a box. I had it in a box wrapped with brown postal paper. I saw they sold boxes and said Iwill buy a box . She immediately said no box was big enough just as I was looking at boxes plenty big enough. Puzzled I said “I get the feeling you just don’t want to help me!”Her tune changed for the better but she couldn’t get the label printed at which point the initial employee got it to print . I am happy to say in the end I got my packaged mailed! But; a bit of an ordeal ...
The Husband had to be there to pick up his money check once B4, Cause he called and said it was there to be picked up more than bringing it to the house!

Tiny drop off office. Clean parking. Very friendly and courteous staff.While shipping a package, a very elderly man came in. The employee immediately recognized the man. She explained to him that somebody was trying to scam him. He came in earlier, she explained to me, with several thousand dollars in cash. Then left to get a money order after being told that cash can not be shipped that way.If not for her looking out for the customer the way she did, that customer would be thousands of dollars poorer. Kudos!!!

I needed a package the Friday before our near hit with hurricane Dorian and it was scheduled for Saturday delivery. I called and they went out of their way to get it to me in Friday. I called at 11:00 am and my package was here at 12:30! Great job FedEx!
This center is a bit away from the residential area, but it was very easy to find. It has a small parking area, and on the day we went there, it was mostly flooded out (heavy rain that day). Near the door, I could drop my wife off, and then park the car and pick her up when she came back out. The location was convenient if you must go to a FedEx center. For most FedEx shipping, we could normally use a more local point - but this was just fine.

I was carrying a large heavy box for shipment. Unfortunately, I was unable to see the sign, which was terribly placed to push the button to open the door. So, I proceeded to knock, but instead of recognizing the box in my arms was large and heavy, also the I was dark outside, the black female associate felt it was the time to knock back through the window, to inform me of the button as I continued to struggle with the large heavy box I had in my hands, then finally opening the door. Once inside, she continued to counsel me about ensuring the box is closed and taped next time....

My job requires very frequent interactions with Fedex, and up until this past week, I have never had a complaint. Even when the stores are busy, I am usually greeted warmly, apologized to if there is a wait, assisted with my boxes (which are always heavy and always a lot), and professionally assisted at the counter. The clerks have always provided me with a large cart in order to load all my boxes up, held the doors for me, usually pitching in to help me get them all up on the scales. In addition, they pull up my company account information, print my labels, and tape my boxes closed, quickly and efficiently, with a friendly smile. Until this past Thursday. I arrived at the smallest Fedex outpost I have ever seen. It was cluttered and dirty, but when you’re busy, sometimes things get this way, so I wasn’t too worried. I was the only customer in there. I requested a rolling cart for my 8 boxes (of files—they are heavy!). The clerk (her name is Deb) provided a small dolly (anything bigger would not fit in the tiny customer space), which necessitated 4 trips back and forth to get all the boxes. No big. I provided my account info, then started loading up each box to be weighed. She made a big show of how annoyed she was to have to tape the boxes herself, and did a pretty lousy job of it (hopefully the boxes will survive the trip), then, while rolling her eyes, made sure to scold me for not having obscured the previous labels on the boxes (which are usually covered with the new labels). At no point did she make any effort to assist me, not even offering to get the door for me. When we were done, she handed me a receipt that had tracking information on it, but no total costs. I asked her for an actual receipt that I could turn in to my company, and she said “this is your receipt, the charges go to the company credit card”. I again told her the importance of an actual receipt—they could have charged me a million dollars and I would have no way of knowing. She said “sorry, your name is not on the credit card, so I’m not required to provide that to you”. I asked her if she would sign the receipt saying she was refusing to provide an actual receipt, and she said no. As I walked out, someone came in that she clearly knew, and I heard them have a big laugh, most likely from a jab at me. Next time I’m working in that area, I will drive however far it takes to use a different Fedex office.

They went to the wrong building of my hotel and said that they could not drop off my time-sensitive package - a tailored suit for the wedding I was a groomsmen for! Their claim was that there was no hotel lobby to drop off the package. Sure, there were 3 different buildings, but I would expect a package delivery company to understand how to find hotel lobbies.......I had to drive to the facility to pick up my package, and was late to the rehearsal dinner. I missed the bride AND grooms speech! Very dissatisfied.

Make sure your package dose not smell bad as they may make a comment about it and not ship it. Maybe get a can of right guard or axe and spray your box inside and out so it smells good.
Got in and out quickly but the attendant would not let me verify my shipment survived. Told me to go outside. Good thing they were alive or that might have been an issue after the fact. They were baby geckos and this is FL, not like we dont have lizards literally everywhere.
Very kind clerk who let me bring my small dog in out of the heat while I picked up my package. The hours are inconvenient and the place is hard to find (even with GPS) so I advise anyone to plan out their trip here well.

Its hard to figure out how to open the front door to get in. The customer area is tiny so if there are more than two people in there it is very crowded and uncomfortable. The only good thing was the lady working was very nice and helpful.

Very bad service!!!! I paid for guaranteed Saturday delivery, NO package! Then I see that on Monday the Leesburg Florida FedEx office received my package at around 6am. Youd think someone would think to get the package out, but NO its 4 in the afternoon and its still sitting in the FedEx office in Leesburg!!! Youd think it would be one of the first package out this morning, nope, they have horrible customer service so they will get to it when they can!!! Still waiting on my package!!!

The guy never brings my packages to the door. He leaves them at the neighbors house at the end of the driveway. I have to go around and hunt my packages because he is too lazy to come down my driveway. The last one was shoes and the girl at the end of the driveway had them on her feet when I went to get them.
