Really excellent customer service and the print service is amazing. Initally stopped at the other guys because of proximity for a small batch of prints as in 5 color copies. I was quoted a 1 day turn around time and a price double to the office depot rate. It took 3 mins and I was in and out. Great experience!

Stopped by Office Depot Saturday afternoon in need of a new office chair with floor mat. I found the exact chair and mat needed, also the cashiers were very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and even offered us a discount.

I buy a lot of supplies and good deals

Website showed that the item I needed was in stock (only reason I came into the store), but employee thought otherwise. Took 5 minutes to convince the Sales Associate to look behind her in the cabinet and find the ink cartridge, which ended up costing $12 more than the website advertised. So I had to price match their own website to save 35% on the item. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they were the only store in the area with the item in stock.

Amazing service, especially the blonde named Susan and Rad! They were so helpful and kind.

I like this place because of the person there on duty gave me an excellent customer service. I got what I wanted.

I went in at 8:40 to get something printed and bound. They close at 9. They were so sweet and helpful. I have to go back tomorrow but they were so nice that my daughter actually asked if she could work there. Ill recommend them to anyone.

I was there on 12/18 to pick up an online furniture order. Apparently the item wasnt listed correctly online, however they found another in the back. The manager there not only went out of her way to find and take care of that, but she even applied the online-only coupon as a discount there at the register. Its a little old in there but the service was very good.

Good to have it there when you need it, but the staff is hit or miss and supplies seem limited, like this is a micro store.

Horrible print center and the people who work in that area are clueless! As much as you charge to print etc at least make sure ur computers work and that ur employees can address issues that arise!The internet is slower than dial up

Radheshyam Khatiwada The manager at print department is excellent and sometimes runs the entire store when others call in sick or late. He knows everything hes suppose to and always courteous, professional even when clients arent. Good guy!

I was unhappy with my printing job. and would like to add that there is no cashiers available besides the printing center. Which caused long lines and delays. The store is terribly mismanaged.

They have an awesome team that will work with you one on one. I go there all the time. They are trained very well!!!

They were very helpful in taking back an office desk chair. And reduced a price because of manufacturing defect because I had two of the same chairs and they were awful. The screws did not match holes with parts. It awful tryg to put your office chairs together. So I tk one back and exchanged it fr I hope a better one. But Ill see. It was on clearance. Thanks

I have always gotten good service here for office supplies, as well as a UPS drop-off. Though, the prices are usually somewhat higher than can be found online.

Went there for a simple print job. The employees were nice enough, but printing 40 pages of single sided black and white pages shouldnt take 30 minutes. Card reader didnt work checking out and employees werent around. I had to leave money on the counter and walk out.

I picked up a few supplies for boxing up my Office. They sent me all over the store searching, apparently because no one knew the location of things. They were arguing about restocking shelves, so there I stood, holding all of this ‘stuff’ while 6 staff members not only didn’t offer to help but were blocking the walkway so I couldn’t pass. I’ve never experienced this poor customer service anywhere.

I am not crazy about this branch. It tends to not be well stocked on electronics and accessories and is just dark in general. I have been there twice and the clerks felt compelled to share with me everything they didnt like about their job and one just kept telling me how bad hp computers were. I used to work for hp.

They put you on hold and--and--and--I am still holding. It is 3:10 pm, now it is 3:19, finally a rep, and speaks so softly I can barely hear her. All I wanted was their email address, why didnt they put it on their website?

Employees move very slowly and no one seems to know how to do their job. Everytime I go there and stand in line to checkout, there is always a major problem with them in trying to ring up the customers ahead of me.

Horrible customer service! Staff refused to make my copies and said they could not even deliver my copies until the next day when the store didn’t even close for another 3 1/2 hours! He said that “online” customers took priority over people in the store. Will never visit this Office Depot or any other Office Depot after this visit!
