Residing 2 hrs away from the dealership, I called to schedule an appt and express interest in an electric vehicle that was available. Erika, internet sales, said she would set the appt for 3 hrs later. Robbie Giovanetti, Sales, met me when I arrived. We found the vehicle had not been prepared for showing (battery at 20%, low psi in one tire, filthy from sitting). Robbies professionalism and expertise overshadowed Erikas failure. His willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I could return home in my new vehicle is the only reason I give this dealership 4 stars.

Dealership forcely added an Allstate theft policyinto the deal & was not explained to me at the time of closing the deal & signing the documents, every other document was explained while I was signing, accept this $259 theft deterrent policy, which is a scam from dealership & Allstate who is offering this nonsense theft policy. Also the dealership holding on to my funds & giving me a run around between finance Manager & Title clerk of my Sales tax.

Our very expensive Cadillac has a window on drivers side that takes in water and then squeaksWhen raised and I was told there is no fix for this. Living in the Villages, Fl we use the window many times daily. This is a new car with less than 5000 miles. Are you sure your engineers can make self driving cars?This car also came with faulty backup cameras so I was told by dealer to call GMC and I did.then the camera was fixed and now works great. I got an email saying my battery was about to die. I called Plaza Cadillac and told them the situation and that I had printed the email fr the diagnostics and would be coming in. They said come on in and we will take care if you. I also told them I had a funeral of a good friend at 8:30. I arrived at 8:00 am and was out and on the road at 9:00 with a new battery which was cover by my warranty! I was elated to say the least. Steve Wiggins got it done in no time! Thank you!

This was our first visit for service at Plaza Cadillac. Service advisor Steve Wiggins couldnt have been more professional and made this a great service experience. When we checked in he was extremely knowledgeable about what the issue was with our Cadillac and did a great job of explaining it to us. Once the service tech had performed a diagnostic on the vehicle, Steve called us with the estimate and indicated it would be ready later that afternoon. Later than afternoon Steve called to tell us the vehicle was ready to be picked up. And when we arrived he even helped us reprogram the seats to our settings. We are very pleased with the service experience and especially with service advisor Steve Wiggins.

Plaza does a great job in completing the reason you are at their facility. I was there to get an oil change. Steve always does a great job of finding out why you are there and takes good care of you. I know if I have a question after I leave I can call Steve and I will get the straight skinees and if he doesnt know he will get back to me shortly. Plaza Cadillac has always completes the work. I have never had a problem with their work. My car has always been returned in great condition. You can go there to buy your vehicle and have it service there after. You will like the people that you meet!

Plaza Cadillac did not return my vehicle until they were sure it was working properly. They had worked on it before for the same problem and I had to return it because it continued to do the exact same thing. Plaza Cadillac gave me a loaner vehicle and sent me on my way. They kept my vehicle from Monday - Friday. I picked it up Saturday morning and when I did, it was working properly and I was a happy, satisfied customer. Thank you Plaza Cadillac.

Great experience. Accomplished initial negotiations over the internet and phone. Actually came to a deal over the phone on contingency that we both liked each others vehicle. Upon arrival to the dealership, we each looked over the cars and each agreed that they liked each vehicle. So about a half hour after arriving we were ready to close. I had my financing all lined up prior to leaving my house. They had the paperwork filled out and I signed and walked to their financial department. We finished getting my plates transferred, and with their state of the art machine to register my new vehicle, no spending time at the DMV, completely registered my new vehicle. Total time at the dealership, 2.5 hours. With the bulk of the time on the phone with my finance company. Great experience!

We had just exited from of store in the villages, The first thing we noticed was the Trunk Deck wouldnt open on our 2017 CT6 Hybrid Plug-in. Trying the button, both key fobs the trunk refused to open. Then trying to open the car drivers door, the car refused to unlock. I tried the phone APP and all the doors but nothing. I was just about ready to call for a tow and the drivers door opened. I was still not able to open the trunk deck with the button on the drivers door. When I pressed the Start Button the Dashboard lite up but the steering wheel refused to unlock. I turned the car off and back on several times and then all appeared to be fine. Car started, trunk opened but I was a bit worried and called Service at Plaza Cadillac. I spoke with STEVE who said they were very busy but if I could drive it, too bring it on down and they would check it out. I did notice that there was for a short spell a message on the dashboard that said to Service the Security system as soon as possible, When I arrived the car was taken around to the garage side while we waited in the customer service lounge. Within 45 minutes they had discovered that there was a UPDATE on the car that fixed a problem with the car reading the KEY FOBS. The car was updated and we were quickly on our way. I realized that Plaza Cadillac is a long way to drive just for service, but when the service is fast and has employees like STEVE, I dont mind driving the extra mileage with employees like STEVE that do the extra mile for customers. For that reason a lone, I will continue buying vehicles from Plaza Cadillac and their prices are great also.

Do not do business with Plaza Cadillac! My husband had been negotiating virtually (due to covid and the fact that I’m immunocompromised) since Monday over a car we wanted to buy. By Monday night, a price was agreed upon and we were set to have the salesman bring us the car and finalize that Thursday- salesman’s decision, not ours. We were fine doing it sooner. They salesman and my husband kept in touch Tuesday and Wednesday, with us deciding to drive up (1.5 hours) Thursday instead of having him come to our house.Thursday morning we are about 15 minutes from the dealership, and he notifies us that the car actually sold Tuesday. Somehow this slipped his mind Tuesday night and Wednesday when he was still leading us on and making plans for us to finalize the sale? Totally unprofessional and a huge waste of our time! We promptly took our business to another dealership!

Great at making a sale, but when you take the car in because there is a distinctive sound coming from the car, and they test drive and say I hear nothing. I was appalled. I am not sure if the service department is trying not to service cars, but to sell their rather pricey warranty. I am going to speak to the general manager, you shouldnt spend 70gs for a car that rattles and shakes with only 5 thousand miles.

In January my daughter found a car on the internet at Plaza Cadillac so after work we drove 1.5 hours to look at it. After talking to the salesman, we were told that actually the advertised price was $3,000 more than what was shown as the price and that we did not read their fine print. Car Gurus does not show their fine print.With that type of deception, I was ready to leave but my daughter liked the car. She was able to work out a deal to get the car. The car was missing floor mats and we were told that they were around the shop and that they would send them. They even wrote on the contract We owe you floor mats . It was late so we took the car and left. It has now over 3 months and after 3 months we have NO FLOOR MATS. There have been many phone calls and we get nothing but the run around. I would never consider purchasing a vehicle here as integrity seems to be a word that doesnt exist with them. Promise anything to make the sale and once it is done just deny and drag your feet. Eventually the disgruntled customer will go away. That is correct and we will never be back either.

This service was unusual as I was having the Cadillac repaired next door at the Plaza Lincoln body shop. I requested they do an oil change and tire rotation while the car was in. They drove it to you, you did the work and then returned the car back to them. It was all seamless and easy for me. Wonderful!
