Miguel so graciously helped me tow my car that was out of gas to the gas station. He blessed me with some gas also. Im forever grateful for his act of kindness & compassion towards me. As a stay at home mom my car is very important for me to get my kids around. He was very concerned about my well being. He made sure I was safe before leaving. Aces is the only place that I will bring my vehicles. They are honest and reliable. I have been bringing my vehicles to them for serveal years and they have always been so helpful. I have also used them for towing a couple of times and the tow drivers have always been great and good at communicating. They will call if they are running behind or early. Called my car insurance to help with a tow and they told me Ace towing and auto repair would arrive. It was timely and professional Cesar was able to help with delivering the vehicle to the dealership. Saved gas and time especially because having a baby takes time.

Need roadside assistance ins called it in at 220 said it was a 2 hour wait after a 1hr and 45 mins called myself for a eta. Was told running behind be about 45 mins more. After a hour called again and was told they were running behind again. Ask them why the dispatcher told me 45 min an hour ago and was told at the time they had a free driver but was giving another call. Asked how much longer and said they had a driver 30 min away and was sending him. After 45 min more dispatcher call me back and said the driver had to take another call and would not be picking up my car. I ask why in the last 20 mins I seen 4 of their tow trucks empty driving back and forth in front of me. Just to let u know not only did they cost me a chance to get my car fix but it now costing me to miss no less then 4 hours of overtime the nexts day to have my car fixed. Called lake county towing and had a truck there in 25 min. After waiting almost 5 hr in the hot sun

Was told 45 minutes to an hour max until they could arrive. Was stuck waiting for 3 hours, called several times and was told they were 5 minutes away each time. Gave up and called another tow company that appeared within a half hour.

They never call back when they say they will, sat on my truck for 4 weeks when i was told it would be a couple days. Paid a lot of money for them to fix my truck, when i got it back it wasn’t fixed. Tony is very unprofessional, ash seems like a nice guy and helped out on prices after they made me wait wayy too long. It’s currently back there now to get looked at because they have a warranty on the work. I was told I’d receivea call aftwr they ran diagnostics on it. It’s been 6 days and no call. I’ve called 5 times and no answers at all. All i get is “we will get right on it” this place is terrible go to Sumter tire in wildwood or any other place.

Had an awesome tow truck driver Kenny who was very prompt, courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again!

Tow truck driver is supposed to be there at 8:25 am today, June 8, 2020. I spoke to the driver and I told him that I will be in the location at around 8:10. I got there before 8:07, mind you he’s supposed to be there at 8:25. He canceled my appointment for 8:25 since I am not in the location! I got there 8:05, my appointment is at 8:25! It’s not my fault he was there early! I called the Ace towing but the manager is not there. The person I spoke with over the phone does not show any compassion or sympathy as I could tell in his voice, the way he spoke. No apologies or no explanation.

After they towed my vehicle, someone removed my GPS while it was in their care.

Towing was fine. But the garage was horrible. Just take the car to a shade tree mechanic to get it fixed instead of here. Hell, do it yourself in the yard is a better option.

Id give them a zero but it is not an option. Waited 2 1/2 hrs for a tow. Not even a phone call. Called Lake County Towing and was picked up in 12 minutes. I would never use them and I will make sure my insurance company does not call them for me ever again.

My daughters car would not start when trying to leave a track meet. I didnt panic because it was not too late, and geico was very reliable about sending a good towing service. I called their towing dispatch twice, once to let them know I would not be there since they stated it would take 90 minutes to arrive, and where I would leave the car keys. The second time to give them a specific location because the campus was fairly large with winding roads and partitions. The towing driver called and could not locate the car. I described where the car was, from top to bottom, even went as far as to tell him the different building names, where the car drop off was, and several other identifiers and he could not find the car. After about 15 minutes, I was tired, outdone and aggravated and advised him I couldnt explain it to him anymore because I had no idea where he was! He finally went the direction I told him to go, instead of telling me where he was, and found the car. He then proceeds to ask me what type of car it was and where were the keys, but as he was asking, I was already speaking way ahead of his questions so I could end the prolonged call telling him the keys were on the seat. He then YELLED to speak over me, interrupting me mid sentence, basically verbally suggesting for me to stop talking and to let him talk. I purposely paused and held a long period of silence before answering, making it obvious of what he had just done. Had it not been for geico, I would never use this unprofessional, classless service! Not only did I suffer for the lack of competency and navigational skills from this towing company, I lost time on a phone call, and had my own character tested by having to withhold dishing out the same behavior towards him. A customer should NEVER have to deal with that type of blatant disrespect. Never again!

They worked on my van for 3 days trying to get everything fixed so we could make it home to Alabama. They explained everything to us and were very nice and professional. They even fixed the things that Firestone messed up on our van. Dan was extremely helpful and he is one of the best people working there. They had a bbq for everyone and we got to enjoy some very good burgers. For free I might add. Im not sure of the mechanics name, I think it was Angel. He is amazing at his job! My husband and I are very happy to have found them. If youre ever in the area I definitely reccomend that you stop by. They will do everything they can to get your vehice fixed. Love these guys!

Aces Towing provided excellent diagnostic services and very thorough and caring maintenance and repair services for my Standard 1973 Beetle. One example was the termination of fluid leaks from the drive train after several other maintenance shops were unable to do so. Im relieved that I can now park my car in the tiled driveway of our friends without being afraid to leave nasty stains. I highly recommend them.

Aces is able to correct problems created by other shops. They are professional and their main goal is not to see how much money they can make off of you but to do the job correctly and at a very reasonable rate. Their employees are very personable and they treat you like they have known you forever! I would highly recommend this company to my best friend! Horrible, late, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, despicable!

Very professional, fast, and fair. My F-350 four door Dually died on me on the turnpike. Called Aces, had a wrecker there within an hour, loaded it very quickly and gently, got to the shop at 3pm, they had me back on the road by 5:15pm. They even stayed past closing time just to get me out there asap. Definitely recommend them.

Ive used Aces since 2013. Always fair to me and have never tried to lie to me about needing unnecessary repairs. They have gone above and beyond, thought outside the box, to make sure that I had a safe ride when I couldnt afford to do everything needed. No other shop has ever done that for me.

Couldnt help with what I needed

Told I would have someone to me within 45 minutes. Was actually twice that long. $110 to be towed 8/10 of a mile. Ive since renewed my AAA membership.

Had to get my Envoy towed to a car lot to trade in. Set a decent time of 1030am. They called me before that saying itd be earlier because he could hook it to the back of his truck, I explained that my SUV was 4wd and they couldnt. Then he said hed be back at the scheduled time. I had to leave for 20 minutes so it was perfect for me. The guy showed up early, called and complained that I wasnt there. Told him again that I was about 5 minutes away, to wait for me. He got into my car, and hooked it up on the bed and was pulling out of our yard when I pulled in. This guy was extremely rude to me and impatient. Then driving behind him, he was speeding, swerving in and out of traffic, all over his lane and forcing cars out of the way when the crossed lines. The first big turn I noticed, my car was not hooked up properly, it was barely latched, crooked, and kept tipping on turns. Then when he got to the car lot he gave attitude to the workers there. Slammed my SUV into their parking lot, yelled at the workers more for paperwork and drove off. I will never use this company again.

Ace has done an excellent job, as usual. They are very friendly and are costumer oriented.Would I recommend them to a friend, In a heart beat . Like in Poker, nothing beats Aces and in Automotive services nothing beats Ace.

Ive always gotten good service from Aces. Only one guy up there didnt give them a decent rating. He was on I75 and is some distance from town. They have towed me several times as I have an older vehicle. Theyve been very good to me. Took me home after towing my car.

The best experience Ive had with the A towing and a mechanic service. They were Very knowledgeable And explained the issues with my truck thoroughly before fixing Even brought to my attention to things that did not need to be fixed at the moment but things to be aware of in the future. I had to wait 4 hours in a hot parking lot for a tow truck after being told 30-45 minutes. Everytime I called they said hes on the way. Very un-satisfied.

Certainly extraordinary!!... dealing with towing companies is usually like fighting a junkyard dog... you are not a client... you bring your business to them and it feels like they are the ones doing you a favor!! But not these people, I talked to Chuck (don’t know if he’s the owner or the manager) and he patiently took all the necessary time to understand what I wanted and made sure the job was done right and at a fair price.  Need towing??... you are in the right place!!

My boyfriend was detained by the local authorities for driving with a suspended license. My vehicle was towed instead of left in a parking lot that was public space. I called to get the information required to get my vehicle back and they just so happen to be closed conveniently for additional days so that Id have to pay more for my truck to be taken out of the lot. I almost couldnt get the truck out because of the information that I needed to provide them that it was my vehicle was inside of the truck. It was a very difficult process with these people. They do not have any empathy toward others. They should really work on their customer service skills!

Just had my car towed by Aces Towing. The driver was very nice, knew what he was doing, and did not rush to ensure the job was done right and without damage to the car. Would highly recommend, but I hope my car does not need to be towed again.

Terrible service terrible attitude. If you do not have a large account with them do not bother. The lady that booked a 9:30 appointment told me that sorry we had a meeting. They will be there no later than 10;30am. Then they said they will get there whenever they can. I had to call them them never called back to reschedule they were just a no show!! said why and she said we have other calls. I said well we had an appointment she said we have to take care of our motor pools first with a rude attitude!! I think she should have told that to us first.

I was interested in a vehicle they had for sale and the salesman said I cant test drive it because it didnt have a tag, but it drives just fine, take his word for it. What?!?! Up until that point I was very very interested in the vehicle and even went there in person wish cash in hand. Prices were ridiculously high for what seemed to be junkyard cars.

Told company ahead of time it would be an unattended tow, driver refused to tow vehicle because no one was present even though the key was left there and car was unlocked. When I expressed my frustration I was told (sorry I get paid by the tow, not by the hour, I’m not gonna wait). Extremely unprofessional would not recommend to anyone.

Definitely dont recommend. Never accept a job here. Absolutely sketchy I worked here about two weeks. The owner has a real additude issue. Still hasnt paid me the correct amount of money owed. Hes even been sued for hitting a man in the head with a driveshaft . They are not anyone I would recommend . overpriced with raggedy equipment!

Incredibly expensive. They add costs to the tow and when you ask they answer its for other tow stuff. Didnt fix everything after charging 3 hours for diagnosis and they say oh well if you want is to really fix it we need to do more diagnosing

Crooks and bullies

Got a Flat tire on I-75 North. Took off the old tire, Changed it with my spare one and they still didnt show up. Was told to wait an hour but took them more than 2 hrs. Sadly the cop waited behind till they came. Never trust these people.

They towed us when our battery died on January 30, 2017. We drove to their facility and purchased a battery. Today ...... JUNE 30th, 2017, 5 months later, the battery died down in Orlando and we had to purchase another one! I would not recommend them to anyone. BEWARE.

Experienced a mess of a situation driving home from NC early this morning. First driver from Lutz towing tried to gouge us and refused to take us to the local service station as we requested. Demanded we pay almost 200 dollars extra to be towed to the house. Called our roadside service agian and requested a different company. Acee Towing arrived on time, Tony was our service person. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! Tony was not only prompt and professional but he went well above and beyond to make sure we understood the options we had, helped us make the best decision, and was just a general all around great guy. Tony saw my wife, 12 year old son, and 2 year old daughter were very hot from standing in the sun for almost 3 hours total ( due to the first company of crooks (LUTZ TOWING)) and suggested we get some water and sit in the cab of his truch with the AC on while he hooked up the car. He said we could do the paperwork in the cab after we got a chacne to cool off. Tony went out of his way on several instances to make sure we were take care of and got where we needed to be. This is the FIRST time I have ever felt urged to write a review about a towing experience but Tony did such a great job that I felt he deserved to be recognized for being such a professional. Can honestly say that I quickly felt like I could trust Tony and that he really had the best interest of myself and family at heart. Of course Tony has a job to do and he has to take care of business but when we paid the bill I felt like I was paying a more than fair price for the great service he gave us. I can tell everyone this, I hope I NEVER need to get a tow again but if I do, Aces towing has my business for life. If anyone is in their area of coverage I would HIGHLY reccomend giving them a ring and be sure to ask for Tony. You may not get him, but if you are lucky and do get Tony rest assured you are in good hands and will be taken care of. As to Lutz Towing here in Land o Lakes / Lutz.... Crooks, the sort of guys that give many honest towing companies a bad name, show up late, refuse to take you to the requested location if it is not far enough to exceed the roadside insurance coverage, and pretty much all around the sort of company that you hear horror stories about. Stick with Aces Towing, if their other drivers are half as good as Tony you will get more than double what you ever would expect from a Towing company. I have a hunch each driver is pretty good, just seemed like a professional and honest company with my experience.
