Took the Suburban in for a noisy transmission. After driving the vehicle, the technician said he didnt notice anything obviously wrong. I scheduled a time to come to the dealership to ride with him. This way I could point out the issues I was having. Of course, the Suburban didnt make any odd noises when we drove together. However, the technician asked me lots of good questions about what the conditions are when it happens. He thought it may be related to not having flushed the transmission yet. We had opted out when our service advisor suggested the replacement at the 30k mile maintenance. Now at 55K, we got the transmission flushed, new fluid, as well as the front and rear differentials flushed. It drives like a new truck now. No lagging, no noises, just power and poise.
Service Rep went above and beyond listening to my concerns and following through with what he said he would do. It was a fairly complex mechanical and electrical issue and he did a great job of explaining the facets of the problem and how they resolved it. In the end, they were able to successfully solve the problem in a reasonable amount of time at a fair cost. Not sure much more can be asked…needless to say, I was pleasantly pleased with the result.
I went to Jerrys Chevrolet in leesburg with a heavy heart convinced that I would be leaving this car dealer also, but Jennifer change my mind she was really down to earth willing to answer all my questions and very honest and helpful. My battery died over the weekend. I had to use our other vehicle to jump start it Monday morning. I was hoping that the drive in would charge it back up. That didnt happen. After getting a co-worker to jump-start the truck after work, I called Chris to see if he could get it taken care of. I had zero doubt that he would be able to make it happen. Needless to say, Chris had me drive in, then took my truck back immediately, replaced the battery and had me back on my way in less than 20 min. This is one of the best service departments Ive ever dealt with in my decades of driving a car.

Outstanding service, I came in early and they squeezed me in and I was out the door with an oil change and tire rotation in under an hour. Everyone is super courteous and they go out of there way to make sure the customer is happy.
Everyone we interacted with at Jerrys was fantastic. Jennifer was a great point of contact throughout the sale and took care of us from start to finish, Chelsea kept us informed and was very easy work with over the phone/email, and Mike provided a great overview of the features/technology in our brand new vehicle. The price was very competitive, and they didnt push the extras on us like other dealers do. They shared the value they provide and costs up front and let us make our own decision. Bought a vehicle today at Jerrys and the Product Specialist Sergio Alvarez was terrific to deal with in the process. He was very knowledgeable of the product and he listened to what my needs and desires were and worked hard to satisfy all of them. I feel very fortunate that Sergio was the one who worked with me. Sergio was focused on helping me and not just selling a car which was refreshing to see. He was straight forward and honest as we went thru the whole process.Everyone whom I meet today at the Dealership was kind, courteous and helpful. I had been searching and having encounters with dealerships for a couple of months during my vehicle search. Those interactions made me very apprehensive about the car burying scenario. After dealing Sergio and the Team at Jerrys I highly recommend any one looking for a car to see the Team there at Jerrys . The next time I am in need of a vehicle Jerrys will be my first stop. Service was great. Only comment is I think the price to replace windshield wipers is too high. I will do myself next time. I realize the dealership needs to make money, but overcharging customers is a big turnoff for many of us. Charge a fair price.

They have been completely unprofessional and haven’t been timely in any manner. I have been spoken down to and have had the shop guys be disrespectful. They also told me that I can drive the vehicle with the check engine light on. I had the car in the dealership twice within 7 days and they were dismissive. I am incredibly disappointed in the way this has been handled. Keep in mind this is for a 2021 Traverse.

Very good experience, especially since it was our salesmans first day. He got the backup he needed from his managers to make a satisfying experience. Only point to mention was that he was not aware that the vehicle has auto start/stop which may have impacted our decision to purchase the car. Still waiting for our home state plates to arrive, but based on the overall experience, I am confident they will arrive within the 30-day temporary period.

The issue was resolved in a timely manner as usual and Chris was helpful as always.
I called Austin at Jerrys after all the pressure tactics from other dealers. One tried to run up the price by about $9k from the price online, another gave me a quote for a fake VIN and a couple of others had a car at my price but it was being test driven right now and they werent sure if it would sell. Every time Id drive there, it was just sold as you could imagine but there was always something more expensive on the lot. These common tactics were very frustrating, I quickly explained that to Austin and he assured me that Jerrys wasnt doing that to me. I got a quote from him after hours and the next day we reached a price within my budget. I showed up to the dealership and the car was detailed, full of gas and ready to go for date night at the price we talked about. The only upsetting thing about the experience is that Jerrys is around 200 miles away. Everyone there quickly welcomed my family to the Chevrolet family, some even played peek-a-boo with my 2 year old daughter. Ill be sure to tell my friends and family about it as they are likely to drive that far to save like I did.

Pleasant and efficient from start to finish. Im in my 60s and have bought perhaps 20 cars in my lifetime. This was the fastest and most pleasant car purchase experience Ive had. I was able to negotiate a firm price before traveling to the dealership and got an estimate on my trade in, which was honored when I brought it in person. My salesperson Patricia was responsive and quick, and the sales manager (Tony?) spent a good amount of time with me before I drove the car away, helpfully orienting me to the new EV. Overall, top notch experience all around.
The whole process went very well from the test drive to the purchase. One thing impressed me. The last time I bought a new car there, about 7 1/2 years ago, I had to wait about 4 hours to complete the whole process. This time I was in the new car and on the road in about 2 hours - a reasonable wait time. The whole team did a very good job.

Sergio was the reason I purchased from Jerry’s. I had been to 3 other dealerships between Manassas and Purcellville and he was the only one that communicated effectively and went above and beyond to find the truck I wanted for my business even though your dealership didn’t have it currently in stock. Seamless transaction all the way through the manager and financing. I even got a screw in one of my tires a couple days later and brought the truck in with the Jerry’s Package and was in and out in 15-20 min. Top notch establishment

Service was done and seems to be good for now. Was done quickly. The problem being that Chevrolet put out an extended warranty for the exact issue my vehicle had. My vehicle was not included, even though it stated my year and make of vehicle. So I had to pay 1500 out of pocket for an issue that is recognized but because of unknown detail, my specific vehicle, it does not apply. I tried to contact that service manager, left a message and email, no call-back. Tried to talk to GM, who told me to call the dealer, but no one answers phones there, or is around when you call.Its only a matter of time before the other 6 fuel injectors go bad and I have to pay for those out of pocket. Its definitely will not be purchasing another American made car again. Too many issues and dealers and makers do not seem to care and would rather place blame on the owner.Edit: Contacted Jerrys Chevrolet. The manager never returns phone calls. He is always out of office or on the line when you call and will not return your phone call. Ive given up on any response, even if its Sorry, your out of luck This place does not care once they have your money.Update: Another cylinder has begun misfiring as predicted.

This was the best vehicle buying experience weve had in a very long time! Our sales consultant, Irael Guillen, was very personable & knowledgeable about the entire process. It was a real pleasure to work with him. And we really enjoyed talking and interacting with the finance manager, Jose Arias. Lastly, Iraels manager, Moe Lakkis, was equally helpful in closing the deal. I had a check engine light on my 2018 Camaro come on. I was able to easily schedule an appointment with the service department at Jerrys. The key drop off was easy and I could maintain social distancing. The repair and safety inspection was done quickly. And, best of all, the service manager was friendly and helpful, listened to the description of why I was bringing in the car, and he kept me up to date on the repair progress. The experience overall was a very good one.

I was given an email quote of the cost of a vehicle. Then given, this is as low as I can go quote that ended up being more than the original quote minus the trade-in amount. I was told I did not allow for tags etc. costs, but I did and the amount that I was expected to agree with was simply more than discussed throughout the transaction. The vehicle was then sold before final agreement on cost.
I took my car to this service center, initially almost six months ago. I was told I needed a part that was not available because GM was on strike. I called back 4-5 times and finally confirmed they had the part. I took the car for service. While my car was there for service for ONE SPECIFIC SERVICE, the technician decided to tinker with things I had not authorized. The customer service rep called me to tell me all the things that the technician was finding while doing things I had not authorized for him to do. In addition, I later find out they dont even have all the parts to complete the repair I authorized them to do. I will never buy another GM car, I can guarantee you this. I am planning to get rid of this car due to all of these problems and Jerrys would never be option for purchase of another vehicle. If you are looking for service or to buy a car do not go here. Stay away...you have been warned!

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation and used the overnight drop-off. When I picked my vehicle up the next day, the service ticket said that all work was completed. However, the tires were NOT rotated as annotated on the service ticket. This is unacceptable. I know the tires were not rotated because I marked them...UPDATE: The folks here made the previous situation right by covering the cost of my latest oil change and even washed my vehicle. Tires were rotated and an issue with a sensor in the transmission were also taken care of.

Jerrys Leesburg and Phoenix Pierce definitely provided a great experience! I was looking for a Chevy Bolt EV, live in Michigan, and expanded my search to other states because of the incredibly low days supply of units on the ground. I found the perfect Bolt EV at Jerrys, and Phoenix worked with me to get a fantastic deal. As mentioned in other posts, she called me at least 2-3 times after the sale just to make sure everything went okay. I also received TWO thank you letters from her in the mail!Jerrys doesnt ship out of state, and most likely all dealers follow those guidelines. However, I worked with a shipping company to get a great deal on shipping the Bolt from Virginia to Michigan.The only reason Im giving four stars instead of five, is that I didnt receive my Bolt with a full charge as expected, and the registration process has taken quite a while, due to extra paperwork that was sent to me after the sale for processing purposes. With that said, however, I would definitely do business again with Jerrys Leesburg Chevrolet. Thank you to the entire team!

Appt at 11:00 for simple oil change. Left at 1:15. That’s unacceptable. Why make appts. I was the only one in the waiting area for my car. I will never return there nor buy another car. If they were short on staff I should have been told immediately and I could determine if I wanted to stay I know it takes only 30 maybe 45 minutes for that service. Very very disappointed

I purchased 2 vehicles in 2019 from Jerrys. 1 new which was an outstanding experience and 1 used which was the complete opposite. The used car section did not come off as honest or straight forward at all. After trying to sell me parts for the vehicle, that they already had on order, for a high price, with supposed free installment and a great price, they came to me the next day when i didnt bite and tried to sell me the same parts for half the price. Shady! Similar story with the purchase price of the car as well. I am generously giving an overall 3 stars due to the new car side of the dealership being a 5 star review and the used car side being somewhere below a 1 star.

Bought a car here 2 years ago and went to trade it in today at a different dealership to discover that the Car Fax had a response of severe body damage that was never disclosed to me when purchasing the car. And yes I did ask. I ended up losing thousands of dollars on the trade because of this. I will never shop here again and advise anyone buying a used vehicle here to pull their own Car Fax as these people are liars.

I was extremely happy with my experience with Jerrys Leesburg. I had not bought a new truck for 16 years and obviously things have changed. DJ the salesperson was great to work with and very knowledgeable & patient. Rose (Client Relations Mgr) was very helpful in discussing options/warranties for my truck. Helpful as well in scheduling time to meet my needs. Brian (VP/MGR) was helpful as well in final pricing. Still have to get up to speed on technical aspect of truck but plan to meet with technical staff person. All in all my experience was great and everyone was very accommodating. I LOVE my new Chevy Colorado Truck!

Took me 2 weeks to get through to the service center. I even called and left my information with Chris in new car sales and never received a phone call back. After dropped I never got a call to be notified it was ready. If it wasnt for my warranty I would would take my truck anywhere else as this has happened several times. Also, I submitted 2 inquiries months ago about getting additional work done (Exhaust & Cold Air Intake) and never heard anything back.
I had a 9am oil change. Its 10:20 am and the car not done. Why ? Service manager no communication to me, seating in waiting area. I have had good service here and had purchased my new car from Jerrys. Waiting over a hour and more . Is unexectable for a oil change. I can pay a lower price and be in and out with in 30 minutes. You can see Im very bored waiting for my car. Still here 1 hour 30 minutes. Give it 1 star now. Still no communication.
Purchasing from them is a great experience.Service is not.I couldnt believe that they are not preparing necessary parts for my service appointment which was scheduled one month before hand. I have to come back sometime in the future.Also the price tag for the service is higher than other places. I understand that higher price tag means better care for the car, but missing necessary parts is surely not it.
