Seriously recommend!!! I drove in to charge my 2016 Leaf. This is a free service at Nissan Dealerships, and I think it may be a burden and irritation for some dealerships, but thats exactly what makes this Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg better than others. Laurie in reception came out with Donald from sales to guide me to the charger. Donald invited me in to enjoy coffee and pastries while I waited for my car to charge. Im including pics of the amazing coffee bar and comfortable seats. If youre in the market for a car, I recommend Nissan, because I love my Leaf. After visiting Jenkins, I know where my next Leaf will be purchased. Donaldson Montgomery in sales was really polite, intelligent and eager. He seems like the kind of sales person who will treat you with respect, which is kind of amazing!
LADIES BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH. No haggle prices are NOT honored. Arranged everything on the phone with an awesome associate, and instead of it being REASONABLE, they upped the costs by 9 to 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS! The manager (JASON HUBBARD) had no regard for the associates seat warmer, and tried to justify charging us more for no reason. EVERYTHING WAS ARRANGED, and yet they expected to charge 1700 for a detailing service? I could have paid less than that over the course of a year for the same service AT MY HOME. These people in management have once again proven to me that JENKINS is all about the money and ripping people as much as they can. JENKINS IS TRASH, and SO ARE THEIR MANAGERS.

From the time we stepped into the showroom, it was a great experience. We were greeted by Rose (I believe that was her name.) She was very welcoming, and guided us to our salesman Donaldson Montgomery. He was wonderful to work with, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very patient with my husband and I as we discussed our options. He and Deen were a pleasure to work with and we felt we received a very fair deal. Worth the 45 minute drive for us to get there!

Yokasta was by far the best sells person I’ve ever worked with. It was like being with family. She is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding and met and surpassed my needs while purchasing a vehicle. She knows the inventory and willing to help in any way possible. This was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Ben, in finance was just as amazing. I’ve never had a car finance person work to get me a lower rate and that’s exactly what he did. He didn’t promise anything except to try his best to get me the best deal with a lower rate and he was able to succeed. I appreciate this dealership and all the people who worked with me. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future as well as recommending anyone I know who’s interested in purchasing a vehicle.
I have found that the staff at Nissan has a great customer care satisfaction. Every one I made contact with was very friendly and could not do enough for you. This is a marked improvement from the previous Nissan I dealt with. Keep up the good work.

I went to check up on my Altima and it was an Excellent sercive. They introduced me to a sales agent called Daniel, he was very attentive, as well as George from finances. I recently purchased a vehicle and made an agreement regarding payments. The only way I said I will sign if the monthly payments was the amount we agreed upon. So we did, but the next day they call me back to do a full detail on my 2018 rouge they said I need to finish signing some paperwork. They change all the numbers and tricked me to signing so I can be stuck with a higher monthly payment. This place takes advantage of people. Watch what your signing because they are liars ..
Both me and my husband have had a horrible experience times two at the leesburg location. I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy from this location as I will never even own a Nissan again because of them.
Service was prompt. Took a while but had quite a bit done but was done in good time. Earlier question...at my age I dont expect to have to purchase another vehicle...expect to get at least 150,000 more miles (from present 50,000)
As always, this is a five-star dealership. It was when I purchased my Murano in 2019, and it was the other day when I took it back for some standard servicing. Even though I have another Nissan dealership within 5 minutes of my home, I went to Jenkins because their reviews say it all. They are professional, courteous, and always seem to go above and beyond. When I pulled up, William greeted me a smile within seconds, and I was literally in and out of there within in 45 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Highly!

Took them almost two months to pay off my trade in resulting in repo on my credit. Be sure to stay on top of your payments if you purchase from here. Hard to get in contact with finance specialist regarding issue. I will never go back to Jenkins for ANYTHING. All they seem to care about is the sale.
This is my 5th Pathfinder and the best experience that I have experienced in a purchase of an automobile in a long time. I need some info on the buyback program. Cause we just did it with are 2017 Nissan Rouge. They took it we did all the paper work paid the difference. We already gave the title back and license plate back to the DMV so we have no tag for it. And we get a phone call at 9 p.m tonight saying they cant take it. Asking if we would like to pick it up or have it taken back to are house in the rudest way possible!!!

Everyone working trying to get their job done and most of all trying to make sure the customers are satisfied in what they want. The whole team goes above and beyond.
Always great to have my maintenance done here since it’s very close to where i live.My cigarette lighter got broken and good thing it was still covered by the warranty. Obed was nice enough to let us know that it would take another day to fix it or so because the part they ordered wasn’t the right fit so they gave us a rental car to use because we had to leave the car there.All in experience with this dealership is always okay.I would have given them 5 stars but since covid happened, there’s no free carwash and the food choices in the waiting area aren’t that good. Also nice if they could provide sanitizer wipes to clean the chairs and tables.
I was immediately made to feel welcome. The associates were upfront and honest. Although I was not in a position to get a new car I was treated with the utmost respect. I took my car in for service and left feeling like I had paid for a service and experience rather than being overcharged for almost nothing done. Thank you for an enjoyable experience and a little extra knowledge about my current loan.
Do not use this service department. You will save alot of money and headache going somewhere else. Example of my most recent experience: Was quoted $600 to replace a rear wheel bearing on a front wheel drive 2016 Versa Note. I thought that was really expensive and from experience using this service department and paying hundreds of dollars to change a light bulb, etc I was correct. I purchased the bearing from a parts store for $40 and from start to finish including test driving, it only took me 90 minutes. A service department with a lift and specialty tools, I am sure could have completed this in less than an hour. I am only leaving this 1 negative review but could easily leave 3 or 4 more but already feel dumb for calling them after the first bad experience.
Updating from previous review. Do not buy from these people. A representative did leave me a message after I added an update to my 1st review back in December of 2020 . I called back and left a message. Never got another call. Beware they will scam you . You will end up paying way more. I should never have purchased this car. The financial person was terrible. Made me feel like I was stupid for questioning why the price was higher than I though it was supposed to be. It was my first time buying a car on my own. He took advantage of my inexperience of purchasing a car.
Ive never had any issues with the sales team so I would maybe recommend for that reason.I made an appointment for my oil change and to have my breaks serviced. I mentioned while booking that I saw coupons online and the lady told me to bring them in.When I got there I told the service adviser I had coupons and handed them to him. He said we can apply them after. When he confirmed my pads needed to be dine I showed him the coupon but he said it was from Jenkins Nissan of Lakeland and I could not use them.I am fine with the fact that I could not use them and I made a mistake. But if he would have looked at them when I checked in I would have know everything would have been full price and I would have left as I had a coupon for an oil change elsewhere too.This is not the first time Ive been disappointed with my service. I will not be returning to have any work done at your location.
Our Sales Agent Yokosta Moronta was professional, hospitable, and knowledgeable. The entire staff treated us like great. No matter what questions we had they had the answer. This is my 4th Nissan product and the experience we had was second to none. Dean the Sales Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend the dealership.
Easy transaction as I already knew exactly what I wanted. Divonte did an amazing job of making sure I got the payments where I needed them. The lifetime warranty is what sealed the deal. Would definitely recommend.
Poor service considering weve purchased 9 vehicles in the past 12 years including two in 2021. Requested a second key fob for 2018 Nissan Rouge purchased 3/25/2021. Dealer ship only gave us one at time of purchase. We requested a second one and had an appt on 8/3 to get the second one. Was told that the cost would be around $150 for labor and that they would see if sales would waive the fob cost. My husband arrive for a 2:00 appt an was told it would cost us over $400.

Watch out for hidden fees. I dont appreciate nothing but upfront pricing. 3k-4k in added to pad their dealerships pockets when you go to sign is unacceptable. No haggle should be just that, a nice clean business deal, buyer beware.
Purchased a used car from the dealer today and the experience was great. Salesperson Larry Gunn was incredibly helpful and very personable. Ive had some poor dealership experiences in the past, but Jenkins Nissan was a great help! 10/10 recommend for those looking for a new or used car.

Bought my truck at a fair price higher then others offered.
I had an 18.9% interest rate when I came in simply for an oil change. I managed to get a car that I love a thousand times better and my interest rate was cut by over half. This has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jenkins Nissan!
Two suggestions. If we had transferred our insurance before we left the dealership we would have been covered in the accident we were in 2 miles down the road on the way home. Our truck did not have collision coverage, but it would have been added to the new vehicle should we have transferred at the dealership. We were told our insurance would be good for 14 days from the purchase of our new vehicle, which is true, but the coverage was not adjusted to a new vehicle.Also, it would be good if we could have a loaner vehicle while body work is being done.While it is impossible to have predicted the accident, it has certainly put a cloud over the happiness of our new vehicle and has added more money out of our pocket.Id like to add that Chris was a terrific advocate for us and we have already recommended him to a friend of ours who is looking for a new vehicle.
This is the worst experience with a business that I have ever had. I sold my Jeep to them on 6/29. The brand new sales person that worked with us was sweet but clearly brand new and inexperienced so they sent over Dean to close the deal. He was pompous and rude and left both my spouse and I feeling skeptical from jump. We had to wait 2 hours for the finance desk to have an opening to sign papers that took less than 5 minutes to complete. Both Dean and finance representative Navin explained that it may take up to 30 days to receive my part of the equity check due to “Covid.” I asked a few questions about this because they now have possession of mg Jeep and 30 days seemed exorbitant. Navin assured me less than 30 days. Results: 10 days later I got calls from my finance company that they had not even received their part of the check which would have even started the process. It took me I think 16 calls of being passed around, given excuses, etc. to finally get this part completed. Now due to this negligence and just complete lack of costumer care and honoring their commitment of course the check to me isn’t here. 34 days later. Not within 30 days at all. I am somewhere around 12 calls in this week with finally one responsive employee at that entire dealership Heather in Customer Service who said I would receive my check yesterday but couldn’t actually assure me what day. It didn’t come. I have left messages called and called been avoided and handed off. No answers and certainly no check. Many times the phone just rings and rings, sometimes going to service. Wow had this been frustrating. I have a communication log but wish I could calculate the hours I have spent dealing with this. I am frustrated, dissatisfied, disappointed. I have been lied to, avoided and Dean the “manager” is just so rude. I would NEVER buy, sell, go near this dealership again.

I wouldn’t give one star. Worst service experience I’ve ever had. My transmission went out and bought my car here to have it changed and when I got the car back I noticed noise coming from the steering wheel. I took it back into the service department and spoke with my service advisor about it and I got the run around about it. I had to go out of town that weekend and took it to another Nissan dealership and they diagnosed the issue. My rack and pinion rods were not tightened after the transmission was changed (something that could have been potentially fatal to me and/or someone else). I had to pay to have it fixed. I called and showed up in person to speak with my service advisor, bought in the receipt to show him not only did I have to pay how could these type of accidents happen. Never heard anything back from him. I’ve called numerous times and he won’t answer nor will he return my phone calls. I spoke with a service manager and got the samething. I live an hour away from the nearest Nissan dealership but I will drive there for service because I cannot trust Jenkins Nissan anymore (which is 10 minutes from where I live). I would never advise anyone to go here for service.

Today was an exceptional experience from the time my husband and I walked into the dealership throughout the purchase - to the finance - to the explanation of all car features. Everyone was beyond friendly, very professional and so cordial. As a former Director of Human Resources, I was favorably impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all the employees. This is the third Nissan we have acquired- two leases and this purchase. We’ll be back. I’d like to shout out to a few that made our experience so pleasurable - first to Robbie who arranged everything for us and his thorough follow-through. Then Christopher, the manager was extremely helpful and going through the numbers as well as showed us the at most professionalism. Lastly, Daniel Murari, Sales Consultant, was the epitome of what every sales person should be from start to finish. He could not have been more helpful in all he did for us so expeditiously and with such friendliness. Kudos to Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg. We shall return.

I can say that from the moment I drove in to the service area with my 2016 Nissan Sentra to the moment I left with my 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport, the people I encountered were very attentive.
Frederick was very professional and polite. My oil change was done within the time predicted and the waiting area was very comfortable. The cappuccino and the hot chocolate was very tasty.
We dealt with Daniel . He was very informative and helpful with our decision to purchase a Murano.
Nathan was our sales man and he had 3 different vehicles waiting for us to test drive. All 3 were vehicles I told him I was looking at. He made it so we didnt have to go to a different dealership to test drive those vehicles.

I went in to the dealership on Sat with full expectations of not walking out with a vehicle. I dealt with Lena Williams, let me just say she was wonderful to deal with. She was very upfront with me and explained everything in detail. There was no back and forth she was very straight forward from the beginning. Very seamless process. They are very lucky to have her! I went in there with a fixed budgeted amount and with a letter/advertisement from the dealership. I was not sure that the deal would be honored (that there would be a loophole) and that my budgeted amount could be met. I never actually expected to leave with a new car! I got thorough attention from my salesman and appreciated how supervisors and the manager checked in on my experience and congratulated me on my deal. This is my second car now. Your service department does ALL of my maintenance. I could not be happier.

Service Advisor “William Cribb” made me feel completely comfortable that I would not be ripped off. I usually get a bad feel when I walk into a dealership because they’re known for not being honest especially with women by themselves. This time was totally different. I could just feel the honesty and kindness when I met William. He kept me informed on the progress I have service on my car as I waited. I was pleasantly surprised that my bill was a lot less then I would’ve expected. The service maintenance that my car needed and he recommended I got done. Staff are, as always, way beyond friendly and helpful. Even when you are just there for routine maintenance for your vehicle. However, not only were my husband and I dropping off his car for maintenance but we were in the market to replace my 2004 vehicle. We told them what we wanted, how much we were willing to spend and the salesman was able to pair us with the exact vehicle we were looking for. It truly was an in and out experience and now we own a certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue! Reason for 4 stars is because toward the end of the deal.....a salesman went a bit far and wanted my husband to trade in his car for a newer model😁. Once a salesman, am I right? Other than that the experience was quick, painless and within our budget. Also, it is the reason my husband and I have purchased our last 3 vehicles over the years from Jenkins.
