Who in their right mind brings a boat with a company vehicle through the McDonald’s drive thru, then almost hits my car and the sign? If I wouldn’t have moved way left his boat would have destroyed the side of my car. I will never use this company after seeing the stupidity they allow.

This company is the worst A/C company in the world.. building a/c in lake county in brand new houses and not even a year we got black mold all over the unit and the wall .. this company is ready to get the biggest lawsuit in the state of Florida is 1, 000 + houses with black mold because the don’t know what they doing. Not even a year old job ..They don’t want to take care of the costumers at all . Trash job . Don’t let them take your money.

The service was excellent as well as the technician. A mask was worn and protective footwear. Also received a call before arrival which is appreciated.

Joe was quick and professional and made sure to tell me what he was checking, why, and my next course of action. Absolutely no hassle.

Further update on this company 11/20/2018. We have still been trying to reach out to them and still haven’t heard anything back. Sent letters...nothing...we call and get the old run around that the manager is going to call us back...still nothing. These pictures are the “service contract” that we had with this company. Clearly they have been taking advantage of my grandmother. They never cleaned anything like the were supposed to. Not to mention they charged her $750 for an air filter. This company clearly has no morals and does not want to right the wrong. So I do not recommend this company to anymore. They got her sick from all the neglect of her A/C. I look forward hearing a response for the owner of this company, which I’m sure we won’t hear anything back.

Joe installed a UV lighting system inside and outside our ac unit. He perfomed the installation professionally and gave me the information I needed to know how my UV lighting works.

Had an appt for between 1 and 6 and they had a cancelation. Joe C called and texted to lmk he could come early. He was professional, fast and kind. Impressed by the service. Will definitely use them again. Issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Thank you.

Call the company on 5/7/21 to make an appointment for service because my A/C stop cooling, got a confirmation that they were gonna send me a technician on 5/8/21 in the afternoon, that technician never showed up and never call.Tried to call them back on saturday to see what was going on... and nowbody answer. Ended up calling another company, sad part was... that this company was the one who installed the A/C at the house, thru Maronda Homes.

Li ran a little late but let me know well in advance. Very polite and friendly, he explained what he did and throughly answered my questions. Nice young man.

Were very happy with one stop thermp cool. Weve used them for over 15 years. Very honest and always had excellent customer service .

Tony showed up a little late because a previous call went long, but he diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly.He also gave me some great maintenance tips.

I would rate a zero if it were an option. This company refuses to fix the faulty unit they put in my home. From the get go weve had issues. They admitted they had installed the air handler incorrectly which caused the drip pan to overflow and cause damage to my ceiling and duct work. It was like pulling teeth to have them to correct their mistakes. I have gotten my duct work replaced and thats it. The unit is continuously shutting itself off. So here we are in the heat of the summer with no A/C and this company would like to charge $690 for a part thats under warranty for a unit that has been problematic from the day it was installed. Dont make the mistake I did. Pick another company that actually values your decision to purchase from them and are willing to fix their mistakes.

They installed my A/C in my new home, so I try and use them to do a service check every 6 months. I did like this new kid that checked my unit, he had all kinds of new gadgets to check the status of the unit. *The thing I dont like is after you pay them in advance to do future service checks, they wont contact you, you must remember to call them! Wish they could call and say youre due for a service check when is it convenient for us to do it? My pest company can sure do it.... Its just something they could do a better job at.

Very disappointed with Thermo-cool/One Stop. Called them for a warranty service and was taken for a ride regarding what is warrantable and what isnt. I discovered the problem before the tech showed up and was promptly charged $89 for him to say yup, its the fan motor. Then was given 3 prices for the part over a 12 hour period ranging from $350-950. I feel like they prey on people who have limited knowledge of AC systems. Called their competitor and had the job done for half of their lowest asking price...use caution!

One Stop is reliable. They give their employees a thorough understanding of every aspect of the Air Conditioning and Heating trade. They want their employees to help each other and they do; instead of holding on to trade secrets, they share. One Stop takes care of their customers for life. This is a good company that I am very proud to work for.

Not actually open 24 hours. They have an answering service. That is all. That has no clue about anything except how to answer a phone call. I hope your family doesnt die of heat exhaustion before they get out to fix your air conditioning

Was the best ware house employee they even had. Mentiond to me multiple times by staff and co workers. They fired me because i was sick one day. Very unprofessional and ALWAYS blame employees for there own mistakes. DO NOT RECOMMEND THERE BUSSINESS

These guys still owe a years worth of maintenance on a prepurchased maintenance plan. Theyve been contacted SEVERAL times to discuss scheduling the maintenance and will not return the calls. Thermocool was bought out and the office team has really failed to give any of their old customers a reason to stay with one stop.

Your driver swerved into my lane while texting and driving. I beeped the horn bc he came close to me. He then proceeded to keep trying to swerve into my lane and try to intimidate me by doing that and flicked me off. I backed off to get far away from him. Hopefully something is done about this. I hope this isn’t the type of people this company employs

This is the worst company around should be investigated I know the owner and thought Id be taken care of. Sold me a new unit come to find out the inside air handler is smaller then then the outside and constantly broke down plus the thermostat Dosent work properly promises never kept and will not return calls. Beware of this shady company !!!!!

Work was completed on time, in a very workmanlike way, leaving everything cleaned up like it was found.

I have had nothing but honest, pleasant, quick service from this company. Highly recommended.

Sold us a maintenance plan. They did not show up when they were scheduled in August. We contacted them as we were having A/C issues and they did not show up. We hired another company and they were amazed at the amount of mold and mildew inside of the air handler. Im not sure these guys ever cleaned anything like they were supposed to in the years I had the plan.
