Ive had KD out two times, and my experiences with both technicians were positive. Im happy to have found a new home after my former guy retired!

There was a leak, and part of the pipe was replaced. Once the mechanic left, over the next few days there was a small leak in the same pipe I called them back and they said now they said the bend of the pipe has a clog. I have paid for service, but was unsatisfied as the diagnosis on initial visit should have found this out.

They came highly recommended by a friend and I can see why. They were prompt, professional, and walked me through what they had done and why. Quickly ordered parts to fix our AC and even came back out the next day to fix our heater with a full schedule!

KD Mechanical responded to my call for AC maintenance within an hour of my call. They diagnosed the problem as 2 blown fuses, explained to me what happened and fixed everything within an hour. They were great in every way.

I, again, had a wonderful experience with KD Mechanical. I called at 11 am on a Monday, because I had no heat in my home. That afternoon, they were out to diagnose the problem, and by 2:30 pm on Wednesday, I had the entire Heat/AC System replaced for a price far lower than I expected to pay! The employees are all extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. I have called them in the past with air condition and heat issues, and have always experienced this first class response/service.

KD Mechanical were very responsive when we lost our A/C in July. They got us a quote right away and a new A/C system very quickly. Installed it on the hottest day of the year and brought enough crew to make it happen as quickly as possible. Very happy with the work and our new system.

Fantastic service. We have a Lennox system, the thermostat failed, and was unable to get responsive service from 2 other local HVAC vendors that support Lennox. KD Mechanical came in and fixed the problem and didnt leave until it worked right. You cant go wrong using KD Mechanical.

I have had the same HVAC guy for years and he doesn’t call me back ever. I needed to respond to a buyers home inspection and found KD-Mechancal on google. Wow! I was blown away. They were on time- went thoroughly through the system- got the info neeeded to order the part and left without charging me anything. This was the second company I called. The first company wanted $95 to come out.KD hooked me up and I am sharing their business info with my neighbors. It’s nice not to feel ripped off these day!

My water heater went out.I went to Home Depot for an installation quote. They referred me to someplace in Fairfax who never answered their phone.I called Lowe’s and no-one answered their phone.I started asking around and was referred to KD Mechanical.Don from KD Mechanical answered and offered to fix it first thing the following morning on a weekend.They did a great job, were very professional, and were reasonably priced.I will use this company in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Roger, the tech, did excellent work troubleshooting my HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The replacement part was much cheaper online but the owner lowered the price by $100 when I called and asked about it. KD Mechanical saved me a lot of time and headache, did excellent work, didnt try to upsell me (I hate that) and in the end I spent a little less than I thought I would have had to. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again... especially Roger.

We had our water heater start leaking on a Thursday morning. KD Mechanical came over to our house that morning, helped my wife move items in the basement around, and then diagnosed the issue. I had a quote that same morning, with a install date for Monday morning. They arrived promptly, and got our new water heater installed in no time. KD Mechanical is our provider of choice! They are fair, honest, reliable and do excellent work. They show up on time, follow up promptly and keep me informed of the status of my mechanical systems without all the jargon and confusion Ive seen from other mechanical companies. When systems do need service or repair, the quote is easy to understand and more importantly is not bloated with extras I didnt request or wasnt told about. They are more than happy to answer questions and dont use high pressure sales tactics. I would highly recommend them for HVAC, plumbing and other mechanical needs!

KD Mechanical was absolutely amazing to deal with. We had a very hard fight with our home insurance company to get our AC replaced and KD was beside us the entire time. They had to make multiple trips out to our house to get numbers for the Home Insurance company. After 30 days of fighting with the warranty company KD was still standing by our side and finally able to install our new AC system. The tech was amazing and answered the million questions my father asked him. I will be using them for all my futures service needs and recommend them to everyone.

During the hottest days of summer, our 2 A/C units were barely cooling the house. KD Mechanical came out and gave us an estimate and within a few days we were up and running.
