Generally speaking they were excellent to deal with, but I deducted a star because I really couldve reignited the pilot light for my water heater myself, and I would have known that for sure had they simply told me so when I called them initially. It seems kind of absurd to pay over $100 just to have someone come out to press a button.

I had my shut off valves for my front and rear sillcocks replaced with ball valves and relocated for easier access. Travis was our plumber. He did a great job! One valve was hidden between the joists above the water heater and it was difficult to reach even on a ladder. He relocated it to be just above the water heater and at head hight. No ladder needed! The other was in the sill plate above washer and dryer. This required a ladder and stretching over washer. This was relocated to be just above the washer. It within easy reach. Travis was very friendly. He explained all my options and asked for my ok on location before final assembly. I highly recommend M.E. Flow for your plumbing needs.

I have an annual service agreement with ME Flow, so Chris came out for the annual plumbing inspection. I am so glad that he did! He discovered that my sump pump was no longer working and I was one large rainfall away from having a flooded basement. It would’ve been catastrophic for us, because we just spent nearly $10,000 putting in new flooring in the basement. I am so glad that Chris came out, and that he identified the problem with the sump pump. I highly recommend ME Dlow, and in particular Chris.

Great response from all team members starting with my initial call at 8:20am with a service technician showing up at 11am the same day. I was calling for my neighbor who was out of town and had a very large dog I was caring for and the AC was not working on a 90 degree day. Everyone was, polite and caring and offered excellent customer service. They went out of their way to make sure they fixed the problem promptly. Thank you ME Flow Leesburg employees!

M.E. Flow sent a plumber out to our house free of charge to test the water. That free water test helped us decide our course of action on whether to replace our old house water filter. The plumber Dan took the time to completely evaluate our system and explained about the set up of our old well system and then offered practical recommendations to properly close it down. He did a great job replacing our hot water heater and we decided a new house water filter was not necessary at this time. He also replaced a couple of faulty hot and cold shut off valves in one of our bathrooms and gave us good advice on other plumbing concerns in the house. Overall we were very satisfied with the work.

Our water lines were surging, pulsing and squealing. Called M.E. Flow because they had installed a new water heater and sump pump for us last Christmas. They sent Steve Braun, who easily diagnosed the problem. Steve was personable, professional and had all the right parts on his truck. He installed our new main valve and pressure regulator in just 30 minutes and we were back in business. Really appreciated Steve’s knowledge and service. Highly recommend M.E. Flow!

I knew they did plumbing but wasn’t sure if they could replace my garbage disposal. Called about 9:30am and was pleasantly surprised to find they could do the job. I already had the day off from work, so they offered to come out the same day. The customer service called 20 min before the technician was due to arrive. And by 2:30pm the installation was complete. Everyone was kind and very professional from the first phone call through the installation of my new garbage disposal. Job well done…great customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Scheduling service was easy and repair technician was prompt, professional and respectful. Follow up communication however has been painful. Promises of return phone calls have not been honored. Customer communication does not appear to be this companies strength

My hot water heater replacement through ME Flow was seamless, and the experience was great. I price shopped and felt that ME Flow gave the best value for money. When Chris Payne came to do the installation, he was professional and thoroughly explained everything. Also, one of our biggest concerns was how they would treat our newly installed hardwood floors. Chris could not have been more careful, even lifting the heater over thresholds to ensure they would not be damaged. I would totally use ME Flow again!

Matt Gunnells - absolutely the best technician! We had a new motor installed in our AC exactly one year prior and it broke. Matt was sent out to our home and he took a look at the unit and wasnt able to definitively figure out what was wrong, it couldve been a number of different things. Since the motor was still under warranty he chose to go that route first. Installed it the very next day, all the while giving me detailed knowledge of what happened, what to do if it happens again, how to manage a filter situation in a separate part of the house, etc.Additionally, he was lovely to our dogs who wouldnt stop kissing him and asking for love from him. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and speedy. He is a gem and deserves any and all praise he receives.

Install on new hot water heater went smoothly. Only issue I have is I had several preferred customer appreciation gift cards that I was told by management could be used but were not honored day of install. Hopefully that gets worked out as I’ve been using them exclusively for years for new HVAC installs and yearly maintenance. Hopefully just an internal miscommunication.

We use the commercial side of the company and they are fantastic. They have fixed issues in our buildings that others haven’t. The zone work Danny did was amazing and the response time is great.

Sean replaced the garbage disposal which was the reason for my appointment. While he was here, I asked what to do about a leaky faucet hose. He looked up my model number and told me to call Moen as they have a lifetime guarantee. I called and they are sending me a replacement hose for free! SO helpful!Then I asked him to take a look at a leaky powder room vanity set that no one would touch. He offered a great solution and spent an hour to make this defective set work. I appreciate his knowledge, effort, and time. I would hire M.E. Flow again!

The service technician came out to diagnose the problem and suggested a couple of alternatives. He offered to track down the parts i need as they are not readily available. He even offered to look at an additional issue while he was at my property. We haven’t done any work yet but i was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.

Without a doubt, this place has the best air conditioning of any place I have stayed. Ever!We lived in New Orleans for a while,, but had to move because our deodorant expense went through the roof.I thought M.E. Flow was the owner of this restaurant. He is really a Mr. Wolf. Wolf is Flow, spelled backwards. I chose outdoor seating. The portable Stadium Seats that hit you across the middle of the back are just awful.Our card table was brand new and the manager worked really hard to find something to fit under one leg, so it wouldnt tip so much and spill our drinks.After I convinced the waiter that we werent just trying to get free refills, they gave us a plate of fried pickles.Since we all ordered Blueberry Pancakes with Whipped Cream, the Fried Pickles were awful.But they were free so we convinced our six-year-old grand-daughter to eat them.She threw up in the Prius on the way home. At first we thought the smell was from the cars Catylitic Converter.Overall, we had a great time.

Repaired two toilets that we purchased 2 years ago from M.E Flow and just had to pay $239 in repairs. I find the TCO on the toilets they recommend and install to be completely unacceptable. I will not be buying anything else from M.E. Flow.

Travis did a terrific job installing our new kitchen faucet. We ordered the faucet we wanted and tried to install it ourselves but we soon realized it was way too difficult! It was great to know that M.E. Flow could do it very soon.

The worker was a bit rude in my opinion. He made a comment about me not telling him he would need a ladder. I told the person I made a reservation with over the phone that a ladder was needed. He wasn’t friendly but did make necessary repairs. Did not thank me which I thought was also rude.

I am giving them 3 stars - Tech came on site for scheduled heating maintenance which was done pretty quickly. After the tech left the heating unit would not turn off. Called ME Flow, and was told she would open a ticket. As the temp climbed up to 78 degrees, I tried turning it off from the panel no success. Called back to M E Flow and asked to speak to a manager (this didnt happen) to share what had occurred with the visit and to find out when the tech would be returning if at all. The individual who answered the phone, after placing me hold let me know the tech would return after he finished with the job he was working. He returned over an hour later, by that time the temp was over 80 degrees in the house. He had left a cable connected to the furnace that created the problem. Also the tech used the bathroom facilities (which the door was closed) without asking during a time of COVID, which means I had to stop work and clean the room. Disappointed

We had a tiny leak in a ceiling pipe. Jamie was sent to repair it. The pipe joint was replaced Very satisfied with the work.

We have ME Flow service 2 of our homes in Ashburn, twice a year each. We just had one done. The technician did not want to clean the electronic filters on the unit, at first. After showing him the manual, he reluctantly said he would. After he did this, he then informed us that the switch that cuts power to the unit is now broken, and needs to be replaced. He then proceeds to charge us $ 99.00, to replace a $ 2.00 item. Since my unit now did not work, I had no choice.

We have used the company M E Flow for over 20 years. John Canellas, Service Technician arrived at our home at the designated time, which was actually a little early, per my request. He completed the winter maintenance for the heat pump in a very efficient manner, he explained all the tasks performed. I recommend this company and John as the technician. Had a whole home water treatment, air scrubber and humidifier! Service by Scott, Dan and Danny on the install team. I needed the plumbing services of M.E. Flow to clear the clogged drains in the bathroom. Sean cleared the drains and gave me a heads up on a possible problem with the shower door. Once again...my favorite plumbing and HVAC company in Leesburg did a 5 star job!I’m amending my previous review of M.E. Flow in Leesburg because I had another service. Today we had our AC tune up completed by Jeffrey. He did a great job and never flinched at the alligator that is under our air conditioning unit! I recommend his services and give him 5 stars too! For the record — I also work for M.E. Flow and enjoy that too!We had two clogged drains in the master bathroom. M.E. Flow sent Allen who was able to clear them both. We were happy with the plumbing service and will use M.E. Flow in Leesburg again!

I needed a general inspection and diagnosis of a water leak in the utility room. An old meter left behind from the city was the culprit! Shawn did a great job and even followed the lines looking for any other leaks. Above and beyond!

Edit: Professor and friendly. I was panic due to my water won’t shut off !! They came out no later then 20min. Plumber was very helpful but I gave 3 stars because over priced. They charged me $342 for replacement of valve cartridges but I had no choice but fixed the problem due to emergency. 😣
