People ready is a great place for employment, i appreciate everything they have done for me in providing work, the ladies will help you the best they can. Gianna is great, I really enjoyed working for her. Thank you for everything
These ladies are always calling me with daily work and are understanding when I decline because I already have stuff going on. It seems like they really care about putting money in my pocket, but I do show up and do a good job when I commit. They do call me last minute for jobs sometimes, but its always because other people are calling off right before jobs start. I couldnt imagine having to deal with the amount of unreliable people they do.
I am grateful for People Ready and what they stand for, above and beyond integrity the ladies in the Lebanon,In. office are the best!!!! Thank You for everything
I had been waiting a few weeks for them to get full time warehouse/factory positions in Lebanon and honestly thought they had forgotten about me. Last week they called me out of the blue to let me know they finally got a bunch of openings for temp to hire in Lebanon!!!! its nice to know when they say they are taking notes and going to call the second something comes in that fits your needs they actually mean it. Thanks, ladies!!!!
The ladies they have at this location now are wonderful! Since getting a new branch manager I feel the communication and understanding of normal life issues has been great.
I transferred as a CDL school bus driver from Louisville to Indianapolis Public Schools because Kentucky had decided that the kids were not going back to school. I decided to work at People Ready because they have long term assignmenta and my experience in Louisville working for Aramark was absolutely great for a person who was laid off due to COVID19 since March 2020My 1st worst assignment was at Carrier working as a warehouse cleaner. The onsite supervisor Leonard harassed me and (3) other girls and was emotionally abusive and we reported it to people ready The onsite manager at Carrier. They did not allow us to take breaks and would ask us what we were doing.By day 3 I had tried to end my assignment and I was told that I would not be allowed to work at the Lebanon site. I should have ended it when Gianna discussed with me that there were always issues at this site and everybody hates the Leonard guy. We filed a grieveance and we were basically terminated at that point. The onsite manager---Mariah, whos mom is the boss, lied on 3 of us and said that were verbally abusive and rude to her and that we were taking breaks and being loud.#1 thing about black people, we overstand that there is a certain way to conduct ourselves around non-black people. We understand that our incomes and livelihoods can be taken away anytime if we offend anybody. We were not rude to her. We completed each task---mind you they had no staff and ww were forced to clean the entire warehouse by ourselves. The branch manager, Ashley at Lebannon was dismissive of these issue even after complaints. We were not rude and she was demeaning, forcing us to repeatedly clean bathrooms and certain areas over and over----and turning red during all interactions with us.Ashely, terminated all (3) of us without allowing explanations when my long term goal was to work at Centerline.Ashely at Lebanon was argumentative when she called me and told me why she was firing me and stated that she had video footage of me disrespecting Mariah(The onsite manager for Carrier)When in fact we stopped engaging with Mariah outside of what she needed to do.Mariah lied and said we were on break and we were not supposed to be. I was not on break and we were all in our assigned areas.Ashely, terminated my employment at People Ready and stated that she had the power to do so and that she had mad her mind up even though I had called them and tried to end my assignment.I explained to her that she just fired 5 people last week and maybe I just wasnt a good fit and she terminated me when she could have just banned me from the site.I think it was toxic and I should have just stayed in Louisville. While people may say its just People Ready people ready in Louisville helped me combat homelessness when COVID19 had just started and I wish I had never workes for the Lebannon office. They are rude and they with hold information pertaining jobs. It is easier to sit in an office than task yourself with work that nobody is willing to do to survive. I showed everyday on time for a job that paid $10 an hour and I cant imagine the people who woulf terminate you from a job every cleaning a toilet to make sure their families had a roof over there heads.I am hoping i can use my CDL at Centerline because Ashley was toxic and completely unecessary with terminating (3) people who were trying fight poverty during COVID and COVID job loss at a job site that people quit all the time EVERY single day.She was informed there were issues and we were ignored.I feel sorry for the girls because they have criminal backgrounds and I do not.
I scheduled 3 different jobs for a week, to be called each time I click Ill take it. To be told I cant work for a certain job because it includes too much paperwork. This would be the forth time Ive been called from the Lebanon office and told the job is not for me. If it on job stack app, and I click Ill take it, and it doesnt say anything else about why I specifically cant work then it is definitely a job for me. I believe because the manager at this office clearly likes to belittle people. And I am not the type to just be spoken to any type of way, since I spoke up for myself its clear they are discriminating against certain people, you have to be willing to be treated inhumane
Friendly staff that explained even the unpleasantries
To the people at this branch life is what you make it. If your unhappy at your job LEAVE. Don’t be rude hanging up on people because something in your life is going wrong it’s not our fault. You never know what people are going through in life, Why bring negative energy onto yourself ?
I was assigned to start a job a Lafayette, IN even though I live in Indy. I called off 2 hours before my shift starts due to my starter in my car went out. The Branch manager called me talking down towards me and rude and nasty. After I told him that I called the office and left the voicemail to let them know what happen to my car, the Branch manager tells me that I’m not allowed to work for People Ready ever again and I’m like “what in the hell”? I called the Complaint department and made a complaint towards the Branch manager. I recommend that no one works with this place. EVER!
Horrible people no respect talking down to you and annoy you till you are too frustrated to deal with them . Walked out after 1 min and guy insults me as I leave. NEVER USE THIS PLACE PEOPLE
Worst place to find work. Would be great to have Spartan staffing back
Out of all the People Ready offices in the Indianapolis area, this Lebanon office is defined the LAST one you want to work for. Especially on the weekends. Worked at an event on Saturday and was promised gas money for carpooling to Crawfordsville, IN. On this Monday morning I called because I barley had gas to get home that Saturday, the man tells me “I don’t know anything about that, that’s not how we do things.” This office is unconcerned with their employees pay. They don’t care because they’re sitting In their office getting paid.
Rude and dont care about their employees
I honestly don’t know how this branch is still open let alone how the boss is still running it talking to people the way he does, but when I have enough money I’m gonna buy this branch and run it the way it’s supposed to be run
Horribly incompetent staff
