First time going. What a wonderful experience. The young lady that did my nails is an artist. I have very little hands. she thought she had small handsThank you for fixing my nails and the correct shape too.

I’ve been coming to TJ Nails for approximately 15 yrs and everyone is so patient and absolutely AWESOME!!! The salon is always clean and professional and inviting. I have very sensitive nails and one nail is misshapen and they take their time so that I am comfortable. I can’t speak high enough about Anna, Ben and the entire staff here at TJ nails!!!

This was my first time going to TJ nails. The last place I went to totally messed my nails up. I do acrylic with gel polish. Anna got my nails looking perfect! And the polish job was absolutely amazing! I have found a new nail salon.

Been coming here for a few years now. This is the ONLY place I go! I bring the grand daughters here too. This whole team is friendly and fabulous. They are all patient with the little ones and can do pictures, which make Christmas nails a LOT of fun!! Had a nail break once (my fault) and it looked awful.I came in and Ben fixed it up and tried not to charge me. They are fair, honest and kind and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was there a few days ago at 9:30 when they first opened. They were verytvery nice and accommodating, but as I was looking around I noticed that the carpets didnt look like they had been vacuumed in months, the whole inside of the building was filthy. There were ants crawling all over the floor . I could go on and on, I also saw bottles of disinfectant but didnt see any sanitizing, they just put a towel down after each pedicure and did not clean out the spa bowl. I want to come back because they did great work I would just feel more comfortable if it alot cleaner inside.

My daughter and I went here for the 1st time last week. Staff is very friendly, and they done an amazing job on both our nails!! Will definitely be going back!!

I had the SNS nails done and within one week experienced chipping. When I returned to the salon they displayed exemplary service recovery management. My nails were completely redone and I was out the door in 35 minutes with no hassles.

Been going here for years! Love this place away do an amazing job.

I called ahead to see how far backup they were, I was told 20 minutes I said great thats how long it will take for me to get there. Big knowledge me when I came to the door if I was the person that called I said yes told me to take a seat in the chair. I waited 45 minutes they never even acknowledgd I wish there. I normally go there every 2 to 3 months. I dont think I will be going back any time soon. Fairy disappointed

Very nice nail salon. Detail oriented, they make sure everything is straight and even. Call ahead and let them know that you are coming to avoid waiting as a walk-in, while others who called ahead get to go before you. My SNS nails are still beautiful and strong after 2 1/2 weeks.

Asked for a full set with gel polish. All I got for 35.00 was my nails polished.when I asked about it she said my nails need to grow.pretty expensive polish job. Another lady came in and was complaining her nails had cracked after a week..I wont be going back.

My 16 year old daughter went by herself for the 1st time yesterday, $45... she gave the guy a $10 tip, he said to her.. this is all for me with an attitude... so felt obligated to give him more money and gave him another $10,.. she didnt know ... her $10 tip was more than enough.. very disappointed in any adult who would take advantage of a younger person like this.

First. I never write reviews. Ever.Second. I’m the pickiest person I know and my nails are no exception.I called the salon after having my nails done elsewhere and realizing that they were far too long for me to handle. They were also really thick. Too thick. The nails actually slanted upward off my own nail they were so thick. I spoke with Ben on the phone and we set up an appointment for the following day to address my concerns. I had never been to TJ Nails before. After speaking with Ben, I decided I wanted the nails just completely taken off and redone. Ben and Anna were so patient!! It took awhile to soak the nails off but they were so welcoming and easy to talk to I felt completely comfortable the entire time. We laughed. A lot. Not only are my nails shorter and much much thinner, they were able to the the SNS ombré that I wanted with purple and white that the other salon was not able to do!! I will be back over and over again!! Highly recommend!! Love them both!!

They check your temp, you must wear a mask and there is a health form you are required to fill out. Proper distancing and disenfecting, partitions.

Amazing experience! Qey is wonderful. Anna and Ben are amazing as well. Took a picture in and Qey and Anna totally rocked it. From now on they will be my only nail salon. I highly recommend!!

This place is always friendly, careful, and reasonably priced. They have a great staff. Just wish they could get better ventilation but that is probably determined by the building owner.

Very erratic job. You call for an appointment they say come right then and you come in and theyve taken other people. Its happened several times Ive tried to be patient. They do a good job but their non dependable. Very disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone because you dont know what youre gonna get.

Paid the same for an adult and child pedicure... the mini got more of a deal than I did with the massage and treatment.

I recently had my nails done (sns gel) and lee did an absolutely fabulous job! Its reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly and amazing! Ben did a pedicure for me and he did a wonderful job as well. If you want a reasonably priced NaiN salon with full services then look no further than t.j. nails. Im never disappointed coming here u Literally drive from Dayton Ohio just to get my nails done Anna I recently had a bad experience in Dayton Ohio because I couldnt make it to Lebanon to get my nails fixed and of course miss Anna fixed me right up got my nails back together I recommend this nail shop to anyone and everyone I know Im so serious ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Ive been going here for the last year and Ill continue on thanks guys keep it 👏

Equipment needs to be updated. Flies and dust are collecting in the corners. Not the best service. Prices are kind of reasonable though.

Ive gone here a few times and never had a problem until recently with a specific employee (the older man) I had gotten acrylics done and after only 3 days they began to chip and break apart so I called and complained, they said no problem come in and we will fix it, while on the phone I explained that I work and couldnt find in till the following week. Once I had gone in there I explained my situation showed them pictures of my nails and the man who had did my nails looked at the pics and said no I didnt do this I wasnt going to argue so I said ok, then he began taking pictures of the nails and he goes in the back room for a while and comes out with papers, he had found someone with my name who he had given a fill to (not Me) I said thats not my name I never got a fill, and In front of everyone he calls me out says Im lying so I tell him he can see my bank statement he rolls his eyes and got very rude, I was so mortified over this and if it werent for him I would continue to go there but its too uncomfortable at this point

I went Friday the 21st to get my nails done with a friend from work. They took us both back to start. The woman that started doing it stopped after glueing 2 nails on & the guy came over & said she doesnt know how to do it, youll have to wait for another girl. Okay. Today is the 28th & all of my nails are off. They did a horrible job and I will not be going back. I also wouldnt suggest them to anyone else.
