Where do I begin? The service was terrible. My nails have all come off the way the acrylic was placed made the nails bumpy. I asked for coffin shape and I would describe the shape as half coffin half almond it was a very weird shape. I halfway blame myself for attempting to get decent service in Lebanon. This salon offers extremely poor quality services and products because they know their customer base doesnt know any better. I surely do and in no way should you be able to take off all your nails after taking a hot shower

I have gone to Tip to Toe over the past nine years and have always had an excellent experience when getting my nails and pedicures done. The owners are dedicated, professional, courteous and flexible when scheduling appointments and when accommodating walk-in customers. The many choices in nail polish colors and colored nail tips are second to none! A+

When I got these done I thought they looked so nice I told her Id give a good review. I got gel and they didnt chip.I got spa pedicure with gel also a good experience.

The owners are very passionate about their work. I am beyond satisfied with my nails. The prices are well below what you would pay at any other nail salon, with the same quality (personally, I think better). I took my mom and two sisters with me to get nails done, and would recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I have always had a great experience here. I have went to other salons in town and this by far has been the BEST one and I will continue to go there. The lady is the absolute sweetest!!!

My nails look amazing, I got the mineral powder. Last time they did them, I kept it going for a year with no problem :) their work is awesome and I always get lots of compliments on my nails. Also the prices are amazing.

I moved here from Las Vegas and had a full set done on a Monday and thought that Van did a great job. She even pushed back my cuticles which most dont do unless asked to This is my new nail lady for sure! Im going back for a pedicure as soon as I can and will report again afterwards but I am confident in her ability.

Went here for a pedicure. It was good, very reasonably priced, but dont go there if you are in a hurry. They have a lot on clientele and walk-ins and only 2 of them working. It takes awhile.

Very friendly staff! Enjoyed their pedicure chairs are amazing! A very large selection of a variety colored nail polish.

Horrible customer service! Wife went in to get a pedicure and had her legs slapped for about 30 seconds. While she was getting this ridiculous pedicure, they proceeded to do her finger nails as she is sitting in the pedicure chair!? Supposed to be a relaxing time and felt extremely rushed and very unpleasant. Also, they kept urging my wife to pick out a nail color for her finger nails and she picked it out and put it on a small table next to pedicure chair. While she was sitting in the pedicure chair, the vibration of the chair caused the nail polish to fall onto the floor and crack. Man from salon gets ups and starts cleaning the spill. My wife offered to help and he angrily said sit down. He then takes paper towel and throws it as hard as he can in the waste basket. My wife was so upset with this place. She was calling me and explaining how awful this place was. I told her to leave but she was with her mother in law and did not want to cause a scene in this store. There has got to be more choices in Lebanon, MO. Do not go here!

Got the pink n white tips shellac with snowflakes. I had broken one of my natural fingernails and she fixed it to match the length of the rest. This was about 3 weeks ago and they still look great!

Always Nice& Remembers who you are, if nails chip they fix for free. Good Conversations, kind people.

Horrible customer service!!!! My acrylic nail came off the same night i got it done and when i came back the next day to fix it she took the same nail and just glued it back on!!!! Also i asked to get my toenail polish fixed and they made me do it myself! I do NOT recommend this nail salon. J & nails is 100% better!

Horrible experience very rude individuals not skilled at all I would advise you to run for the hills . Dont waist your time patience energy nor money . This lady has a problem with being kind and doing her job . I left in tears because she was so rude illogical disrespectful and unprofessional . Even after asking for her to make my nails square short and small she lied and said she would shape them only to leave them.long and fat after insulting me and saying she shouldnt have takene as a customer who waited for 40 mins because her son was in town and she was tired so unprofessional nails broke off after 1 week gel polish is cheap it chipped and discoloration occurred . I dont recommend this facility at all youd have better luck letting a 2 year old do your nails . Pics to show rude people and horrible establishment save yourself ladies 😓

Went there on my only day off because its the only thing my wife wants for Christmas, and because their Google listing says they are open on Sunday. They are not

Just got my nails(acrylic) done Monday and here it is Friday and two of my nails have already came off and the other nails are cracked everywhere. They look awful for only having them for 4 days. I think Ill continue to use J & nails.
