Dont go here. They refuse to fix their mistakes the right way.A crooked nail turned into over laying of another nail on top and acrylic... Im left now with a nail thats flat on one side and way ticker than my other names. They were very rude to me when I pointed out my nail was crooked. They went on to blame me and kept trying to file it instead of removing the crooked nail and replacing it with a new nail. Also they didnt use a drill before applying the nail so my cuticles are long and ill need a fill in and less than a week.

I had a wonderful experience here with my friend today! Ended up leaving with nails, a pedicure, and a brow wax. I was very pleased with everything and the nails are absolutely beautiful. I also found the pricing reasonable as it was only $125 before tip for everything I mentioned above.

I rarely write reviews unless the service is truly extraordinary. I can in for a manicure/ pedicure combo for myself and my 4 year old. I was a walk in with no appointment. When I arrived, all of the artists were busy with other clients and they actually had an on call employee who they called in to accommodate me. She arrived within minutes and rather than being ill tempered about her day being disrupted she was absolutely 100 percent pleasant and professional and she went to great lengths to accommodate myself and my daughter. Not only was the service I received that day, the best Ive ever received in the industry, but to top it off, they proved themselves 100% honest.My daughter left her apple iPad at the salon. For a week solid I looked for it at my home, and work and was beginning to give up on the concept of finding it. Then I received a call from the salon and the lengths they went to to figure out whose it was and to reach me absolutely blew my mind! It is not difficult to understand why this establishment has been open for business as many years as they have! Thank you for blessing our community!!!

I love my nails. They turned out really pretty. The thing that I didn’t like about this salon is that the man was wayyyy to rough. When he was filing my nails, he cut the corner on 5 of my fingers. He used the drill on my skin above my nail and it bled for 30 minutes. Even though my nails are pretty, I don’t know if it was worth the pain of getting them.

The pedicure portion went great. They were busy and i was a walk in so me waiting wasnt the issue at all and they were doing good on that. But when it comes to my manicure i was absolutely disappointed. The person doing my nails caused 3 of my fingers to bleed bc they were rushing. And they didnt shape my nails at all. The picture I showed them is nothing like the nails i got. None are cut even or look alike. Im really upset over this because its for a wedding that im in. And where i work all the time yesterday was thr only day i could get them done. I wont be coming back. They need to focus on the quality they produ e instead of the quality of people they serve.

Never been here before but decided to stop in and treat myself for a pedi while my tires were being repaired. The pedicure exceeded my expectations or experiences elsewhere, very involved in the massage/scrub portion which was amazing after an 8 hour shift.

3rd time is the charm? Not at this place. I just moved here, so Ive been checking out salons in my area. My first visit went well, so I tried a second. The person who had done my nails before was busy so I was referred to someone else. The design I asked for was unevenly drawn from each hand, and was very noticeable. I asked to have it redone. Still uneven, but better. My third trip? The person I asked for, the one I had seen on my first visit was free, so I asked for her. She seemed irritated and tried to pawn me off to another worker. I should have trusted my gut and just left... but she agreed to the work, big mistake. I have acrylic nails, and she put it on so thick that they feel literally heavy. There was little to no filing and they were left rough and pitted. I was fuming, and knew that asking to have her fix this botch job would have been futile, it was quite obvious while she was working on my nails that she had no intention or interest in doing a professional job. Also, I was charged a higher price than before. I will not be back. There are too many choices nearby.

We had an appointment for 6pm today. We showed up at 5:45. We were not noticed until about 6:45. They then took my mom to start her pedicure. She sat in that cold water for 2 hours until anyone even came over to tend to her. While sitting in the waiting area, I watched a roach come from under a chair, then crawl up the pedicure seat and a second later on. This is disgusting. I understand you can get roaches from stores around you, but theres way too much pepper roach poop for this to be a new or rare occurrence. We did not end up leaving until 9:15. We spent 3 and a half hours here. The lady was rushing and as a result, it was quite painful. I do not recommend. I will post pictures of the roaches.

First time here today. Went for a pedicure. Normally when nail salons are busy, they rush through the massage part. They did not! She took her time and my feet look/feel great!Regarding Dotty review below, I was in the salon during this. There were people doing nails, and people doing pedicures. The pedicures did get taken back because there was open chairs, there were not any open nail techs. Her storming out was completely unwarranted.

Just moved to area. Looking for a place to call my permanent nail place.Simply put. Was told they do not take appointments. Needed simple manicure. Walked in - told them what I needed. 3 people needing pedicures and 1 needing manicure got taken before me. My fault that I sat there for 40 minutes thinking there was a logical reason. The good news is that there are enough nail places in Lebanon to give my continued regular business.

Tia, June and Bay are always wonderful! They treat me like family when I walk in and are always happy and kind. They do a great job with my nails too! If you are looking for a good pedicure with a good massage, this is the place! They have three different options for a pedicure. The deluxe is the ultimate pampering! It was perfect when I was pregnant and needed a little me time and some relief from sore, swollen legs and feet!

I had a great manicure and pedicure here. They were all very friendly and the young lady who did my nails was amazing. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and the way I wanted it. Not even a tiny complaint about this place or the staff!

June was the best part of my day..she was kind, very patient with me.. I had been doing things all day to get ready for a road trip. I enjoyed meeting her and talking with her. I would go back again and again..

Just dont. Was not a great experience at all. They dont speak English fully and will start speaking in another language while doing your nails. I hate this. It doesnt make your customers feel welcomed or valued. Not only did they not speak English the whole time my nail broke within a week of me getting them.

I wasn’t going to write a review but each day I look at my nails I get more upset that I spent so much money and my nails have never looked so horrible in my life! I want to get them redone but I already spent so much to do them. They look nothing like the photo I showed her they are all different sizes and the tips are put on crooked and they are so thick they don’t even look natural. When you spend $120 to get a pedicure and manicure and tip you should leave happy not be so upset you wish you could get your money back. Just save your money or go to another salon.

I have been to Expo Nails several times and it seems like they do worse every single time. The man has never failed to make me bleed. He seemed to get aggravated with me because i asked him to make my nails a little shorter. He made them shorter and was very rough the rest of the time and he made two fingers bleed. I left with two crooked fingers and a few uneven nails. My friend who has a broken arm, was with me and he was not gentle at all with her, he jerked her arm several times and then made her bleed, and said that the drill pulled up a hang nail, which she didn’t even have. It is safe to say we will NOT be back for nails. The woman does do my eyebrows and she has always done really good, i am pleased with that. But as far as nails, no thanks!

My husband treated me to hair and nails recently. It was the first time EVER getting my nails done professionally. Although I didnt know what to expect I did not expect for my finger to get burned in the machine. Nor to have one nail start pulling up that night and one to be crooked. I asked for short and wound up with almost a half inch beyond my nails . I think I would have been better with the press ons I have always used . It was a older male that did them and it seemed he was deciding what I wanted not me. Im going somewhere else to get them removed.

I started going here because they were fast but I soon learned why. Three times, within a week, after getting my nails done, one or two would literally fall off within a week. I get acrylic nails. The last time they wanted to charge me to fix them and acted like it was my fault. They were hateful and unprofessional. I will never go back there again. Many of my friends have said the same thing. Its a very unsanitary place too.

I was not impressed at all! After being told that there was a 15 minute wait, I ended up waiting a little over an hour. Once he started working on my nails, he made me bleed on 3 of my cuticles and then took a small chink of my skin off the tip of my pinky! I had to ask for alcohol to put on it because it certainly wasnt offered. At this point I just wanted to leave but half of my nails were done and half were not. I asked for matte finish and most of the nail is matte but still glossy around the edges. Underneath my nails are rough with a build up of acrylic where it wasnt filed down. I am still peeling the extra acrylic from under my nails and off of my skin. I noticed all of this while I was there but after bleeding in 4 different spots I was reluctant to say anything. I will not return and will discourage anyone else from going as well. Not worth the $50! I wouldnt have been happy with this service of it was $10.

BEWARE!!!!!!They are the rudest Ive ever had to deal with at a salon. They only want your money. I have tried twice now to get gel on my nails without a manicure bc the manicure is $10 more for them to rub lotion on your hands (unnecessary). They get so mad that you dont want to pay the extra money for nothing that they will treat you as a less valued customer because youre not spending as much as the next person. Im sorry but $35 for JUST GEL ON MY NATURAL NAIL, should be plenty! Im not paying $45 to get gel and my hands rubbed in lotion! Then I tried to get my nails painted because I just got a pedicure with my mom about a week prior, so I just wanted a polish change. They were so rough and acted like they just couldnt get done with me fast enough. They didnt even get all of the red polish off the sides of my toes and it was 100% visible and they just tried to cover it up! I had to go BACK inside and have it fixed and they made me wait in line again!!! They do not care about their customers unless youre spending $100+. They were my favorite years and years ago but its sad now to go back and be so mistreated. Please go somewhere else. Anywhere is better than here!!!

Went Friday to get a pedicure and French tips. The pedicure was amazing but by Friday night my nails have already started to separate! They look horrible! They didn’t even cut the cuticles that were hanging off my skin!

I have gone here for over a year and I get tips w gel and mine often last 5-6 weeks with no problems. I get hand drawn designs every time and always get compliments.

It is awful I had an appointment at 5 I walked in there it was so busy she sat me down and said I will do your nails in a second well she didnt I got there right at 5 and did not get my nails done till 7:30 she said she knows evry customer so she has to do them first then us my nails are killing me they are awful looking so I am suing them

This nail salon is horrible. I will never go there again. My sister and I went to get her nails done. Plain white with a simple design on the ring fingers. Both stylists were horrible. Neither of them really j new what they were doing. They did it but it looks horrible. Theres lines that shouldnt be in there. It was just an overall horrible experience. They were rude. Just bad.

The polish came off my toes before I even got home, and I sat for 20 minutes waiting for a friend. The man was rude and was very rough on my friends feet. She had to ask him several times to soften his scrubbing and filing. They charged my friend too much for a simple gel polish manicure. It is in a dirty walmart plaza, with homeless people walking around leering at you. I was near there on business or I never would have gone there and will not return.

Had a fill done there 10 days ago, my nails where really thick and totally uneven. Sadely to sad Ill glad there all coming off because theyre horrible. I wouldnt go there again.

The man who did my nails was very sweet, but he did a TERRIBLE job!! He made multiple of my fingers bleed, he burned me with his drill, and (I got acrylics) some of the nails were crooked!! And he did a terrible job painting my nails. I had to repaint them, and multiple people INCLUDING MY DAD told me they looked horrible so I had to soak them off. And chucks of the acrylic stayed behind!! Overall just a terrible experience and a waste of money. And now my cuticles are all pulled back and torn up.

Girl insisted I do the $40 spa pedi, wouldnt take no for an answer. She cut my heel with the sanding block, it is trying to get infected. Would post a pic if I could. Stay clear of this place.

I also didnt want to even get one star for this place my daughter-in-law and I went in on 25 January and she paid to have my nails done the man that was in the front the did my fingers when I left I couldnt understand why my cuticles hurt so bad and now Im dealing with infected cuticles burnt all around never had this problem before of course I never went there before either and I wont be back I paid over all $50 for my feet to be done they look horrible and then $40 for the tip for my fingers just for them to be infected and bleeding and hurting we wont be back

This place was so bad it was dirty the staff was bad the nails were supposed to be French tip but they are halfway down my nail and its super jagged 🤢

I did not enjoy my experience there at all i havent had my nails a week and they are already coming off the guy drilled too far into my cuticles and nail beds
