Professional and personal service, everyone that works there is extremely friendly, and their services are a very high standard. I’ve been coming to this place for almost a year for manicure, never had any issues with chipping and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Beautiful decor, exceptionally clean and very reasonable prices.

The nail tech I had (I believe her name was Hennessy) was absolutely awesome! She did exactly what I wanted and was very easy to talk to! Will definitely be going back to her!

I had an appt but watched people walk in & get a chair while I waited almost 45 mins. There were several girls working but half were just sitting around on their phones. Finally got to my pedicure & massage chair didnt work. Then when I went to get my full set on, they put me literally on top of this lady next to me. Even tho there were plenty of open seats. Whole experience was uncomfortable and work was subpar

They do good work and are nice, but prices are high and come to find out after looking through these reviews I was charged $10 over powder dip prices! Could of spent a few more dollars elsewhere and got the same work and pedicure.

Great service. I made an appointment at 530 and they let me come in earlier. The pedicure was A+ not only did they take a picture I showed them and make it look great, they also destroyed my ingrown nails and it was beautiful. Cant wait to come again.

They have a wide selection of polish colors. They exceeded my expectations. I am very particular with the shape and thickness and they delivered perfectly. Massage was great too, my tech applied the right amount of pressure on my feet and arms, feel so amazing and relaxing. Highly recommend, you will not disappoint.

I got my nails done for prom and they came out so good! First time getting acrylics and they were perfect!

I have been going to the same nail tech for years. Today I decided to try Klasaiq out bc I was tired of it taking over two hours to get my nails dipped at the other place and being worked in between other services and customers. BEE was AMAZING! she knew how to properly trim my out of control cuticles, dipped my nails with tips, and was super sweet with conversation! I was also in and out in an hour! I am super happy and will be back for the beautiful Queen Bee to do them again! 🐝🐝💅💅💅

THE BEST nail place Ive been to yet. They have so many options and its super affordable. I got the ombre powder on acrylic and a regular pedicure. Would recommend to anyone wanting a mani/pedi or just some really comfortable massage chairs!

Interesting that the photos of their job performance is absolutely stunning but my nails are NOTHING like the beautiful nails in the pictures . I was going to give this place another try because my very first visit was terrible . I have decided to not give this place a second chance because of the fact I didn’t have to give the lady who did an awful job on my nails a tip but I did anyways . I wish I never even gave her a dime after she looked at me crazy, snatched the tip and never said thank you . I have never had a nail tech follow me to pick out a polish and just because I found one I liked she assumed I was done and told me to “come on” little did she know I wanted more than one color but that’s okay . What isn’t okay is the fact that she complained that I got regular glitter polish instead of gel polish . My nails were uneven, crooked, too thick, and not painted correctly . She missed the sides of my nails and I said something and she mumbled under her breath about it ? If the employees here don’t want to do their job or pertain to “certain” customers then they don’t need to be there at all . Me and my mother will never come back here again . Based off your pictures the job could have been better and more professional . The lady could have been appreciative that I still tipped her even though She did a ridiculous job on my nails and had a bad attitude.

Other than having to wait 20 mins after my appointment time and one of my nails has chipped after not even one day of having them filled in with gel polish,I had a good experience.

I went to the nail salon to get my nails done. It was a good experience but a couple days later my nail polish started getting wonky and the colors started changing I would recommend because they do your nails quickly but for my experience my nails were not good.

Chairs broken for pedicures, worn down looking, dusty, and polish looked awful.

Hands down best acrylic nail set Ive had in a long time! No lifting. Polish always looks great and stays for a full 2 weeks, and then some. Will definitely continue to come here for fills! Oh and did I mention the pedicure? Excellent job time after time. Im extremely satisfied with this salon!!!

I absolutely love this nail salon. I have been coming here for a year and a half. They are always quick but very precise. I love the dip powder and prefer zi and David. Largest selection of dip powder I have ever seen.

Visited with my daughter. Wanted to give it a try, after seeing pretty decent reviews. Well, tech seemed as if she didnt want to touch my feet. Asked others if they wanted a drink, passed me and my daughter up. Didnt thank me or say your done, just started on someone else. Just sit there till your dry is all I got. I had to ask for my nails to be cleaned around the edges and if they were dry. Nails are nice, customer service is not. My money was not appreciated I get it.

I go every 3 weeks to have my nails done. The staff are always so kind and attentive to what I need. I have been to other nail salons, and none of those salons are as good as Klassiq.

Mai is very sweet and does the best pedicure Ive ever had. I always order the second level pedicure and it is an hour of pure bliss. When Mai is performing your service you know you are definitely getting your moneys worth. She takes her time and make sure that you have a 100% awesome experience. The shop is attractive and appears to be clean. I would rather that they not play the music quite so loud but I know this probably is appealing to the younger folks who visit this business. Its not blasting but just a bit too loud for my taste.

I have been here three times now for pedicures. The shop is very clean and the staff is friendly. Ive not had the same person twice and they have all done a great job. But the lady that did my pedicure today was extra good and and gave me the best massage ever. I wish I could tell you her name 😀

I have tried countless nail salons in lebanon. Not one of them ever lived up to my expectations after visiting Klassiq. I wont go anywhere else because they are the best. You get the best pedicure for your money & my nails last longer when I go to them than they do when I go anywhere else.

Kristy did my ombré full set and it was extremely beautiful when she finished. I absolutely love the shape and how the colors look. Then LA did my nails, and let me tell y’all, I almost fell asleep!! It was so relaxing and it turned out so good! I definitely recommend this nail salon!

I will recommend klassiq nail bar anytime, they are the BEST!! They aim for perfection && take their time with everything that they do. They offer complimentary wine, chocolates, and many more perks, but most of all their skill level is perfect. They have definitely gained my support.

Ive been here three times and have had similar experiences. The last two times Ive had an appointment, which doesnt seem to mean anything. I dont understand why you offer the option of making an appointment if you just get placed in line with everyone else waiting. I usually get a basic mani and pedi, nothing fancy. I feel that the quality could be a little bit better. The last calf massage I received was actually painful.

Great nail tech but the guy has a very bad attitude, I will definitely not come back .

We had an appointment and still didn’t get seen until an hour later. They even let people go in front of us that weren’t even there as long. After they finally started doing our nails, the woman rushed and was very inconsiderate of causing pain. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Made an appointment, waited 40 minutes and they took a random walk in back first. Unprofessional!!! Had their kids in there as well.... Mysa nails!
