Professional, clean and they are very friendly. I got acrylic nails and gel polish done and I am very happy. I also got a pedicure and its perfect. Highly recommended to get your nails done. I will go back for sure.

First, let me say that the tech was very friendly. Unfortunately, thats about all the praise I can give. Third salon Ive been to in Lebanon. Thought it was going to be great, because a coworker referred me there. I was wrong. The tech was a seemed to be trying to scrub my skin off my feet and hands with a very coarse file while trying to get the previous gel pedi off my feet and prepping my unpolished hands for a fresh mani. My big toenails arent naturally symmetrical, so no big deal. BUT, my left toenail now looks like a sliver when compared to my right. She did the least amount of cuticle trimming possible, even after asking for additional trimming twice. My left ring finger is filed so crooked, it looks like I did it myself. No soaking of my hands at all. Again, the least amount of cuticle trimming on my hands, as well. Looks like I painted my nails myself, too. Hands down (pun intended) one of the top three worst mani/pedis Ive ever had. Good thing it only cost me 75 of my favorite dollars, including $10 tip, for both.

I got my eyebrows done at this place and the job was great but the wait not so much . I waited at least 30 minutes just for someone to ask me what I needed and it was someone who had just came in for their shift ! There were customers who came in AFTER me and got serviced the moment they walked through the door . The nail techs were actually busy, but there was one very tall blonde haired lady that had just finished someone’s nails and she kept looking at me but never asked me what I needed or anything and she was the person who acknowledged everyone who came in after me . I will give this place ONE more try because i liked how my eyebrows turned out but If I experience that again or worse I won’t be back.

The prices are great best Ive heard of. They did an amazing job on my nails & toes they did my feet just the way i wanted them too pamper wise. Im never going anywhere else to get them done other than here!!! Also i didnt have anything picked out or in mind before i got their & they were very helpfull. On a walker, l hobbled in. Facing a possible surgery, l came in to have my nails done. Most important was my toenails (unable to bend over). I was greeted at door, everyone was kind and, considerate. The best experience was the pedicure. This was my 4th visit, and l intend to visit on a regular basis.

Very nice and did a great job. Went with my two young daughters (3 and 8) for pedicures and paint and they treated my girls like princesses :) will definitely come back.

I am traveling on business and found this place off google search, after being very rudely turned away from another place down the street because they were close to closing. When I walked into Hollys I was greeted warmly and even offered a fresh bottle of water. I wanted a REAL gel manicure (not the gel polish painted over acrylic) and they knew exactly what I meant. My nails are beautiful and the lady even thanked me for allowing her to do them. I would gladly pay double the $45 I paid for the service alone, not to mention the gorgeous manicure. I refuse to go anywhere else when I am in town!

Stopped in for a pedicure more than an hour and 30 minutes before closing time. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Asked for a pedicure. No one mentioned an unusual wait. 45 minutes later, I was told, rudely, that there was no time for me to get a pedicure. If that were the case, someone should have told me that before I sat there half the evening. Never giving a cent to this place.

I have been going here for years...just to tell you how much I love them, I now live in Murfreesboro have been for over 12yrs now & I will still drive to Lebanon to get my feet & eyebrows done.

I love Hollys. The technicians there are always super nice. The female technician does really well with eye brows. Their prices are fair. They are efficient. I would totally recommend.

Went for a full-set which was $25.00. The customer service was good and everyone was nice and the salon was clean. Lots of colors to choose from. However, my nails looked TERRIBLE. I only paid because the nail tech was nice. Almost every finger on both hands was cut from careless drilling, thick acrylic was hanging way over my cuticles so thick that when it started to wash and peel off my skin came off with it! I experienced lifting and chipping THE VERY NEXT DAY! it has only been 2 weeks and it looks like its been 2 months. Im absolutely disgusted and I will never go back or recommend anyone go here especially if you have a certain look in mind..

Tan did a great job. New to town and being friendly I joked with his daughter just in jest asking her age and teasing her about martial status and friends.The next day I returned for a repair and he publicly confronted me stating I WAS inappropriate and arguing about my ignorance of Asian culture. I am from CA and a retired university professor and understand Asian culture quite well. Owner rude and controlling and misgynist I will NOT be treated so utterly respected!!! Too many nail salons in town. BBB will hear from me. I tipped well and enjoyed meeting locals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I got a pedicure from the gentleman. Eent in the salon and came out refreshed. Happy feet! I will be returning.

I have been to multiple nails salons, i dont make much money, therefore the one thing i do for myself is get my nails done. When she was doing my SNS nails the slit my middle finger open to the point of bleeding and continued filling and hurting it. Then as she proceeded she was going to fast that she ripped the SNS from my skin and ripped my skin of on the thumb. So, i would never go there. It was the worst experience i have had in over 3 years...

Very unprofessional.. I entered and stood on the front waiting to be greeted or even asked to be helped for 5 mins. Nothing.. Well I am a well paid black woman with green money, I spent my money elsewhere. Never to return. Their Customer service needs a lot of work. I suggest anywhere else but Hollys Nails.
