I absolutely love going to The Lowes, Lebanon,PA. Location!! The sales and floor working Staff members have Always been Amazingly Helpful !!! They are always well stocked and more than willing to help you place an order for something special that they dont normally keep in the store. The customer service here is terrible. I asked one of the blue haired female employees if she could help me find a certain light fixture. She texted on her phone then just walked away without saying anything.There’s also some crotchety old man who likes to profile customers and follow them around like they’re going to steal something or mess something up.

I bought a Wen generator through lowrs. It did not run properly. I could not return it to lowesbecause it was opened. Ridiculous policy! How would I know if it worked if I did not open. I will never buy anything from Lowrs again!

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable on products. However we found that NOW some companies are NOT accepting Veteran discount which really is a disappointment for us Veterans. We found the same problem with Home Depot as well.

For home improvements....This is my #1 place!!!! One of my projects turned out stunning and didnt spend a lot. The addition of a full bathroom in the master bedroom.

We were at your store today.While we were looking for bird food one of your employees Wilson, asked if we needed help, he showed us the bird food he thought we would need and when he saw we didnt have a cart he went and got one for us. They never answer the phone or either they put you on hold until the phone goes busy. Very bad customer service from the store overall. They been sending me my check for a little over a month now and I still havent received it. They need to do better for their employees.

I placed an order to picked up at a later date when I went to pick it up I was basically told I was lying because the cashier at checkout marked the order as carried out by the customer instead of pick up had to wait at least an hour for manager and then another three hours untill my order was pulled and ready to be loaded

Picked up an online purchase at customer service, had it waiting for me. Got a few more things to get ready for the garden. Good to see a bunch of people out today.

Never had.a problem with the staff of my experience with Lowes in the over 20 years I have used this store. With the pandemic they have tried to do the best they can with what they have been given. I have continued to use this store heavily over the last year and they have been very attentive to my needs. My husband has his own business and likes their Pro Team. Only problem I had was not being able to get a refridgerator quickly. This is a time of severe shortages in this area and the same with the lumber side of things. The managers are friendly anddetermined to help no matter what the issue.

Seriously what happened??? For 3 weeks no one answers the phone unless it when they first open. They ask 20 questions before they will give you a manager. We bought a dryer from them on memorial day, got it delivered via a third party now, they rushed it never brought the cord we bought and never installed it properly. The back leg needed fixed it wobbles everytime it runs. I called the store several times most calls were about 20 minutes due to Noone answering. Then they sent person here on the wrong day when I was at work, and had to call back and it was rescheduled for today ( 6/22). Never got a confirmation or anything, called the store this morning same bs to reach someone, they took my info to call me back couldnt get a manager to talk to me on the phone. Now at 3pm I call the store again, when I finally get someone they said I have to call the third party, I waited all day they said it was confirmed. Pathetic.

Getting tired of going in to find everything is moved around, and lots of things I normally bought are out of stock or no longer carried. Hard to find some things, and stocking locations are not always logical. I get the whole supply chain disruption after Covid, but some of this is ridiculous.

Online it stated that they had items and when I got there, they werent. Other than that, they were ok.

We had great CSA who knew what they were talking about. Lori is #1 in knowledge about cabinets and countertops. Not only product knowledge, but also installation and valuable suggestions. Tom was also a great help, too!!

I find Rob has a variety of items ranging in quality but ever so peculiar why he expanded from his career in acting into the Home Improvement market!? Have you Ever noticed that often this franchise is closely located in proximity of a Wal-Mart?

Everything is fairly easy to find and if the need arises I just use the Lowes app and it shows you where everything is located. It saves time from having to track employees down that would probably LG just have to look the item up themselves.

Its really nice when you can find someone to assist you when you cant find what your looking for. I think the prices are better than other stores like it around here.

Today my wife and I are a bit disappointed with service. We buy everything from lowes. We went in the Lebanon store to pick up some flowers. As I stood in a long line, my wife went up to the service desk to pay our card bill. There was not a person in that line however my wife was directed to pay this at a registe up front. So we both stood in a long line for a bit. We have paid it at the service desk before in the past. We just dont get it.

I shop here about every day as a contractor. Probably spend $75k a year here. I know most of the employees by name. They a great and treat me like family. Great place to buy anything for your home or other construction project. I pass Home Depot to go here every time.

Lowes in Lebanon has amazing customer service. I would recommend everyone trying them out. I purchased a few items from them yesterday and had the pleasure of working with Richard. He helped us find everything we needed, and provided excellent customer service!

Do not use Lowes for custom installations of anything. Decided to give them a try after a couple custom kitchen installations, thinking it could be a little quicker and lower cost due to large volumes of projects they do. I learned the hard way that you are so much better off hiring a company that know what they are doing, plus the price is no different. Apparently you are supposed to get a Lowes customer coordinator to plan everything out, schedule your dates and generally keep you informed of the progess of the project. Well, never heard from anyone, and after 4 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails, I basically started coordinating myself. They also told me the cabinets I wanted would not fit because the space was 3 short. After the cabinets were installed there was 4 on either side of the window remaining. Now they told me they can order the ones I wanted but it will take another 4 weeks. The installer canceled 3 scheduled appointments which i took off work for. The countertop that was ordered was designed to not have legs to allow a handicap person to wheel around easier. Out of the blue the counter top installer ask about the support Designed? Well it was designed that way and everything was paid for upfront, but now I got a phone call from Lowes and they gave me the dimensions of the L brackets I am supposed to make for this!!! Lol. I think Im on a TV show? So note also,, you should be a certified engineer to order cabinets from Lowes! Tip of the iceberg...Nobody seems to really care?They just work there and they will deal with you on a need to basis, but the sooner you stop calling to receive what you thought you deserved, the sooner they can go on break. Designed and ordered in January 2021and still waiting end of April for the cabinets to be corrected. Guess I will go out in the shed now and get to work on the anvil, making those brackets I need!!

If this store wasnt close I would not go in it. I am disappointed everytime I go. Parking spaces too small for a truck, selection is poor, help non-existent, and checkout today was just slow.

Affordable and all that but they rarely have what Im looking for and the customer service is at the floor.

Overall, I really like Lowe’s. However, I will never order appliances from them again. Typical big box store. Once they have your money forget about any customer service. I waited two months for a refrigerator. It never showed up. I canceled the order and went to a local appliance store and got the same refrigerator in 4 days. I still shop at Lowe’s because I love their selection and it’s convenient to my house. Just don’t buy appliances from them.

Well stocked in almost all departments. If a item isnt in stock a staff person can order it and it will be delivered to you. The staff is very helpful and will go out of the way to assist you. Great store to shop in. Prices are reasonable too.

I went to find some carriage bolts, and all I was finding were much larger ones they what I needed. I asked 2 employees and both guys had no clue and acted as if they had other things to do and my question wasnt important. On the other side of things, the girl on the register was so nice and friendly. She definitely turned the whole experience around.

Found the window blinds we wanted, good selection at the right price.

Placed an order on February 7th with a delivery and pickup at store on the 15th, well that didnt happen and have been given no clue as to a when Ill see it.

Have made several trips to multiple Lowes.. usually shop at one but as my fiance and I were searching for a new bathroom vanity. The store ran out so the person assisting us contacted this store and found out they had what we were looking for.. got there right before closing.. worker helped me load it into my vehicle at the end of business.

We were there this evening to get prices for tools for my son for college. Anthony was EXTREMELY helpful! He went out of his way to help us compare different options and sets. Even opening packages for us to verify details that werent on the labels.

Ive never had such bad customer service in my life. My wife and I ordered a refrigerator seven weeks ago. Over the last seven weeks, Lowes has scheduled delivery twice; when they didnt show, my wife called and asked what was going on, only to be told that it was on back order. No apology for wasting her time. They have then called and pushed back thre expected arrival date three more times. This afternoon, they called and said it wouldnt be available until August. So we went to the store to talk to a manger and find it what was going on. I had to ask three different people three different times before an assistant manager finally appeared. He gave neither explanation nor apology for the runaround weve been getting. He led us to the customer service desk to issue a refund. It then took the assistant manager, the head cashier, and a service desk employee TWENTY MINUTES (and another trip back to Appliances by the assistant manager, my wife, and me to see the floor display model) to look up the order they had called us about less than an hour before. At no time did the assistant manager attempt to make it right in any way. It was clear that he and the rest of the employees were only invested in getting the refund done as quickly as possible to get rid of us. Well, they succeeded. I spend between eight and ten thousand dollars a year at Lowes between items for my home and items for my business, but I will never set foot in a Lowes store again after today. Ill drive all the way across town to Home Depot from now on.Oh, and that floor model? Its still on the floor. So someone could walk in this afternoon, order one, and get jerked around the same way we were for the last seven weeks. Save yourself a headache and take my advice: buy your appliances from Martins and your hardware from Home Depot

Im renovating an old house and Ive been coming to this Lowes for the past five years at least twice a week. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the place is slightly bigger than other locations Ive been to so they have a better selection of stuff in pretty much every department.

Best chain hardware stove I’ve been to. I prefer Lowe’s to Home Depot and this location is my favorite. I come up here to get lumber occasionally and it’s always easy to find someone happy to help cut up plywood for me. Just a nice store overall.

Today, Memorial Day, we visited the Lebanon Lowes. Last minute decided to purchase a lawn tractor and met up with MELISSA, an associate. She spent so much time talking to us and helping us with this transaction. She was the best. Melissa had a very positive and a great attitude. Big shout out to the guys Bruce and Jim in the lumber yard at Lebanon, Pa for helping me load a lot of lumber into my van today. Another associate said he could not help me load things in my van and I had to do it myself, so I started loading when these two gentleman saw me and came to help. Had to make two trips and they helped both times!

The only issue I have ever had was something listed in inventory wasnt actually at the store. Otherwise the staff is always helpful and courteous.

Bought mums...all died within a week.Bought paint..made 3 trips because the paint expert said the paint couldnt be matched from a painted object. My husband returned home to get the can. He questioned the match because it didnt look right but he was told it would dry lighter. it didnt. Back to the store. Paint expert blamed the machine and told us to exchange it for a better match. I asked for assistance and she said shes not an interior designer. Since there was no help available, we decided to return the paint. The expert said Customer Service will probably exchange it. I requested manager, Jeremy, whose photo is up front. I was told he was not available. Jon, Assistant Manager said theyd have been able to match it better if we had brought a painted object. Really? Thats what we did on visit #1. He finally gave us a refund but theres obviously no refund of the gas money or the time spent painting. Shop elsewhere!

This is one of my favorite Lowes locations. When we eat at a restaurant near the store we frequent this Lowes. Its a little smaller than some of the other Lowes but the people are very friendly and willing to work with customers trying to satisfy your needs and budget. I have some nice conversations with the one lady in the garden department who is extremely knowledgeable about plants and we share tips back and forth.

They always seem to have what I need. I go there even though its further for me to drive than their counterpart. Their selection and quality are better. And lots of seeds for the garden! ❤

At Home Depot, I can get in and out. But I always find myself waiting at Lowes. Its very frustrating. And Lowes is definitely not enforcing the mask mandate.
