Paid for a rental online about a week in advance. The day I was supposed to get my vehicle, I went to the Lebanon location next to Fredericks, & NO ONE was there. I waited for 30 minutes before I started calling the corporate number. On the door says they are supposed to be open, but they were not! Corporate representative stated Im sorry someone should be there, oh, wait, that location isnt in service. I dont know how you were able to rent a car. This company claimed it would take at least 7-10 days to get my refund. Ridiculous! (I went to Enterprise! In & out in 10 minutes!)

Made an reservation a couple of weeks ago to pick up a car by noon. It was very hard to find the place because there were no signs and it was hidden in the back of a car dealership. Then I discover that NO ONE was there. When I called the number left on the door by an employee, I find out the ONE guy who works here is 15 minutes away... no apologies— just “I’ll be there as soon as I can get there.” When I asked why no one was there even though I had made an appointment, he gave an excuse that revealed HE HAD NO IDEA about my reservation. I waited 20 minutes for this guy to show up. Is this really how Hertz does business??? I can promise you I won’t be using them again
