Went out of their way to help me get a car after an enterprise in reading screwed up. They didn’t have to do their due diligence but they did and I really appreciate it. Very cordial and professional even though I was upset. Thank you!

I usually always use Enterprise for renting a car as they have some of the best rewards. However. My recent experience with Enterprise was absolutely horrible. I was told that my out of pocket expenses from my insurance claim to rent a car would be counted toward their rewards. After renting from Enterprise for 64 days, after I returned it, I was told I would not receive any credit to my Emerald Plus account from them. This was unacceptable and I urge anyone who needs a rental car while their car is being fixed to SHOP AROUND as you can definitely get better deals from other car rental companies. I would have only gave a 1 star, but the cars were clean and reliable for my rental period. I just wish I wasnt lied to from the start! Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on unless the situation is rectified.

It seems as if every time i rent a vehicle, a problem of moderate to severe concern occurs. I a list of things i found in 2 previous rentals:1. Medical syringe2. Medications/pillsIn September of 2020, we were given a rental with a decent chip in the windshield. We also left our EZ Pass in the vehicle and left a message regarding it but no one returned it. I had to buy a new one.Now i notice they are moving the bar in rewards programs. When we signed up for Enterprise Plus, it said after 3 rentals in one year we qualify for a free rental. Now it shows we need 6.

I already had the reservation made for a week an advance for our vacation. I receive a call two days before my pick-up date to let me know that the size vehicle I have chosen can not be under my debit visa card because is a more expensive car. I have explained the situation to the manager because what I was being offered was not very comfortable for me and my family. Do to me having health issues . What I got from the manager was that the reason I wanted what I rented was because is a good looking vehicle. This is a very unprofessional answer coming from a manager if you ask me. I do not recommend this place for nothing because they are based on what kind of card you have for them to determine if you are able to pay for it or not.

The crew at this Enterprise was phenomenal especially Ariana!! They went above and beyond. They were awesome. My husband and I will be going to Ariana for out next car. This crew deserves 10 stars!!!

Customer service was great. The building is a bit confusing and they do not offer Customer pickup. We send them clients from my repair shop all the time and are always able to accommodate at a minutes notice so a plus for that.

I reserved a luxury car a week in advance for our wedding anniversary. An hour before my pickup time someone from Enterprise called me and told me they don’t usually have luxury cars at their location because “people around here can’t afford them” this was appalling!They told me they wouldn’t be able to provide me with a luxury car and they only had 2 vehicles available for me to rent. Both small SUV’s. I accepted the car they gave me because by then I didn’t have time to make other arrangements. If they had given me more than an hours notice I would have rented from someone else.The comment that was made over the phone should never have been said.

Enterprise can be very great depending on the location you’re going to. I’ve rented from two different states that’s far one out of central Pennsylvania and the other from upper Eastside New York City. The service in Central PA was very poor and unprofessional also to add a but rude And unknowledgeable. When I went to New York City the service was completely different I was presented with information before during and after my rental the representatives at the upper Eastside location were very professional very enjoyable and seem to have a lot of information that the representatives at the other enterprise weren’t even aware of.

Made my reservation online the night before I wanted to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived at Enterprise, I was in and out within 5 minutes. I had to extend my rental, which I did by phone, and again everything was handles smoothly. When I dropped off the vehicle I was taken care of immediately. I love Enterprise !! Great vehicles to choose from, also.

A friend returned with a rental from another location and desired to extend his usage. Erica very efficiently and quickly handled the transaction and my friend was on his way within minutes. Though I had to wait for his arrival for nearly an hour, the staff was most accommodating and cordial, inviting me to remain in their office as long as I wished. I had taken my only rental with them years ago and was treated as a first class customer. If the need arises, I would be pleased to do business with this location again.

Positive overall experience, pick up and drop off was quick and easy, email communication was great, staff was helpful and competent. The only negative was that we were given a car that smelled like smoke - it wasnt disclosed ahead of time and we werent asked about our preference. Felt like too much of a hassle to take it back so we lived with it.

Was a great and quick interaction. The whole situation was contactless which made renting a car the easiest thing ever.

This is the cleanest I have ever received a car. Thoroughly cleaned. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because I believe each car should be full of gas at pickup. I shouldn’t need to stop at a gas station on the ride home.

People @ the rental center very nice, cars are fairly clean. However 7 out of the last 10 cars I rented needed air in tires up to 15lb. One time had 45 lb in ea. tire !!……………...both dangerous !!

The Lebanon location is perfect for me, I am doing almost weekly rentals and they are very accommodating to me from picking me up to taking me home when needed even when very busy. All employees are great there, Helene, John, Austin and the rest provide awesome customer service. Highly recommend this location to rent from.

Love the staff at this location! I often have to rent last minute to transport special needs dogs. These guys bend over backwards to make sure I have a vehicle that suits my needs. They are 100% supportive of my work with dogs and love looking at photos of the dogs I transport in their vehicles! Enterprise staff play a big role in helping dogs in need. I always vacuum and wash the cars upon return even though they tell me there is no need to do so, but Im so appreciative of their customer service here that I want to go the extra mile for them and bring back a squeaky clean car as a thank you! They are always helpful and friendly no matter how crazy busy they are.

I wanted a economical car which they said they had and the price was rite for a week, so I made the reservations for that car and when I get there they tell me they dont have one so they lied to me and to make things worse they tried to get me to rent a van which I did not want and it was way more expensive, I will never rent from them again, I wasted so much of my time when they could of easily told me over the phone that they did not have what I wanted..... oh and they also told me that they were trying to contact me about that, I looked at my phone and told the gentleman no one even tried to contact me and I showed them my phone. Very sneaky

My Insurance Company made the reservation for and Enterprise picked me up at Ebersole GMC Auto Body Shop. The guy that picked me up was friendly and explained the workings of the car and I was off!

It was a busy morning when we picked up our car but we received good service. We were dropping the car off in Dixon Illinois. We did find that the car was not clean when we picked it up, there was an umbrella left in the car by someone else. but when we returned the car in Dixon IL enterprise made it right. We use enterprise many times and usually always have great customer service.

I was guaranteed pick up at my auto body shop at 9am. When I called at 940(with another person waiting on them), they said the body shop should have called them. This did not seem to be the case as they were frantic on the phone, and the admin at the body shop said she never had called them and they are there several days a week. When we finally made it to Enterprise, we heard they were out getting cars all morning, that they did not have enough coming out of the weekend, making me feel I guess we were forgotten. The check out went smooth, I was upgraded as there were two cars on the lot, but not an experience to hang a hat on. Usually a good experience with them, but this missed the mark big time.

This place was so friendly and helpful. My vehicle has been in the shop and I was needing to get groceries. They sent someone to pick up me, my baby, and the carseat. They also had no problem switching cars from the first rental car they had picked out for my use. It smelled like cigarettes, which always gives me allergy symptoms. After dropping the car back off, they had someone take me and my child home. It was so easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place.

Rented a car from enterprise service was great !!! ! The car I chose was a lil to small, I’m 6’2” 247 lbs ..I drove it away and realized that hey I’ll be in here for 14 hrs ... called enterprise spoke with the sales representative that rented me the car and told her my situation, that I really needed a bigger car “ she said no problem bring it back we will exchange it for a bigger car no worries and so I exchanged the car . they were great about the deal, great people “ caring people ! great service .. will definitely use enterprise again

This is more of enterprise as a whole. First of all yes I did get a complementary upgrade due to not having a car available, but when I was told about the security deposit from the insurance company I used for the rental vehicle they had told me it would be a $50 security deposit which the actual security deposit was $100. When I told the guy at the desk that the insurance told me that he stated that he would honor that but didnt. Secondly I had the vehicle for nine hrs. and I now have money tied up for over a week.Pros: Very polite, courteous due to complementary upgrade and quick at getting me in a vehicleCons: Failure to honor something they told me they would, and money gets tied up for a long period of time due to less than one day rental.

Windshield was dirty, no washer fluid in car upon pickup. Car appearance was in rough condition. Not what I expected from this company.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Every time I needed to extend my rental, they were their to assist me. The only issue I had was when I returned the vehicle, I was told their was a $100 detail fee because I smoked cigarettes in the car. I am not upset about the fee, but this was not mentioned at the time of the rental. I was not told that I should not be smoking in the car or a fee to clean the car. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I requested a car, which I was told they didnt have available. The female I spoke with offered an upgrade to an SUV for a discounted rate since a car was not available and she told me I would be contacted when a car was made available or returned. I was never contacted to down grade during the entire week rental (phone or email). When I returned the SUV and questioned why I was not contacted, I was told it was my responsibility to stop in and check as if it was my fault. This is not customer service or how a customer should be treated by blaming them for someones laziness!!!Disappointed and wont use again!!

I have rented multiple times from this location.. Theyre super friendly and pretty quick with getting you into a vehicle. Theres a convenient drop off box for after hours drop offs.

My experience with them was really good. I did have the issue of my reservation time having to be pushed back quite a few hours however it was not Enterprises fault. I made the reservation 1 day before my reservation time and they cannot help how busy they get. Regardless I got my car the same day I reserved it, everything they said that would happen with processes went exactly that way so there were no surprises. They even took me to where I requested after I dropped off the car. No complaints!

Thanks.12/18/18I hate to do it, but I had to change my rating to 1 star. I have used this enterprise many times for work and they have been great. I recently rented an suv from them for personal travel to NYC. When I set up the trip, the salesmen knew me from work and did a great job setting up my rental and gave me a discount because of all the business we bring their way. The problem..... I wanted to make sure that I only was paying for the days I was using the vehicle. I was coming home on a Sunday and asked him when it needed to be returned. He told me that I could just put the keys into the drop box at ANY TIME that day and didnt have to worry about getting charged another day. I did this and the next day got my bill. $437.95. they charged me for Monday even though it was returned Sunday. I called and spoke with their manager. I explained what happened and she told me that they were open till 1pm on Sunday and since I didnt return it before then, that I was charged for another day. I explained to her that the salesman I set it up with told me that it would be ok to turn it in later Sunday and would not get charged. After going round and round with her, she said that she would have the salesman call me back, but that she couldnt promise anything.. That was12/10 and still no call back.If a salesman tells you that you are ok to return a car at a specific time without getting an extra charge, AFTER you ask and make sure that it is ok, and then get charged for it, I would think that they would make things right. Especially since my company gives them a lot of business all year long, every year. I thought I could trust them, but apparently the salesman lie and the British lady who is the manager does as well. I will be having my company book travel thru another rental company from now on.1/10/2019So I receive a response telling me to contact the corporate office with my concerns. I did this on 12/22/2019 and I still have yet to hear from them. With all the business I give them from my company, you would think that they would take care of their customers better. I never leave bad reviews, but I was lied to multiple times and it cost me over $100 because I returned the vehicle back 4hrs late when the rep said that I could just put the keys in the drop box any time that day. Will keep you updated on the situation. I do not expect them to make good on this though.
