I’m going through postpartum hair loss,yes new hair is coming in,but for now I look like I have a receding hairline.So to keep it from being tangledI got it chopped offit took me forever to grow it out 😞Krystal was available to help me chop it all off.She’s fantastic! She may be new in town like me but she has over 20 years of experience.I seriously cannot thank her enough.Postpartum hair loss is stressful enough on its own.She was able to give me a cut that would help me not lose as much hair that also looks great on me!Also when I was pregnant with my sonShannon took care of meand gave me a wonderful layered cut.I’m picky about who touches my hairThese two ladies and the rest of the staff are amazing!When it’s time for my son to get his first haircut,We’ll definitely be coming back here!

After waiting for 30 minutes right in front of the receptionist, she told me that she just realized that I was waiting… Couldn’t wait anymore since I had another appointment. The receptionist was apologetic but I can’t understand why they would schedule a customer for an appointment but not honor the time. Employees walk by you and they don’t smile, nod, or say hi. Not the kind of service I expect from an upscale salon. Will never visit again.

I called all of the salons in Lebanon and The One was the only salon that answered the phone. And they were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days. Amanda made sure I was ready to take the leap of cutting 11 inches! Then she gave me a beautiful new style! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

First visit here. Tiffany did an AMAZING job with my hair cut. Personal, yet professional! This quality haircut was worth every dollar, and for once, I recieved a quality cut that didnt break the bank. The experience was overall a great one. I will be returning!

First time in the salon today. Building is gorgeous and the salon is beautifully decorated. Staff were quick to welcome me and I was immediately taken back by stylist, Lindsey S. Lindsey was very professional and a good listener. The salon atmosphere was relaxed and upbeat. Lindsey’s years of experience were apparent as she worked quickly and efficiently. She did a great job on my color, cut and style. Very pleased and will definitely be back.

Danelle Bryant does a great job and can handle easily my big thick wavy mess of hair which is not an easy task!!

Was unusually early for my appointment, but enjoyed watching the many people flocking in and out. Almost as much fun as airport watching. As usual Cassandra did a great job with my hair, and all the staff seem to really care for their patrons...and one another !

The salon is beautifully decorated, but my experience was not good. I left very disappointed with my hair color and my experience with the stylist overall. My hair was not even close to what I asked for, and the stylist really made me feel unwelcome the entire time I was there. The salon did attempt to help me with the color, which I really appreciated. I went back to have the color corrected, but still left disappointed. I believe she did her best given, and she was very kind to me during the service. I will not be back.

As away, the staff, Jack are some great people. My hair cut is always great. Thanks.

The One Hair salon and spa is first of all, located in a beautifully restored building for those of you that like architectural nuances. Haley was my personal hair “architect” and was not only professional, but extremely sensitive to my vision of what I wanted to look like when I walked out of there, and of course, what I wanted to deal with every day after (at least for the next month or so). I would highly recommend her as she is able to talk with you in good conversation and perform the services you want within a time frame that is comfortable and relaxing. Good job Haley!

NEW UPDATE!!! Wanted to update on my most recent experience!! Took the plunge and got a PERM! Yes, a perm! Its been many many years and I am so glad that this is the place and person I came to. (Thanks son for the recommendation)! Love my hair, Jack did an awesome job!! Its great finding a new stylist that just knows! Thanks Jack for seeing my vision as I see it!! I booked an appointment online a week in advance and when I got there the girl I booked with isnt even coming back till June 😡 Very poor communication on the salons part. I never got an email or phone call from them to see if I wanted to reschedule for another time. I will not return to this salon.

Great haircut and nice/ pretty salon. I will say my stylist seemed a little rude. Maybe she was having a bad day. I felt like a nuisance for wanting a haircut. But the cut still turned out great so happy about that!

I have been going to the One for over 17 years. I have had multiple services and people provide the services. I have only had one negative experience with a stylist and they didnt last long. Everyone on the staff is professional and well trained. It is always such a nice treat to go in and be pampered in such a beautiful space by people that know what they are doing.

Love this place! My whole family goes here, and I appreciate that they are flexible and take walk-ins during the day.

The inside of the salon is done up in gold and black, good parking in the rear of the building, From the owner down everyone seems to be very pleasant and they care about what you want done with your hair. Making appointments ahead is a good idea, although I think they also do walk ins. My favorite place to get hair done. I drive about 20+ miles to use that salon.

Ask for a experienced hair dresser and the hair dresser cut my hair dry missed some longer pieces

Went to One Hair for the first time a few weeks ago for a pedicure with Dana...it was amazing! She took her time and did an awesome french ped. Cant believe the paint still looks great! Will definitely go back!!

Not once but twice I have taken my son there for a cut and to wait 30 min. Each time. Looks like they double booking people in there is a no show. If they are running behind for some unknown reason thats fine. But to come out and say Lll be right with you and then 30 minutes later walk out with another customer is not right.

I have been a customer of The One HairSalon for about 10 years now! I see Jessica Walker for my hair and Ive seen several other technicians for other services such as mani/pedi, facials, waxing, etc. Jessica has given me perms, highlights, color, updos, make-up, and of course haircuts! Ive always been happy with my service and Ive always been very pleased with the facility as a whole. Its very tastefully decorated and kept spotless! There is ample parking and winter snow and ice has never been an issue as the lot is always kept clear. I feel like the prices for service are very competitive and the technicians are always talking about hair shows/classes they attend so I know the technique and products they use are all modern and current. I have never been double booked nor have I had to wait more than 5 mins or so for my appts.
