Checking in online means nothing. Scheduled today for 3:30, arrived at 3:15, stylist was finishing up on a client. Another person walked in after me. The stylist recognized the other person and took him right away. I spoke up that I had made an appointment and her response was I didnt know that. and put the cape on her preferred client. No point in online appointments if youre not going to check the computer and honor them.

The scheduling on line was easy, she was ready when we arrived. I actually arrived prior to my son and she mentioned she had one scheduled to arrive. (Most try to squeeze one in). Great cut and style! Id definitely return!

Excellent service and incredibly professional. I had my hair cut by Stacia who was just lovely and turned out perfect. These gals deserve to be commended because of how busy they were once they were allowed to open up again yet they remained always calm and friendly and all the customers were respective of the temporary protocols in place.

Booked an appointment online for 10:45. Got there five minutes early. Was told there were two people in front of me and it would be another 25 minutes. Came back 25 minutes later and there were two different people in there getting haircuts and one waiting. I asked what the purpose of making an appointment was and told that appointment times online are an approximate time. Debated leaving but my mom needed a haircut. Waited another 20 minutes (almost a full hour after the appointment time) for the haircut. If they can’t honor online appointments then making them that way shouldn’t be an option.

Booked for an appointment online, arrived 5 minutes early and waited an additional 40. If the two stylists there would have spent more time on the hair than talking they could work for super models. Very disappointed with a commonly good company.

I have been remiss for two months on this review. Lisa does a fantastic job and should be rewarded greatly by Supercuts!I had an interview for a management position at my company, and I needed a good haircut. Lisa came through with a fantastic cut in about half an hour. I aced the initial interview. I then went through another two months of back-and-forth until I was confirmed for the job. Now you have the story.The haircut didnt mean I was qualified for the job, but it certainly gave me the confidence to feel good about the way I looked in the interview with my GM and then the executives.Lisa, what you do and the service level at which you perform has a profound impact that reaches beyond where you might think. This is the third time Ive checked in online with no wait and walked in to wait. When I came in the stylist said Its going to be at least 15 minutes and Im the only one here. Not sure if you want to stay. I was the only one waiting and she was about to start a cut and color on someone. 39 minutes later Im still waiting. One person on, shes in no hurry to get to me, and I still need a hair cut. I need to cross this one off the local list. They care more about talking with their friends that come in than working. Seriously, 39 minutes and youre still doing the foil wrap for a color???

Its a haircut. Im new to this area and needed to find a new place for haircuts. In the age of COVID, thats no small feat. First, know youll need to call and make an appointment. Then you have to wear a mask. They might ask you to wash your hands as well. Anywho theyll work around your mask when cutting, of course. My first haircut really wasnt that good. I didnt notice until a few days later that a bit of hair in the front left was a good half inch or more longer than the rest. Oh well, I was just happy to have gotten it cut. The second time the cut was much better. Chalk it up to having to work with a mask in the age of COVID :/The haircuts here are a few more bucks more expensive than the previous place I used (before moving). Both ppl places have a discount for veterans, so be sure and ask about that at checkout. Its on my drivers license as proof. I will likely check out other haircut places before settling on one, but it may very well end up being this Supercuts.

NEVER AGAIN. First and last. Stacia Holmes never in my life I’ve heard what you said. I always take my son to Lil hair cuts in Round Rock ( the best). Today since we have a tight schedule we decided to give Super Cuts a shot. ( bad decision). Anyway, Stacia asked “ how do you want it? I said “ let’s start with 1 and go from there”. When my husband joins he tells me let’s use 0. So I asked her to do 0 she says” you had already told me 1 that would be another haircut”. I was 🙃wow. Pleasing a client is another haircut. Good to know and NEVER again. Way to go Stacia. If I could give a 0 I would. A business should be about customer service. How does people expect a tip with that behavior. I just can’t believe this. Oh well, lesson learned on my end. My husband asked where does it say that would be another haircut. My husband told me that takes less than a minute. A minute costed you a 0 review.

Place is not a barber shop. I brought my two boys one came out bald and they charged me a whole $20 for a haircut my some didn’t even ask for. And for the other boy they tried sending me somewhere else because the lady did not know how to edge up the haircut I shouldn’t of even let these people cut my boys never coming here again. The guy cutting my sons hair was shaking and messed up a fade.

I understand that saturdays are busy. But when you are completely refused service with 3 stylist just standing there doing NOTHING, somethings gotta give. I came in today on a Saturday at 2:30... Not ONE person was getting a haircut. I was asked if I had an appointment, I said no. Response was “oh we are fully booked” I look around, seriously I say. “Yes, but we can make you an appointment for tomorrow.” Me: do you not take walk ins?! “Oh we do, but we are just completely booked.” WOW! Again not ONE person in the store. I went in the parking lot to find another location. Sat there for 10-15 min, did not see one person walk in! This place has now lost my business forever! Go To great clips right down the road, got me and my 3 kids in 15 min!

If I could give 0 I would, the lady with blonde hair did not give me the hairstyle close to what I wanted, she gave me a buzzcut and cut off way more than I asked and not only did she ruin my hair, but she made it uneven and gave me the worst fade. Worst haircut Ive had my entire life.

My husband just went in today 9/10/20 and there was only one guy working. He seemed nervous and did not give my husband the haircut he asked for. He asked for a medium fade and ended up with a low fade with tons of long hairs everywhere and the lines were not blended at all. I wish we could give it zero stars because he had to pay 20 dollars for a messed up haircut.

I called and made an appointment with the male hairdresser. When I got there the lady sat my daughter down and claimed she had lice. Told me the lice was just on the tips so I caught it early. Lice goes to the roots not the tips.. someone doesnt know what they are taking about..

I called at 11:30 to set an appointment. I was scheduled for 1pm. I arrived early and checked in. 2 seats became available at 1pm and a gentleman that had walked in before I arrived was taken but also a lady that had just walked in the door. I was not seen for another 25 minutes. The haircut was was terrible & so was the service. An explanation of why I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment wouldve been appreciated. I just dont understand the level of customer service these days. Will not be returning

I called in to ask of there was an approximate wait time, was told there was none and to give my name to be on the list just in case. Little did I know that I would sit got 45 minutes on your store before even getting a hair cut. Asked the front desk and they said that there was other people in front of us when I called and that didnt talk to me when I called. No apologies, not even a smile. Hot dogs and chocolates does not fix horrible customer service.Theres lots of other options and its been more expensive that all the other salons we usually go to. Dont waste your time

This place sucks. Every time I go here the wait time is 30 minutes or longer, even if you made and appointment for a specific time. Also, they give terrible haircuts, totally unprofessional, they always mess up with something, even if its something as simple as an edge up, they ALWAYS mess up. Sometimes if I didnt make an appointment and I just walk in, they say they have an appointment like 30 minutes later and go about there business, even if there are extra workers standing around not doing anything at all. I will never go here again. Save yourselves and go some place else.. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I wish I could put minus stars! This place is terrible. They cut my husbands hair and it looks like a child did it. Not professional at all. Every time we have tried to come in to have a haircut, they never want to serve us because they always have better stuff to do. Last time we went they were more worried about opening up Christmas gifts than deal with us, another time we went, they forced us to wait until the next stylist came in. Never said sorry for the wait or anything, they clearly had the time to do a mans hair cut but wanted to put it off on someone else. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried to take my son today, hoping something would be different. Boy was I wrong! I walk in and no hello or even a smile, the first thing she says is, its going to be a while because we both have colors coming in. Clearly no customer was in the store and refused to help us. Would rather wait on someone they can make more money from. Im tired of it!!!! You guys are a disgrace to customer service! Someone from corporate or management needs to do something about this!(One furious customer)

Please don’t bother with this horrible hair salon. If google allowed me to put no stars, I would!The women that work in that salon don’t care about your hair, all they care about is your payment regardless how jacked up your hair looks.I took my 3 kids, I asked for specific styles on each of them and she got them all wrong. Not to mention I tried using a ($2 coupon off any haircut) the so called stylist said that coupon is to be used only with adults!! IT DOESNT SAY THAT ON THE COUPON!! Can’t honor $2 off??!! My husband also had his fair share of rudeness, he arrived at 6:30pm which is 30min before closing time, well they didn’t except him. This salon needs new management!!

This place is HORRIBLE and they have THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My mom called ahead and made appointments for us to get up dos for a wedding. We walked in and both of the stylist we had, had have never done an up do. They had no idea what they were doing and had to have another girl try and help them every single step of the way and they still couldnt do it, they couldnt even do a braid! The stylist my mom had didnt know how to use a curling iron correctly and my mom had to take it from her to curl parts of her hair. It took them two and a half hours to complete our hair and it looked like a 10 year old did it. They quoted us $25.00 each and when they were done it was $50.00 each. We were very disappointed with our hair but nothing we could do as they already took WAY longer than expected and we were late getting to the wedding. So we called Super Cuts on the next business day to talk to the manager, we wanted half of our money back. We were willing to pay the stylist for their time. She was extremely rude and not willing to help in any way. She said that if she would have known we wanted up dos she would have come in and did them......... YOU DID KNOW, we made appointments. She said that she could give us another up do... Why would we want another up do? So my mom asked for the credit in product. She said she couldnt do that and they dont give refunds. She then said OK can you give me a haircut and she said she couldnt do that either......... I have been in customer service for years and I know that you can ALWAYS do something to make it right with an upset customer and she didnt want to make us happy in any way. She called her manager to confirm that there was nothing she can do. The manager at the location called us back to say there was simply nothing they can do. I said so you are OK with us being very disappointed in our service and you do nothing about it and her response was there is nothing I can do.... There is always something you can do and she was lying right to me. Then she said I dont argue with adults and I said I wouldnt be arguing if there was something you were doing to help this situation and then she HUNG UP ON ME! The worst customer service ever and she needs to be fired. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE and have no idea what true customer service is.

My hair is terribly uneven, the right side is over an inch longer that the left. The hair tucked behind my ears didnt get pulled out so its quite a bit longer than the rest. The front of my hair wasnt even touched.And they thought it was funny for a spouse to use the handicap parking spots at heb because he was only quickly running in. That was SUPER rude!

The first sign this place was a bad idea was when the lady who cut my hair, Tami I think, was told not to forget she had two more appointments (why I dont know) by her coworker and she replied but I have to get home. She wrecked my hair. She was in such a hurry she did not care about my haircut she was on a time crunch. Dont go here.

Ive always went to high priced salons and never receiving what i want, still the cuts are ok. So i decided to go with a cheaper place hoping someone would actually listen to me. I told her i wanted short layers and like 2 inches taken off the bottom.I watched her take a chunk from the back of my head and just prayed she knew what she was doing. She constantly second guessed on which way she was going to cut it and asked her co-worker if it blended well. At the end she asked how do you like it? I couldnt really tell without my glasses. When i got home I cried because she had taken SO much from the bottom trying to fix what she messed up to make it blend. What i ended up with is a bob cut on top, long hair underneath, and where the bob ends in the front im left with 2 long thick strands. I sent a picture to a friend and she sent it to her stylist. The only way to fix it is to cut my hair up to my neck and blend the bottom with the top. Im basically left with a mullet with 2 strands in the front. My hair went from the middle of my back almost up to my shoulders.I wouldve respected her more if she told me she didnt understand, couldnt do what i was asking for, or atleast told me she messed up. Luckily hair does grow back. For now i just have to pin the long pieces in front with the chunk taken out from the back so it looks half decent.

Always closing well before posted hours. Went on two occasions today went at 6:50 and she said through a locked door she was closing at 7. When I said it says 8 and she said normally it’s 8. Just not today I guess. This is the second time this has happened.

Very disappointed in the haircut and service provided. I came in with my son (6) and I could tell the lady cutting his hair had no patience. Barking orders to keeping his head down while I was getting a shampoo, I even asked, “is he aggravating you?” Not one comment or conversation at all with both our haircuts. This place will not be open long with the lack of customer service and the current stylists.

Terrible experience. The stylists are slow as molasses, and there werent even enough on hand to deal with the volume of customers. Unless you like waiting for 55 minutes and still not being seen, take your money elsewhere.
