We have been to many barbers in the last 11 years. We finally found one that did an exceptionally good job. I was able to schedule an appointment online ahead of time without any problems. I explained to Mr. Sam my sons conditions that causes him to move constantly(SPD) and he was very understanding. I can officially pass the hat to someone else to cut and trim my sons hair(I was a horrible at home self taught barber ). Thank You Sam!!

I scheduled a same-day appointment online for a men’s haircut. The online booking tool told me to wait for shop confirmation before heading in, which several hours later still hadn’t come. I called and an answering service picked up, telling me the shop was too busy to take my call. I left a message, which wasn’t returned. So I called again, because my appointment time was getting close. Finally someone answered and was completely confused when I mentioned booking online. She asked around the shop if anyone had a booking for me, and several voices in the background seemed equally confused that someone might’ve booked an appointment online. Odd. She came back on the line and abruptly told me they had no booking and the time slot was full, did I want to come in and “try” at some later time. I said no thanks, as I wouldn’t trust a shop this unprofessional to walk my dog. Horrible experience, spent the whole day thinking I was getting a haircut while they twiddled their thumbs and ignored their online bookings.

Constance is AMAZING! I have have tried to find someone local for a while now (instead of traveling to Missouri) to trust with my hair! I knew in my soul that she was going to be the person for me! Thank you for my beautiful hair!

The owner, Gus, is incredible. My initial experience was rough but he reached out and fixed everything promptly. I would highly recommend for anyone. In this day and age it is uncommon to find people so devoted to taking care of their growing customer base, and I have to say it does not go unnoticed! I drove past this place and decided to stop in for a quick cut and Im so glad I did. April cleaned up my eggs nest I had on top and cleaned up my beard. I was so impressed with this place that I made another appointment for my son with Constance today. He loves his haircut as well. As far as social distancing /Covid, the chairs are spread apart nicely and all the barbers/colorists wore masks.

Constance has been doing my highlights for two years and I cannot recommend her enough. She really knows how to color hair and does her best in understanding what her customer wants. I get a lot of compliments on my highlights. Dont hesitate on giving her a chance to color your hair.

Labored over whether or not to leave a review and decided I would want to be warned. I went here a few times for a haircut. The last time the gal was apparently running late. Once I got home I realized one side of my heads hair was 1/3inch longer than the other. Had to go get it fixed it looked so bad.

My 2 teen boys were happy with their haircuts. But the amount of fragrance in the hair products used will keep us from returning. My sons had headaches for hours afterwards.

Wessam is an artist and a beard expert. I dont let anybody touch my beard that Ive been working on for over 12 years. I have tried a few barbers around Austin area but Wessam is the only one that I trust blindly.

We took our 3 year old son in for a “cool dude” haircut and Trust did an awesome job! Great customer service begins and ends with kindness and Trust has it in spades! He was very attentive to any concerns my wife had even before she could say anything. He made our son feel comfortable and the precision work he was able to accomplish on a 3 year old boy is most impressive!

Staff is very friendly. I took my 6 year old son and 15 year old brother, they looked so handsome. I thought it was a bit of a travel for a hair cut since I live in Georgetown, but after they were finished I felt it was worth it. The best part was when I went to go pay, they have great prices! We moved here from Maryland 3 years ago and have been trying to find a great barber for our son. I recommend the barber Trust. He came highly recommended from a co worker and we were very pleased!

My teen son hated getting his hair cut...until we found Cappelliera’s. He has thick, curly hair, and a million cowlicks. We used to drive all the way to central Austin or Round Rock since we couldn’t find a barber close by that could give him a good cut with his hair texture. That all changed when we found Cappelliera’s. My boyfriend recommended we try it out and we have been going ever since. My son actually asks to get his haircut now. And he gets a great cut at a great price (bald fade, edge up, and long on top just how he likes it). Highly recommend.

Had a 2pm appointment showed up at 1:58 was greeted politely and was in the chair getting my hair cut at 2pm. The shop was clean the people were clean. The haircut was exactly what we discussed before the man began. The man seemed to have a genuine interest in his work and did it quickly and professionally. Wisam really knows how to work a beard and style hair. He is also high energy and so he works fast which also puts him ahead of other places. He is the 5th barber Ive been to in the area and has beaten them all in service and craftsmanship. It is Leander so you do get to hear outdated thoughts from some of the clientele more often than from CP or Austin so maybe be prepared for that. But all of the staff is professional, respectful, and easy to be around.

Have gone in twice since the remodel and was let down each time. Josh and Erica were great! With the new staff I have not received the same service. The hair cuts that I have received are not worth the 42 dollars. All in all its not worth the money. You can get the same thing if not better at a chain haircut shop.

Husband had a great hair cut, eyebrows shaped and ears de-furred this afternoon. He said the customer service was excellent and the barber rated excellent too! He could not recount his name but they had discussed that he came here from Kuwait . They greeted him and took his jacket for him and made him feel welcome.My husband said he will definitely return. The cost was $24 plus tip.Its tough to develop clientele out here in Leander. Not only did she follow my list of instructions, but afterward asked if there were any final touch-ups needed.
