Great place with great people wish it was open 24 hours as it gets quite busy

This is the single best gym I have ever been to. It has every machine you can think of, it is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Honestly not much more you can ask for in a gym

Im so impressed with EoS! The staff is always willing to help & answer my questions without being too pushy. I feel very comfortable working out here and the kids club is such a helpful amenity.

Terrible gym. I canceled this gym over a year ago and found out they were charging me this whole time. I called last month to address it and they said they would fix it but they didnt, and they charged me again. Dont go to this gym. Also, they dont have nearly as many amenities/options as any other EOS location.

They keep billing me after Ive canceled so I called in and they have no notes of me canceling. They did this to me when I tried there personal training too. Dont sign up.

They have a lovely dark cardio room with a movie screen! Its great if you dont like people watchers, plus you lose yourself in the movie and dont notice how much youve gone!Very inclusive management as well, VERY LGBTQIA+ Friendly!

They told me I was canceled and have not canceled my account they have been charging me for three months past cancelation and still have not refunded me.

Nice enough place but it’d be great if they could figure out how to open on time. It’s hard enough to drag yourself out of bed on a Sunday, then add an extra 20 + minutes because their opening employees can’t show up on time. If you’re looking for a place to get in, get it done and get out... keep looking.

Do not let them sign you up for personal training! Good luck canceling it or getting a refund. Now trying to cancel my membership has been a joke to them, first I was told they needed to still charge one month after I canceled and now two months later I still am getting charged so i called in and there is no notes of me canceling. What a joke and rip off.

Good equipment, clean facilities, and Wuhan preventive facilities. After my workouts I use the hot tub and steam room to finish up. All first class. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Horrible management. They do not care about anything but money. I was on a medical freeze because of COVID and I have asthma plus Im 50+ but they just started charging me when I was still not vaccinated yet. I was 1 week away from being ready to go back and they refused to wave the 2 months they charged that I couldnt use the gym.They never contacted me just tried to charge me without notification. Ive read others with similar complaints.One employee actually laughed at me and hung up on me. Worst customer service in my lifetime.They only care about money not loyalty. I will find a gym who puts members first.

Overall its a sweaty gym. Its bound to be smelly, but the equipment in need of repair and replacement is not acceptable; I found a beer bottle in a locker a few days before this visit, and the same beer bottle has not been removed.

I absolutely LOVE this gym!! The people that come here are so nice and friendly. It didn’t take long to find friends in a lot of the regulars. And every morning when I walk in the door, employees Kylie and Cooper say “Hi Rachel!!! How are ya?!” They always tell me to have a good work out and a good day when I leave. Being met with such kind and happy people every day has given me something to really look forward to! Love love LOVE this gym!! I haven’t ever been to a better one!

I love this location. The staff is super helpful! My favorite is the cardio cinema and the stair steppers. They have such a variety of weight equipment and I love to end my sesh with the sauna. The only thing I hope for in the future is 24 hours.

My young daughter goes in for the least expensive membership. They talk her into a more expensive one, plus signing up for a personal trainer. She came home in tears because she did not want that and these pushy employees took advantage of her. I went back with her and helped her change it. They said they would refund the personal trainer fee and switch to the plan she wanted. They still haven’t refunded the $84 and now they have charged her for both plans. She tried to call and left messages all last week. This is why many gyms have such a bad image. Make it right, EOS of Layton!

Went on a Sunday afternoon, so it was not very busy. Was a small-gym, casual atmosphere. Mix of the old-school Hammer Strength machines and brand new equipment.

This is a good place to go workout and avoid that kind of people you see at others gyms that think they go to a prom, everyone is friendly and good equipment.

Great Gym but the sana simply isnt up to standards. What used to take 20 min in other gyms takes hours in this one. I have addressed the issue, but am unsure if the problem will be fixed unless enough people address it. My time is valuable and I love sweating it out in the sana, but dont want to be in there all day. If Sana gets fixed back to par, i will happily give them the 5 stars they deserve.

This gym does not stick to their hours. They keep the gym at an extremely high temperature (and Im always cold) they dont care much for their members after you sign up. If you change your charge Information they will continue to charge your old cards. Overall worst gym Ive gone to. I now drive to the Kaysville or Roy eos. Much better.

Absolutely not understanding when I needed to switch my card and they overdrew my account, resulting in a $50 fee from my bank. We couldn’t afford the membership, after a hospital bill and needed it on hold. Also said they’d charge me for the next month since i gave them 29 days notice instead of 30 days. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tessa is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. She is professional and takes time to let me know she cares. She even answers text messages on days shes not training me. The front desk people are friendly and willing to help.

Great team and great facility (Layton). I was impressed by the variety of equipment they carry, much of which is new. EOS rates, quality, and service beat VASAs. When I called to compare services, Moroni answered all my questions and was very friendly. Mack met with me the next day and was upfront about all the costs and options — placing people first before money. I would highly recommend.

Brandon is a great guy. Reached out after I applied for 7 day pass and super nice. He even let me get a 10 day pass and really cares that i save the most money. Plus it’s a very well kept gym!

Just joined the Layton gym. EOS does a great job and is a very solid gym. Its got everything you need at an affordable price. Its always clean and has nice equipment.

Stay away from this gym! Especially Conner the personal training manager, they just rip you off and tell you what you wanna hear but never actually take care of what they say they do!

EOS Layton had a good environment with a friendly staff. Only suggestion is to update equipment. I spent too much time walking to get equipment. There were two plate racks split between 7 benches.

We really love this gym. When the transition over to EOS happened management called me to gather feedback of what they could improve. I let them know my opinions on a few things and within a month they were implemented. (Probably due to a lot of similar feedback, but still.) The staff is super friendly and helpful. The equipment has been updated. I love the classes they offer! This gym has been my favorite out of their competitors.

Facility is just so so. Theyre not very forthcoming on the business side. Annual fee was not discussed when I joined and their 30 day cancelation which does include the annual fee if you dont cancel 30 days prior to when its due. Calling did no good and when I threatened a stop payment the response I got was Sounds good. I get it, COVID has hurt these types of business and I feel weird about going in when cases in our state are at daily record levels. Its made me change my workout routine for sure, but it doesnt excuse their handling of memberships in this fashion. If they were a little more honest and forthcoming I would consider returning but I wont now

I have been a member of the EOS Layton gym and training with Coach Cameron since August 2019. Not only are the staff knowledgeable of proper form, technique, and appropriate progression, they are also helpful with equipment or any questions you have. They are constantly upgrading the equipment and striving to making the gym better. Cameron has been phenomenal with helping me achieve my goals. The staff in the kid zone are fantastic with my children, so I don’t have to worry while I’m here and can focus on my goals. This place is awesome!

I love this gym! I am in the air force and have also been a member of other big named gyms. This gym has been my favorite so far! Not only for how the space is utilized (excellent lighting plenty of machines and specialized rooms) but also for how amazing and personable all the staff is. This gym and it’s employees make going to the gym a fun experience. Go check it out and talk to Brandon he will hook you up!

Brandon is awesome and has a great life story. However, My beard is better than his beard. I can tell that his beard has potential. His beard is a work in progress and i can respect that. The facility is awesome and i really like the new leg area. Great job. I am all for a beard competition at the Layton.

If you need to sign up for a membership, ask for Adam! He was so nice and professional. I was looking at a couple different gyms, and he offered me a free 7 day trial so I could make sure I liked the gym before getting stuck in a contract. I absolutely loved this gym, so I went back to Adam and he helped me sign up for my membership. Very affordable, nice gym, and even nicer staff.

Honestly, I really loved the help, and how they explained everything when I signed up. Everything was clear, and they were really nice when I asked about things that I was confused about. Also for the experience at the gym and working out, I really like it, its not the biggest gym but it has everything you need. Love the steam room they have. Cooper is the best service associate !!

Im an out of shape, over weight (like seriously over weight) shy and unsure female who wants to improve my health but wasnt really sure where to start. LET ME TELL YOU!!!! If you have a chance to talk to Stephen or work with him TAKE IT!!! Workouts are quick like 30 minutes but it feels like I got a full hour+ workout in. He worked with my limited resources and helped me figure out a plan that will help me get the best results without putting me in bind. For the first time EVER I can say Im excited to workout!!! Thank you Stephen and EOS

I’ve hated going to the gym lately. I always felt like staff was “eying you down” or acting better than everyone. The staff at the Layton location are AWESOME! They make it feel like you’re a part of something great. To top it off the facilities and machines are always extremely clean. I love that. Finally the day care is AMAZING. My son gets so excited to come to the gym and play with the kids and workers! Love this place!

I was in town for a few days and stopped in for a quick workout here. Wish my gym back home was this well-equipped! Lots of cardio equipment, a really awesome lifting area, sauna and steam room as well as group fitness classes from what I could see. The facility is very clean and the staff were friendly. A great place to workout. Wish I lived closer!

The employee, Cooper Baker, is THE most amazing, wonderful front desk attendant I have ever seen. He is very kind and welcoming to all the guests who walk in and he takes the time to help them with all of their needs. Cooper is the greatest person who could ever work there.

Brandon was amazing! Helped me cancel my membership because I was moving to Provo and there’s not one down there. He even mentioned they’re building one down here that should be done by summer 2020!! He answered all my questions about the cancellation and how to resign up when the one down there is built! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable gym membership :)

Great for working out if you’re not an employee. But if you are an employee they will not take care of you or give you the proper support. Just another company that only cares about the numbers and not the workers. Also if you like broken equipment this is a top notch place. However I recognize that the managers are trying to make the gym a better place despite lack of help from upper management. Way to go on that.

I came in out of curiosity and Parker took care of me right away. I came in as a guest but he gave me my own pass and hooked me up with my own 7 day pass. 10/10 customer service!

I like Eos but I think their pricing all over the place. The initial sign up fees change all the time, so if you are thinking of signing up be sure to do so at a time where it is really cheap. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and its a solid gym.

Tyson and Brandon helped me out with a lot such as giving a tour of the facility, finding the best body shape for me and guiding me to reach the potential that i want. The staff is also super friendly and they always have a smile on their face. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who wants to either get fit or just to have an extra hobby.

Awesome place to work out. Id been looking for a new place for awhile and I think I have found it here. Wide variety of state-of-the-art equipment, high level of cleanliness, and just overall a great place. Employees were very helpful; specifically a young man named Adam. He answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome.
