These guys have always done a good job. I especially had a good experience with Cami Jo these last few months. She helped me cancel one homeowners policy, start a new policy at a new home, and get an additional car added to my policy. We worked with Mountain Ridge Insurance Group Scheduling appointments with decision makers at companies they wanted us to target and it was nothing but a nightmare. I spent over 100 hours of my time pulling lists by SIC codes and nothing we did could make them happy.They complained about every appointment we schedules for them with C level employees yet they would order more appointments and then ask for replacements which we gave them to keep them happy and when we would follow up on the replacement request we found out they were still following up with these companies .We bent over backwards for Mountain Ridge insurance and after they left the first time they came back and asked to order more appointments?Be careful before you do any marketing for Mountain Ridge Insurance because they are not playing by the rules that the rest of us are.
