Dustin never disappoint! He gets back to you with your concerns and make sure you are taken care of. With him, you feel you as a customer matters! He took over my case from a previous State Farm agent who was unresponsive, gave me wrong info and avoided helping me out with an accident claim. Dustin turned the bad experience around. He responded to my cry late in the evening and worked out the details of my accident claim. I had been with his agency for years.I am with a new agent now since the move out of Utah 6 months ago. I bought the auto insurance set up by Benjamin. Shortly thereafter, I rented a car for a Starr King Divinity function in Louisiana. The car rental said in order to qualify for the auto insurance waiver, I had to prove that I had car insurance. The rental place did not accept the policy id cards I had in my car. They wanted the Declarations page of my policy and gave me a number for State Farm to fax the document.When I called State Farm, the staff member I spoke with said I did not have insurance with State Farm. I was terrified to learn that their records did not show that I was covered. Long story short, when I returned from my trip, Dustin said they did have an internal problem where it took long for policy records to update.Dustin said I didnt have to buy the policy from the rental place. Couldnt believe him! I knew I bought insurance from his office, but I wouldnt drive a car when I was told I had no insurance. His office said they would refund the insurance money I paid, but ignored my messages requesting the update on the issue.You can see further details at BBB.It is not my job to update State Farm system records, therefore I will not pay for autoinsurance coverage masked by State Farm for any reason.

Don’t mind StateFarm but Dustin and his workers never know what they are talking about and Dustin sounded rude that they couldn’t explain why the coverage goes up and down since 2016 called to cancel and he was just like okay and hung up tried calling back less then 2 minute later got no answer to find out more about the cancellation bad customer service im just mad I stayed As long as I did and let them screw me around with prices for that long I finally got feed up and just change policy if I could give em negative stars I would!!!!
