GUYS!!! I came in and had my laptop serviced by Terry and Amanda! They were absolutely AMAZING, knowledgeable, and friendly. They gave me advice on my laptop, got me an SSD installed, and gave me options for the future. I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled to work with them and will continue to!

Terry did a great job fixing our computer. He was able to get all our files, pictures, and information off of our computer even when we couldn’t get our computer to start! He’s also very friendly, honest and kind. Thank you, Terry!

In my opinion they are sort of outdated as far as products are concerned, I just went in and asked if they carried usb to hdmi adapters and he had no idea what I was talking about, then proceeded to tell me “good luck”.For something that was as simple as that and not knowing what it was, I’m not quite sure I would trust bringing my pc in to have a service done, I’m sure they are very nice people that have a reputable store but for me that was concerning

I wanted to give a review even though they couldnt help me due to an electrical surge issue. The man at the front counter was so nice. Some companies would have just taken my money then told me it wasnt fixable, so for that reason I am giving them a 5 star review. If I ever have any other computer needs I will definitely go back to them. I trust them.

When you move into a new town, you dont really know who to trust with your electronic devices. So I was absolutely delighted (and relieved) to have found PC Works after my laptop just wouldnt turn on one day. The guy at the counter was really nice and friendly. I could tell that he truly wanted to help, so I left my laptop with him late Saturday night. The following Monday morning he called to say it was ready to be picked up and it has been working like a new computer since then. I would trust PC Works with all my electronic devices.

Friendly, well meaning. May quote work outside of their abilities though. An hour and a half of work for a case swap took two weeks, it is likely that delicate parts were damaged during disassembly.Expensive to replace. :(Would not advise bringing anything here, especially not anything involving water coolers, motherboards or processors...

This place is pretty great if youre in a pinch and need a video adapter. They have a pretty wide array of different adapters so chances are they will have what you are looking for. On top of that, I have to say, the prices arent too awful either. While were on the subject of prices though, they have quite a few older products in there that are still marked way up. These things are not getting cheaper, but the prices stay the same. Very strange, but hey, its 2018, and technology is flying ahead faster than money can keep up! I recommend this place for all the small hardware dilemmas you might find yourself in!

Did a great job on fixing pc. was not expensive and even though I had to take it back to him he did not charge me more. very satisfied. :)

I called and ask for a dual link DVI cable for my computer monitor. Brian told me they had a 10ft cable for 19.00. Came in bought the cable, and got back to my home it wasnt a dual link, just a standard DVI cable. So I will not be buying again from a computer store that doesnt even know what they are selling. Would not recommend to anyone.

Despite what people say he may be very nice and may be quick service but I’ll say he is ripping everyone off if y’all order computers built by him. He claimed a charge of 1500-1700 to me for a gaming pc and the specs didn’t even equal out to a $1200 gaming pc maybe $900. So where supposed to pay about $800 in labor? Smh. I advise noone to trust this man in building them a pc. Maybe fixing them cuz I see lots of good reviews but definitely not building them.

I like to buy from local businesses when possible. Terry was helpful, friendly, and had the part that I needed in stock.

They price gouge on everything. $42 for a single stick of 2 gig DDR2? I can buy 2 sticks for that. $84 for a 2.8 AMD processor? I went online and paid $60 for a 3.4 phenom II 965. Shop online and save yourself from these sharks.

These assholes said my power supply was shot 180$ for new parts, took it to the buildyourownpc guy in lawton for a second opinion he cleaned my computer BAM working perfect. 12 months later still working dude was so nice he did not even charge me.
