Terrible service. Their servers have caused websites to go down with no explanation. Emails have been flagged by Google as Poor Reputation which have caused little to no email communication with other companies, clients and potential customers. Absolutely no desire to fix or resolve issues. Even their own email addresses dont work. Just manage domains yourself and not through this company!

We had a great experience with John, Melissa and Michael today, from FB contact Melissa, Michael on the phone for ticket start to John fixing us up personally in the store just hours later. . .AWESOME DAY & SUPER CREW EXPERIENCE =)Thank you all again for helping us fast & friendly =) Dot

My computer was out of order I call AA computers some one came and took it at shop and told that power supply and motherboard has burned they replaced those and charge $400. after few days latter my computer was again not working I call to them and I took it to shop they said power supply has burned and need to replace again I said ok please fix it after few minutes they call me and told that motherboard has been also burned and have to replace this too then I said I can not pay for both because you told me power supply has burned then they call me and said pick up your computer we will not fix it I picked my computer and went to other shop they replace power supply not motherboard because motherboard was not burned and he charge $49 for power supply and$60 shops charge and he fix it next day-AA computers charged $89 for power supply $99for motherboard and$90 shop charges and they took 4 days to fix it which was burned after few days .i don’t know how the people goes their while they are so expensive ‘those guys are also dishonest’rituls and untrue I will never go back there.

The do okay work, but it takes a long time for your PC to be repaired . But the repairs they do - dont really fix the problem for me, within a few weeks to months the problem comes back, example. Hard drive failure etc
