Had cleaning services done a few times. Had to go over with the team several times on expectations because they didnt go over what they were supposed to do before entering the house. The ladies cleaning the houses were polite however the owner of the company is completely rude and unprofessional and catches attitude. When the ladies would clean the house you would have to do a walk through and pick up debris that they didnt get when vacuuming and mopping the floors. Any special notes that you had for the house, were ignored. Would not recommend using this company!!

These people are so unprofessional it’s crazy they are still in business. I hired them to clean my Airbnb and they couldn’t get into the house because the smart lock code would not work they claimed. They also claimed they called me, however they never left a voice mail that they say they left. Then the owner told me he can’t get back out there till next week. Long story short they cost me 3 bookings and I lost money because of them. I would stay away from these guys because they will not show up when they say they will.

With our age and the Covid-19 not improving my husband and I decided to get the full package deal from Sparkling Clean Services; house cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning and disinfectant spraying. We called another company for disinfectant spraying and they wanted more than what we paid for everything Sparkling Clean Services gave us! My husband and I were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Sparkling Clean and their cleaning team.

I was needing the house sanitized before we moved in and you never let me explain the whole situation. We do not own this house and therefore we want to make sure its cleaned properly. I did not know at the time of my first cleaning quote that the owners were going to use someone else so not my fault. You also cant blame me for going to the dentist with a broken tooth that was causing me pain which meant rescheduling my appointment with the carpet cleaner not the house cleaner thank you very much. I only made 1 appointment for house cleaning and 1 appointment for carpet cleaning after you advised that the original quote would not saffice coming from someone who doesnt know how to quote carpet cleaning which is why you advised cody come look at it instead of sherry.
