Scheduled my appointment online (was a little sketched out about that) and to my surprise, I received a confirmation call the next business day. They got me scheduled on a day/time that worked well for me. Once Juan arrived, he was very friendly and professional. He worked quick and efficiently, I couldn’t be happier with his work. Very impress with there deep carpet cleaning process. They were on time, came in explained their cleaning process, which was vacuume each room, apply a spray pretreatment, scrub it with a commercial type scrubber machine and then steam clean the carpet. Chris and Juan were the individuals that came in and they were professional, quick but efficient. I walked through with them as they did each process, they were friendly and easy to talk with. They take various payment methods, which made it easy to pay. Definitely would recommend A team for your future service. They will be doing my area rugs next week at their location to prevent from wetting our floors as the carpets dry. I hired A-Team to come and deep clean my kids bedroom and my area rug a month ago. When I tell you I got my moneys worth and then some. Juan came by himself and put in work. If I could give 10 stars, I would. March 17, I had the A Team clean my carpeting. I have had carpet cleaned before, but nothing like the deep clean process. Thomas, the young was very professional to the point of telling me to be careful if going from wet carpet to tile, so as to not fall. Then, to top it all off, Chris the owner, called the next day to see if everything was Ok. A first for me after a cleaning, which sealed my opinion, and will call the A Team for further cleanings. I am extremely happy with their cleaning, and would highly recommend their service!

Ive seen the van around the installation for move-out cleaning. My experience with this company was an excellent one. I had a few spots on my carpet from wax coloring and the two assigned to my home did an amazing job. The pair was able to remove 99% of the colored stains and the carpets looked amazing afterwards. The pair was very informative about what they were doing and why they were doing it. I know each experience may differ, but I would recommend this company in the Fort Sill area for personnel needing their carpets cleaned to pass Corvias standards.

So I’m updating my rating because I’ve now used a team for both carpet repair and carpet cleaning. The carpet repair that was done in 2019 blended in to the rest of the carpet perfectly and looked really great! I had them come out to the home in Elgin for carpet cleaning yesterday following a horrible small dog incident all over the carpets. Juan got all of the stains and the smell out of 4 rooms and it only took an hour. Thanks so much again for another great experience!

Juan and Thomas just finished an upholstery job for us and I’m thoroughly impressed! Our dining chairs, couch, and loveseat all look and smell amazing. The couch was in rough shape with a few stains from our elderly dog slobbering on it and tracking in dirt, but it now looks brand new. They were fast, thorough, professional, and super friendly. 10/10 would recommend A Team to everybody, especially these two gentlemen!

The actual service was fine but working with management was not. They rescheduled my time multiple times, with a few of those reschedulings being the day of the service. A time was finally worked out but then the cleaners arrived over an hour late.

I woke up this morning 18 March 2020 around 8:45 to a flooded bedroom and bathroom so I started looking for help. The first company, and the best Ive met to date, A-Team called me. Crystal called me and gave me a quote that I thought was extremely reasonable so we scheduled the service for today. Shortly later Chris Collins called me and reviewed everything with me. He explained everything I needed to consider plus their cost for repairs, and said someone would be out soon to help me. At 10:45 Juan Contreras and Victor Medina showed up to assess the damage. They ripped up all the carpet and padding up plus moved my furniture and belongings out of their way to get the standing water dried up. They were finished and hauled everything off within a couple hours! Great crew and OUTSTANDING COMPANY to call on!!! I will definitely recommend A-Team to everyone I know! Thanks so much from Crystal calling me back, to Chris finalizing everything with me and helping save me money I dont have, plus working me into their already full schedule, to Juan and Victor for their hard work!!! We just needed one room deep cleaned (carpet) and it was cleaned above my expectations. There was black fingernail polish on the carpet from a couple years ago that is no longer there! Our house now smells so fresh and clean! The carpet is so soft! He said he’s #71, if we need more services. They fit us in their schedule in less than 48 hours. We will definitely call the A team again (#71) when we need our carpet cleaned. No regrets :)

These guys were excellent! I had severe pet stains on wool carpet. They had to try several things to get it clean since they were unable to use standard chemicals. Even after I said “I know it’s bad and thanks for trying that is good”. They refused to let that be good enough and started over with a different process. By the end the job they did exceeded my expectations. This carpet has been cleaned by others with poor results. In closing I recommend this team and will definitely use them in the future.
