They did a great job cleaning our sectional and recliner. We had an appointment time for between 2-4pm and they called at 2:30 saying they were 45 minutes out but didn’t show up until 5pm. Deodorized our recliner for free since they were late but a heads up would have been nice.

Upon making the appointment, I described my combo dining/kitchen area. I wanted to have the tile cleaned. I described my large island to the rep, how it takes up a lot of room in my kitchen. She said they go off of square footage, so as long as the space is under 300 square feet, it’s considered one room. When the techs arrived to clean, they informed my husband that it would cost $89 more, because my dining room has a chandelier, thus it’s considered a separate room. This is NOT what I was told at the time of making the reservation. Beside this issue, they cleaned my tile, sectional, and an area rug and it looks great!

We had a terrific experience with Stanley Steamer. They were very knowledgeable and explained every step while cleaning our upholstery. They even checked the furniture for tears or loose stitching! They did a very thorough cleaning.

These guys did fantastic. We have a 2 yr old coonhound mix who absolutely loves chewing. So, I made the mistake of giving him a giant greasy bone and it ended up leaving dark gray stains all over our carpet. They took their time and were very attentive to the spots. My carpet looks even better than when we first moved in now, and all those gross spots are gone. 10 out of 10 would happily go back to them.
