Very impressed with their service. I needed a catalytic converter replacement and they got it in and out quickly. Also found a repair needed I wasnt aware of. I heard a metal sound on my driver side. Pulled in and asked if someone could tell me what it was. The mechanic was AWESOME! He jumped in my truck and said, Lets see if it will do it again. Of course it didnt do it again, but where does a mechanic just jump in your vehicle to see where the problem is without charging a diagnostic charge? Crow Muffler & Brake! This tells me that they get that people struggle financially.sometimes and they care.

I found Crows after a horrendous experience at the Chrysler Dodge dealership here in Lawton - what a godsend Crows was! It is so refreshing to find a place that still has a great work ethic and knows the meaning of customer service. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable and my experience has always been that they go above and beyond in making sure that I am taken care of. I wouldnt take my car to anyone else, EVER!

Ive been going to Crows for over 6 years for ALL my automotive needs that my husband doesnt have the tools or11 equipment for, or for those rare times hes not sure how to do the repair himself.The owner Dewayne and his staff have ALWAYS been extremely helpful, honest, and stood by their work. About 4 years ago I took the Dodge Stratus I had in for a Power Steering leak, it ended up having FOUR leaks. Three of them were very small slow leaks, so they were difficult to locate, so unfortunately two of the three leaks were missed the first time. BUT, I went back and explained that I was still having a Power Steering issue. They apologized and said, Do you have time for me to work on it now? I did, so he jumped on my car right away. In less than 45 minutes, he came to inform me that he had found 2 other very small leaks, that was missed the first time. He apologized for them being missed initially, but ensured me that I wouldnt have any other problems with my Power Steering leaking....and I NEVER did.I now have a 2010 Chevy HHR, and they repaired my broken Flex Pipe within 45 minutes, about 7 months later, it started sounding like something was wrong again. (I live out in the country between Geronimo and Walters) {I xdçxdont drive on the gravel roads so the rocks do, nt bounce up and damage anything under my vehicle or my tires.} So, I brought my HHR in to have to sound/problem looked out. I was informed that pattern(Thanks to Lawton roads). They repaired the broken weld and when I asked how much I ocwedl? I was told $0, because I paid the first time and that they stand by their work.Thats why Ive been going there for over 6 years, and Ill continue going there for as long as live in the Lawton area.

Dudes jump on ur car soon as u bring it in last time(go there about 3 times a year) had them take off my kia souls muffler and resenator and put on my magnaflow i had bought hell dudes even reached in took off fog light cover to let more cold air into my cold air intake and only charged a bill for all that! And garunteed for a year and we all know thats good the way lawtons roads are hell on welds!

I took my 2004 Nissan to get a muffler Change. 20 Min and out. Took it back for catalytic converters to be replaced the owner said one didnt need it so why waste the money. Took it back for rear seals to be replaced, didnt go so well but it was taken to Nissan and they could not figure it out but the owner took full responsibility to fix it and pay through Nissan. Took my wifes truck for exhaust, catalytic converter, knock sensor, Air Conditioner service.Bottomline is I feel like I dealt with a complete professional, the service is great they get it RIGHT and the quality of work has me taking another vehicle over today to take a look and get it take care of. Dewayne your a stand up guy and a complete professional. I will keep taking him and referring business his way. Have an aftermarket exhaust system and the brackets broke on it. Went to Ford and they recommend Crows. Went there they got me in right away. Replaced the broken brackets and welded it. Had it repaired in about an hour. Great workers, quality parts, decent price!!!

They said they were having a hard time finding a transfer case for my jeep patriot, said it would be in and out in two days, try two months and it is still sitting not running sound like something going to fall out from underneath, he told me he would come get it and check it out been almost 6 weeks now. The warranty is for only 12 months so thats three months of the 12 month warranty not running.

Would not let me put a negative star. Charged me $150 to put on a cheap muffler backwards, it exploded and the owner tried saying it was because my vehicle backfired. The arrow on the muffler was pointing towards the engine instead of towards the rear. Only turbo mufflers are either direction, not some cheap muffler. And would not replace or refund, this was the same day it was installed that it exploded.

Ive used crows for several vehicles, just found out that the Flowmaster and Magnaflow mufflers are clones and not the real thing. This was never divulged by Crows. Buyer beware!!

My air conditioning went out. They fixed it. 2 weeks later it was out again. I lost my receipt. They said sorry no proof we did the work. 2 weeks = 2 stars

Took my 2014 Chevy Silverado to Crows to have a Magnaflow exhaust installed. I thought 200.00 was a good deal with me providing the crome chevy exhaust tips myself. Two months later I learn from an honest exhaust shop in lawton that the magnaflow Crows sold me is a knock off and the proof was in the real magnaflow box at the other shop. They are deceiving their customers by making them think they are getting a quality exhaust but trust me you can see the deference by looking at the real magnaflow. Very disappointed in the honesty of this shops owner.

I just got a cracked exhaust pipe fixed there. They cut out the bad section with a sawzall and welded in an new length of about 6-12 inches. it took 15-30 minutes and was done while I waited. They were also able to get me right in with no wait. There is still a slight rattling coming from around the muffler.They charged me $60 for the repair.
