Ive heard a lot of good things about this place and today I tried them out for my self! They far surpassed my expectations! If you want a reliable auto repair this is hands down the best in Lawton. They charged half the price the dealer quoted me. The are Veteran owned and give a military discount. A+ service and I highly recommend!!

Full transparency first. If people are given a vehicle to use, it should be taken care of and driven properly in order to avoid unnecessary costly repairs. Unfortunately the respect and responsibility of family members privileged to a nice vehicle was not practiced therefore the major repairs were needed. Landing us in this unfortunate predicament.I can say this much, the job gets done so that much is credited to the company. No question there.However the process that is encompassed with getting the job done, a complicated repair too, is less than appropriate. Communication is completely absent. When there is communication, the communication must be initiated by the customer. Then the information changes from one communication to the next, it is unclear information, the information lacks consistency, it also lacks detail, is impersonal and what is said verbally does not play out in action. Billiing was charged differently than what was disclosed as well and not done as directed either. This is frustrating and difficult especially for active duty family members trying to take care of each other but are in separate locations, different States or even in different Countries. There is no initiatiated contact from the service provider to the customer - ever. The customer always has to reach out, even when the vehicle has been sitting at the shop lot for 33 days with no work being done on the vehicle.If you have 4-6 weeks to be without a vehicle and dont mind not getting updates then Id say you have no issues here. Unfortunately for us by the time loaner cars were needed that burdened others, the cost of rentals, a different charge was made than verbally quoted or stated at the time of payment (excess unfortunately), the 37 days it took for repairs and the stress of the whole situation we definitely will rely on a dealership only in the future. We dont even know if the work is warrantied either as there was no communication to that effect either. Only time will tell if the repairs were quality and valuable to our time and cost. We used this company because in the past they seemed okay for other work. A few issues yes, almost seemed like personal dislike against us, but not like this. Im glad to see everyone else has had great reviews and results but for us too many red flags came up as a cumulative over this visit and a few prior, resulting in our decision to not use this company anymore or recommend them to others.Update/follow up: less than 3 weeks after the costly repairs... One of the replacements started going out. Asinine.

Being taking my vehicle to this shop past couple years...never had any problems ...finding a mechanic in Lawton that you can trust is impossible ...this shop is trustworthy...thanks Mike for all that you do

Did a diagnostic test for 55 dollars. Got a quote of over 2,000 dollars. Went to a mechanic and got it all done for 600.00. Im gonna report this to the BBB. They tried to get 2000 off of me.

They over charged me and fixed stuff that wasn’t wrong with it. If they are a mechanic the should be professional and not try to rip people off. Then when you call to ask why it’s still doing what it did when I dropped it off they blamed it on me like I went to school to fix automobiles. Would never recommend this place. Down right horrible. I have been taking vehicles there for a while now. They are fast and friendly. They are NOT some back alley mechanics, that break things so they can charge you more. They are very knowledgeable about all types of vehicles and they will give you an estimate before repairing. I highly recommend them.

Best in town ... No, seriously . Gave me best prices and full transparency . Gave me multiple options and kept in prompt contact with me throughout the entire process . Needed an alternator fuse on top of the already installed alternator, gentleman gave me express pricing and buy the part yourself pricing as well. Dont waste your money, these guys dont know what they are doing they are just there to take your money. After taking my truck to a real mechanic after Car Care said everything was good, to my surprise there were still engine lights on, service codes that were not reported, and they didnt fix what it was brought in for. This shop just wants your money! Do NOT recommend and will never be back.

Was told prior to taking it here that it would be an expensive fix. After looking at it for an hour, they found the last people that changed my oil hadnt put enough oil in. They did an oil change and it corrected all the issues that I was having. They are very friendly and knowledgable. Great service. Will definitely use this place again.

My experience here was absolutely great, had my car towed there at 2pm, went there to sign papers after work at 415pm, Got a call the next morning and was expecting the worse of problems😓 but turned out it was a minor issue🤗had them go ahead and fix it along with a complete tune up, which was all done by 1100am (2hrs) that morning and now my car is running like a champ. Overall, very honest, reliable people and reasonable prices. Definitely will go there for future services and repairs.

I’m not sure what to think. I went here because of all the positive reviews. But my experience is not good. I took my car in to have air looked at. $70 and a day later my air was still not working. I took it my car back and the mechanic explained they put dye in to see where it was leaking but that was not explained when I picked the car up. Anyway they stated they found the leak...another $550 later and my car is leaking worse than it was before. I could not see anything leaking before but now I’m seeing a puddle under my car. Im a little more irritated that’s its Friday and they’re closed for the weekend so nothing can be done.

These guys are great. I’ve taken my minivan there about 5 or 6 times now. The prices are great, they always have it done by the end of the day, and they’ll let you bring your own parts which can save you even more $$. 10/10 would recommend

I havent found a better place in Lawton to take my vehicles. I consider myself a shade tree mechanic and have always hated to take my vehicle to a repair shop. I just didnt trust them to be fair and not just throw parts at it until its fixed. That costs more time and money than I am willing to spend. This place is different. Mike and his crew are top notch, fast and fair. Highly recommend them.

Its been a few months since Ive had anything done, but I do want to put in a good word for these guys. Ive always felt well taken care of, and as a single woman, that means a lot. Ive never felt taken advantage of when it comes to my car needs and the price. Believe me, I do my homework and compare before I have anything done. And Mike just seems like a genuinely nice guy who cares! If I were to use one word for them, it would be trustworthy.

Had a bran new engine installed took more time then expected tried to charge me more then what was discussed over phone, Had warranty they charged me 55$ to check engine for a diagnostic test, Cuz check engine light was on then fi d out they didnt tell me the truth I had 2and opinion done, Dont take let them mess up ur car they full of it!!

Had a great experience with them. They fixed my AC for less than half of what another place quoted me. Seriously very satisfied with their customer service and how quickly they got it done as well! Would definitely recommend.

Never fixed the problem but kept telling me it was something different. After paying twice, took car in 3rd time, they wanted 600 more, just couldnt believe it because it was literally 1 week, brought the car in and they fixed it. Still doing same thing so 1 week later take it back in, still doing same thing, they fix it and still does the same thing. Following week, take it back and they want another 600. Just be careful peeps, going in there. Just be careful.

10/10 would highly recommend these guys! I have A 2012 Mini Cooper and they took me under their wing when everyone else told me they could not fix my coolant leak due to the type of car. They are affordable and genuinely care about their customers. Mike, Brandon and the rest of the crew do great work and it’s guaranteed! I will Always come back to them.

Me and my buddy pulled my engine last year and rebuild it from the ground up, but I sprung a leak from my oil pan, and I didnt have time to fix it on my own. Took my truck to Car Care, and they did really excellent work. My engine is painted Ford Blue and these guys even took the time to find the same paint so that everything matched! How awesome is that? 6 out of 5 stars.

Always does good work, usually the best price in town, and gives me honest answers and suggestions for what needs to be or should be done. Theyre my go-to place unless its something I specifically have to go to the dealership for!

So far so good. Pricey by comparison with other places for a battery replacement on a Sebring. But I would choose them first for all other repair needs.

Well I was convinced had a bad starter on my 93 Lexus LS 400 when the engine would not turn over. Got it to these guys late one afternoon and they called me First thing the next morning, just a loose battery cable I failed to notice. They could’ve put a starter on it unnecessarily and I would not have known the difference. Very honest and professional repair shop!!

Brought our Honda in for AC issues and after asking a couple questions one of the guys walked out, looked under the hood and told us what was wrong. It was a simple fix that cost under $10, which was surprising as we’d been told previously (not here) it was probably our compressor. We will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles here in the future!

I went to dodge to have my vehicle looked at and Dodge said it was simply an exhaust leak. I come here and not only did they find the actual issue(fuel line) they did it for free since it was my first time. I think it literally took less than half an hour. I am definitely coming back here!

Its fine if you only want to work on ford cars only, but dont tell me a maintenance required message on my car is something serious and that I need to go to Toyota. It ruins your credibility when your listed as a car repair shop to say such a thing and to have Toyota say its just a factory message for simple maintenance.

Took my 2006 BMW 325I to the shop this morning to have the front brakes and rotors checked (squealing below 20mph). Got a call back within 3 hours, with a diagnosis and a quote. All 4 rotors and brake pads on all 4 wheels replaced by 4pm! Thank you guys, the reviews are true! Car feels fantastic and I will certainly bring it back to this place 100/100 times!

Mike and his crew have been extremely helpful with getting my car fixed. I have a gold PT Cruiser. I took it to a lot of different mechanics in town who did a terrible job fixing my car. I walked into Car Care close to tears, and fearing I was going to be taken advantage of again by another mechanic. However, I was completely wrong. Mike and his crew went above and beyond to help get my car fixed at a reasonable price. They even fixed my daughters car, and she received the same great care from Mike and his crew. But these guys took great care of my car, didnt charge me anything to fix a minor problem that others quoted me $160+ for and told me exactly what was wrong. The gentlemen at Car Care took the time to hunt the lowest price replacement fuel pump when mine went out. Beat 3 other locations by $300 and had it back to me within 4 hours. Definitely check this place out because they are great at their jobs!

I have a MINI Countryman JCW, and very few shops will service it. Not only do these guys have great prices and amazing service, they go above and beyond. When I had my brakes replaced, they kept receiving the wrong sized brakes from the dealership, so the owner drove to OKC at his own expense to make sure I was taken of. I would recommend them to anyone who asks!
