I have been going to Goodyear for an oil change for a few times, and each time was a good experience. Although, the oil change is kinda pricey for synthetic it has been a lifesaver being unemployed from the Pandemic.The reason why I am saying this in my opinion cause, customers beware of places for example dealerships, it has been a struggle for them due to the Pandemic for car sales. The dealerships may have an impact on your vehicle, and may cause other issues for return visit(s) which is very, very costly not a hundred dollars, but in my experience a couple thousand, cause they focus again on car sales not service(s) unlike, Goodyear Tires & Service which is less costly in the long run.I appreciate to whom that read this review and they have been doing an excellent job with quality, and friendly service sometimes going above their duties.Goodyear Auto Service here in Lawton Oklahoma, giving them a verbal written 10/10 review!

I am a little bias on this review as I have worked for Goodyear for almost 25 years. With that being said, I can truly say that the guys that work there are Awesome and the Mgr. Bobby is great. Cody who works the front has given me 5 STAR SERVICE every time. The whole staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have been working on all my vehicles for years. My family has also used them before with the same wonderful experiences. I am truly grateful and glad that they are part of the Goodyear family.

I came in for an oil change before we were headed for vacation. They found a hole in one of my tires that was not safe to drive on. They got my all fixed up with 4 new tires!! Were super helpful and really did not cost me an arm and a leg! Would definitely recommend coming here for anything your car needs!! Cody and Shawn were very helpful!

Greeted me nicely as soon as I came in the door I had all tires changed along with the full look over I also needed my ac fixed I dont live in the area they didnt have the part but they made sure theyd have it before they closed called me when they had it brought my car back they were waiting and ready took 30 mins they were all so nice let me know anytime there was an update would recommend

The crew was very professional. They mounted two ATV tires on the rims for us. Another place in town said they couldn’t do it. Fast, Courteous and Pleasant.

Great staff. The man that worked on my truck did a great job, had an alignment rotate tires done on my older model pickup, it needed a new part, they informed me of the part and how long and the cost upfront, now my truck doesnt pull to the right anymore! Great job and well worth the money spent here.

I made an appointment they got my car in on the time they said they were going to. They fixed everything I asked them to fix and they did so very quickly. I come here because of the tire rotation service that comes with the oil change. After the service was finished, I pay and leave to get gas when I realize I was never asked about my lock key. I call to see if they rotated my tires and the receptionist had to check paperwork to see if it was done, it wasn’t. I drive all the way back. Let them know where to find the lock key and wait. After about 15 minutes a technician comes out asking to show him where it is. No big deal. He lets me know that they usually check the glove compartment for it but couldn’t find it. So just because it couldn’t be found the first time did they decide to just not do it? A complete waste of my time.

I hate getting tires put on my vehicles here. I make an appointment and my vehicle sits outside for 2 hours without moving. Two different vehicles two separate times. Both bad experiences. I might lose the Goodyear discount but Ill start going to Kaseys tire and auto for my tires. They are fast and friendly.

Came in an hour before they closed with a tire light on, which turned out to be a flat tire. They were able to squeeze me in to get my flat repaired, and to my surprise the flat repair was free.This is my second time interacting with Goodyear at this location and I have nothing but excellent things to say about their customer service and the services they provide.

Came in at 8 out at 9. This is the way a tire business should be, I watched the installation from my seat-it was seamless.people where happy and courteous, price was right . Nothing better than 4 new tires ! They have my business!

I arrived at 0945 for a 1000 appointment for new tire installation. I had made the online appointment a week in advance. At 1100 I noticed my vehicle had not been taken back yet. When I inquired about the delay I was told they had overbooked and were running an hour behind. At about noon they had my car ready. In addition two days later I discovered my right rear wheel cover was missing after an 85 mile road trip. I can only surmise that it was not securely reinstalled when the new tire mounted on my car.

When it comes to oil changes and alignments, I never have an issue. But apparently putting stock hub caps back onto my wheels is super difficult, 3 have fallen so far on the highway. They could have had the tabs broke before the service or from it, whose to say.I’ll called about my first cap and Cody offered to buy me a new cap. The conversation was over since I had already bought one and forgot about it. A few days later, Cody called to check on me about still wanting to buy the new cap and offered to buy me 3 instead so I’ll have a spare if the 4th were to fall off. I didn’t truly expect for a replacement, let alone all 3. Thanks Cody, and the Goodyear Lawton on Cache for going out of your way

Worst customer service of any tire place I have ever been. Employees tried many tactics to try to get out of doing a very simple job. They said it was complicated. It was simple! Swap one set of wheels for another. They just wanted to go home early. Lazy! The job took 15 minutes to complete and they reluctantly did it (complaining the entire time) and they did not even put the center caps on the wheels. They said I should do it myself and told me to f myself. Totally unprofessional! Will never go to this or any other Goodyear tire location for that matter again.

Went in for an alignment. They did the alignment from what I can tell is fine. They didn’t move the steering stabilizer shock or mount back to the right position. Now I have paint missing on the shock from the drag link hitting and rubbing against it and have bent mount.

I pulled in with a sudden flat tire. Asked if I could use their air hose to inflate the tire. The men in the shop offered to look at the tire. They found a screw, which cause the flat. They repaired the tire for free. Their professional poise was very impressive, so I gave them each a $20 tip. I wish all tire shops were like Goodyear. They earned my business from now on.

I love Goodyear auto service, most times they can get you in the same day, fast service, friendly staff, the best tires there are, you can usually find a sale or a coupon and bring the price down to the same as buying cheap tires,I have also had my car serviced there, even got my air conditioner fixed at a cost more reasonable then the competition,I had had that car into three other places, none of them fixed the issue, Goodyear fixed it the first time and was the lowest cost!

2 Comments.Comment 1 - Last Wednesday, I stopped simply to ask if they had time for a tire rotation. I patiently waited about 10 min while the service tech took care of the lady in front of me (the only other customer in line). Before he finished with her, the phone rang. He immediately disengaged from the lady and spent the next 5 min talking to someone on the phone about rusted breaks before finishing with the ladys paperwork. I was next. I asked about a tire rotation and the phone rang. He then disengaged from me and started taking care of the person on the phone. Evidently it is the policy of the store to immediately handle phone calls, even if it requires putting customers standing at the counter on hold. Whats wrong with asking the person on the phone to hold while you wait on customers in line ahead of them?Comment 2 - Apparently there is no interest by those in charge to respond to a complaint. I told the tech I would like to complain to someone about making customers in the store wait while phone calls took priority. He said they dont give out the phone number to complain to so he took my name and number for the district manager to call me. When I went back the next day for my tire rotation appointment, I told a different tech I had not received a phone call about my complaint. He said he saw that the complaint had been sent up from the store. He sent up a second notice saying I would like a call on the matter. It has now been over a week. I can not be more disappointed in the lack of response to my complaint. I didnt like taking the time to write this review, but I guess if they are not interested in my complaint, then maybe you are.

Goodyears employees were extremely helpful. I had an alignment done on my vehicle and it occurred quickly and efficiently. They squeezed me in as I did not make an appointment and still treated me and my vehicle with the utmost care.

Got a flat while passing near Lawton. Called these guys and they gave me an accurate time frame for when they would get to my tire. They were able to repair my tire, were very courteous, and even put the spare back under all of the gear in my Subaru (we were on a camping and climbing trip and the car was LOADED DOWN). I would highly recommend going to Goodyear!

Theyve always done me right and been reasonably well paced. Theyve upgraded their waiting area with a Keurig and bottled water. But you know whatd be great? A decent chair and a place to set the super hot coffee instead of on the ground. Wi-Fi wouldnt hurt either. Sometimes youre there for an hour or two on the busy times.

Was told to come in as soon as the open to get my after market rims swapped out for my stock ones and do a wheel alignment. 2 hours later get a call that they cant do it because only one worker is good with that and hes not there and, the current workers there arent comfortable doing it with the fear of scratching them. Literally a wasted trip and time.

Bought my tires online and this team installed them the same day. This is the second time I have used this shop and was very impressed both times.

Although I had an appointment, I was there 1 1/4 hours do an oil chace and tire rotatation. The tech pushed every button inside car, leaving the radio on Sirius, which i do not subscribe to, and setting the info on dash different. Was happy years ago, but not now.
