Called the store today about a rug doctor rental and woman who answered the phone was rude and it seemed like I was a burden for calling the store She didnt even allow me to ask any questions before hanging up on me and got upset because I asked her to slow down when she spoke and to repeat herself because I couldnt understand her. customer service was definitely lacking.

They dont give you no travel time so 4 hrs is really 3 for work and 1 for driving
