Meh. i rented a car from Hertz, which is the other half of this space. the person who assisted me renting and returning my car spoke in such a low voice, i either had to guess what she said or ask her numerously to repeat herself. after giving md the keys, i immediately noticed the car had dents snd dings everywhere. every panel. even one on the top of the car. i went back in asking if they were going to give me an inspection form. she reached behind something on her desk, found then handed me the form. as i was filling it out, i saw that it already had my name and rental car info on it. the car was great, but had an issue. after turning off the car, Id be prompted to put the car in park, even though it clearly was already. very frustrating when you arrive at your destination, but have to wrestle with the car before you can proceed. i mentioned this to them. neither seemed concerned. after seeing my expression, the guy said well fix it.suggestion: include a quick start sheet showing how to do, although common things, but are different between vehicles. i spent a few moments having to figure out how to open the gas door.

I booked a 12ft truck from them online the night before. It was there when I arrived the next morning clean and ready to go. I dropped it off the same day after hours and the next morning they promptly sent me the receipt with no surprises. The employee at the front desk was friendly. No complaints, I will be back next time I need a truck to move stuff.

Pretty Disappointing when you reserve a truck and a hand truck to move and you find out the day of that neither are unavailable. Had to settle for smaller truck and no hand truck. Seems to me there should be a better process in place to avoid this from happening at least communicate with the customer to inform them so they can make other arrangements prior to the day of. Will not recommend to others based off this experience.

My girlfriend lives in Atlanta, were moving to Miami... we flew from Miami to Atlanta ordered the truck a month-and-a-half before we wanted to cancel the reservation but Penske called us and made us a very beautiful offer, when we got to Penske they didnt have the truck that we wanted they didnt offer any deal I guess they forgot all about it due to Corona they will probably say something like we apologize for the inconvenience.... what I dont understand is if the entire nation is locked down for quarantine or social distancing . why dont you have any trucks available its not like I live down the street.. I live in another state and this was supposed to be easier thanks Penske you didnt make it any easier when I get to Miami I wont use your business anymore like every other company all you can do is make excuses and say we apologize for the inconvenience.

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. This is an awful location! We reserved a truck and car carrier about a week in advance for a one way move across states. We had everything paid for at the receiving location a couple of days before the pick up date. They said the truck would be ready at 10am. At 12:30pm we showed up and they had already sold our truck. They said it was because we werent there at 10am and that they tried calling us, which they didnt. But they didnt even realize that it was already paid for until we mentioned it. Then they said they could have one from Athens in an hour. We call their central office and the truck actually will be coming from Gainesville and should arrive at 3pm, but the carrier is coming from somewhere else so it may take longer. Dont go to this location!

We reserved a truck and once we arrived at the location they did not have the correct size that we ordered. We decided to take another truck however before leaving the parking lot the check engine light came on. The representative told usto drive the truck to another Penske location which was 15 minutes away to have the truck “repaired”. He claimed the repair would take an hour. What a joke!! Corporate knew the truck was in need of repair prior to sending it to this location. Take your business elsewhere!

Me and my fiance were moving out on the very last day of the month and sadly we didnt even think about getting a reservation for a uhaul or moving truck. After many hours searching we had no luck except for this place. They eneded up working with us and we got a truck . It is a bit pricier than uhaul but we needed it and the guy at the front took great care of us.

I was erroneously charged $8 per gallon for gas when I dropped a moving truck off at the Lawrenceville location, because one of the attendants there claimed that the truck was returned at the level of 7/8 and not on full. I let him know that the truck was filled up at the gas station across the street before it was returned, which was a courtesy to them because I received the truck at the level of 7/8 when I picked it up. I informed the attendant that I had all of the gas receipts from filling up the truck, I also had the paperwork that I received when I picked the truck up showing the gas level,but he refused to review my receipts or paperwork in order to correct the error. I was also charged a late charge for the return of the car tow, which he did agree was an error on their end, because a note was left the night it was returned, however he did not take the initiative to correct it. I ended up having to dispute the gas charge and late fee for the car tow because he would not correct the errors. When I disputed the charge, Penske sent the credit card company some rental agreement paperwork initialed by one of their employees. I had not seen or signed the paperwork they sent. When I informed the credit card company of this, I was advised to call Penske about the paperwork. I called the executive office and in return someone from the customer service department contacted me. He looked into the issue and determined that the charges were an error on their end, he said he would take care of the crediting my account and in addition he would credit an extra amount for the inconvenience. After he issued the credit, which was in December, Penske resent the same paperwork without my signature, to the credit card company, 7 days after they credited my account still claiming that the charge was valid, instead of confirming that the charge was a mistake on their end. I recently found this out when I filed a complaint about the charge still being notated as valid on my account. After I was informed that Penske had resent the paperwork, I contacted customer service at Penske again, the person who I dealt with this time issue was discourteous, rudely talked over me continuously and make several excuses for Penskes mistakes. This has been going back and forth since Sept of 2016. Because of Penske’s erroneous billing, lack of taking responsibility for their mistakes and poor customer service, I would not recommend using this company. If you use this company, I advise keeping all of your gas receipts and paperwork so you have evidence of their mistakes if they charge you extra for gas or other fees that they shouldn’t, then brace yourself for months of frustration in trying to get the issue resolved.

I went to rent a truck, they told me $69 for the truck. When it came to swipe my card the price was $307. They should mention there is a deposit first
